I love these cookies! They are so fresh and unique. They are VERY sweet though so only a bite or two is enough.

I tried their cookies because my husband brought me an amazing lemon custard cookie (I believe that is the correct name). So delicious. Me and the family loved that flavor! So I went on my own to get some for our family on a completely new ordering experience. Just a tad bit on the dollar dollar bills side from what I anticipated but I was willing to pay for them and anxious to try what they had for the day. Arg! Must have been the time of day I went for my first order because what I purchased was meh. We didn't like the flavors as much as what we tried the first round. Whatever name the cookie is with the lemon slice on it in my pic, I would not buy again. Soggy by the time we made it home and it was just up the street that I had to drive. The vanilla flavor was ok. Think I'll wait until that custard one comes in the loop again. read more

First of all...these cookies are gigantic!! Makes your eyes pop out with WOW!! OMG!! it's a monster cookie!! Decided to try them out since every time we drive by it's ALWAYS packed! We have not stop for that reason. Every week they have different flavors. So I really wanted to try them out, I downloaded the app and ordered online through the app and picked up when I go there. Went with 4 cookies. OMG! Lol. Only cause I didn't know they were big and I wanted to try all the new flavors. Typed "here" when we got there and they brought them out to my vehicle. Easy and simple and fast. Will be back for sure but only for a cookie at a time!! Lol. Would definitely be good for a birthday cookies ! And special occasion too!! Good sweets! read more

Why do they even ask you if it looks ok if they refuse to fix it when you say "no"? There is hardly any chocolate ganache on the cookie, so I asked for more... they said "no!" Emma, the so called manager, could not figure out how to add more chocolate while another girl was literally adding chocolate to other cookies. She claimed there were no other cookies with more, but that was a lie cuz I could see what the other girl was doing. Horrible customer service!!! read more

So incredibly sweet lol. I was excited to try out this place as people were raving so much about it and I just had to try it for the sake of it. I had ordered 4 cookies and they were milk chocolate, pink sugar, Neapolitan, and cinnamon roll cookies. Each bite was for sure divine but I was not expecting it to be very sweet and I sort of felt like I was eating solely sugar that comes with a flavor. So I couldn't eat the entire cookie let alone three other cookies but I would definitely get one at a time or have it shared with family and friends. This is definitely good for people that have sweet tooth for sweet stuff. I do like how they change up the cookies weekly and I get how it can be exciting for people to continually come and grab one. read more

I just had a horrible experience with this particular Crumbl location. I've never had any issues at other locations. I was trying to have a gift order delivered that never arrived. I understand when third party (door dash) is involved there's only so much the store can do. However, I called to see if it was picked up when the app told me it was and what seemed to be a lovely girl apologized and said they're behind but that the order just now left. She told me I should call again in 20 min. if I still don't see them delivered and they'd give me a refund. 20 min go by so I call again thinking I'd get a refund and just order again. They said they can't do anything since it's a third party. I said I just called and they said they'd give me a refund and I really want this gift to be delivered tonight. So she said let me get my manager. I was put on hold and then someone with a strange accent picks up. I tell her the same thing. This one says hold on. A new accent gets on the line and says she can give me an email but that's all she can do. I asked what's in the email that would get me the refund and she said it wasn't going to give me a refund but I could email and tell them there was a third party problem and ask what can be done. I ask if she's the manager. No, the new accent says, the manager isn't there. Ok, what's your name? I don't want to tell you my name, she says, then hangs up. I'll be calling the manager another day as now I've had to order a second time, this time from door dash at a higher cost. read more

Tried Crumbl for the first time. The cookies and presentation are beautiful. We had the Banana Cream Pie, Ultimate Peanut Butter, and Chilled Sugar. Banana Cream was divine. Light and sweet. Real banana. It was the voted the best in our house. Peanut Butter was served warm and fresh. Big flavor punch. Even better when I balanced it with a bite of the banana cream. Great combination of flavors. Chilled Sugar was S.W.E.E.T. Thick pretty pink icing. Surely a little kids dream. A bit much for me but I'm not an icing fan. Still very good. Crumbl made a perfect presentation of these confections. Gorgeous box elevated the whole affair. I will definitely be using them to treat family and friends. read more

I ordered a pack of cookies on the app and when I drove up and hit I'm here I had to wait 15-20 min for the cookies to be delivered to the car. When I received the notification that it's my turn on the app, I automatically got another notification saying thanks for your order, meaning the order was complete. I sat for another 5 min and thought maybe they delivered to the wrong car so I called the store and the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude. I told him what's going on and if he can check on it and there was complete silence and he then said "ok, what do you want me to do about it" I said excuse me? And he repeated him self. I said never mind and hung up. No customer service skills at all. As I was about to go in and a sweet gal ran up to my car. 1. The staff needs major training on customer service. Also, if I'm doing a drive up order I don't expect to wait 15-20 min for my order. The entire point of a curbside order is for it to be quick. 2. The overall taste of the cookies are way to sweet. The cookies are good and flavorful. Very unique flavors. The only negative thing I can say is I didn't see any employees change out gloves in between each client, or even after touching register, iPads or Money exchange from customers. 2nd consecutive order in a row where last time I preordered the churro cake for cinco de mayo party day prior to pick up and when I arrived was sold out & had to wait for days to get my credit back to my Amex. Now this preorder one of the 4 cookies (Pink Velvet) ordered for Mother's Day is sold out and told again a rush came in and they can't fulfill the same order. What's worse is they send same teenager to be the bearer of bad news rather than mgr or shift leader. Here's a simple idea, flag the preorders to honor and fulfill these orders with a sticky note to avoid repeat disappointment to loyal customers and others. This is poor customer service at its worst to have something order and depend to have it ready then only to have it sold out from underneath you due to rush. This defeats the purpose of a preorder system so save that money and just turn off only allowing in person orders since those obviously take precedent at this location as I never have this issue at other locations. I plan to escalate at corporate franchise dept this time for a free cookie doesn't justify being charged anything for an inaccurate order promised is inexcusable and would have asked for a full refund if not Mother's Day order yet expect mgr J Walter's should contact me and refund the entire order to attempt at least to re-earn my faith in this Wylie location! read more

My daughter and I love Crumbl cookies. Our favorite is their chilled sugar cookie with the almond flavored icing. Super yummy! But, we also love trying out their new flavors each week. Never a disappointment. Always delicious! read more

Service is normally great and friendly. Last time, the kids were a bit less attentive and one of them had a friend or coworker that was off coming in for product. Not like a normal customer though. The employee was in the lobby area just talking with her friend and not working. The cashier kept looking outside and not at the customer so that we feel like we have her attention. Like I said, normally, it's great, but in my opinion, it only takes one mishaps or bad impression that can leave a bad taste in your mouth. Lastly, not sure if this is normal but whenever I smell the cookies, they smell very doughy, as if they're not baking them enough or putting too much dough. Idk. Either way, my kids love this place so we will keep going but hopefully they can get an adult or manager in there when it gets later. If they do, I couldn't tell. read more

While the cookies are pretty good-looking and tasty. This particular location is still working out some serious kinks. So unless you want to a horrible experience, I don't recommend you order online for delivery or shipping. And more importantly, never place an order on the Crumbl's website before they have released the new weekly cookie menu. If you do...you'll fall into what seems to be the cookie black hole. Its so not worth it. Also, it really seems that the management and staff needs some additional training when it comes to communication with each other. You know how it goes...the back office has no clue what the front of house is doing. So chaos ensues. And for a business that makes and sales cookies....you'd think it wouldn't be that difficult. read more

Cookies were absolutely delicious and the ice cream was wonderfully creamy however it is kind of overprice one cookie is big but 4 dollars for one is like some movie theater type prices if they were like 3 or maybe even 3.50 this is a 5 star.
