After trying them at many gatherings we finally craved it enough to seek out a store. This location is set up for quick pick up orders as there is no tables or seating inside. When your store first opened, my experiences were wonderful! However, during my recent visits, I noticed that the cookies and cakes didn't quite match my expectations, and the service seemed to have declined. I decided to try the mini cookies, but unfortunately, they were quite hard. When I brought them back to discuss my concerns, the staff member I spoke with mentioned that "that is just how the minis are." When I asked for the mgr. she said she was the mgr. Not a great way to reconcile the situation with the bad facial expression and the awful body language. I appreciated the refund that was issued for my purchase, but I realized that the crumbs I used as part of my payment were not returned. I left feeling quite disappointed. On another visit, I encountered the same manager, who came out without a greeting, and I noticed that the cake I received this time was leaning and did not look as appealing as I had hoped. This location is hit or miss and my most recent visit was definitely a miss. Not enough people helping customers at the counter. I (and several others) placed an online order for pickup only to have people walking into the Crumbl and ordering cookies there served first. My box was sitting on the counter and waiting. Would have literally taken ten seconds if he handled customers in order, but I ended up waiting a good extra 5 minutes as other customers picked out their cookies and the worker gather and boxed them. Cookies themselves are awesome, but this location needs to work on its staffing and customer service issues. read more

I went to crumble today to get the beetle juice after life cake since I am I big fan of the e movie and love sweets and was really looking forward to it but when I got there the service was very cold and the cashier barley talked to us and when I got my cake it looks nothing like what the cake is supposed to it's missing to white icing that is part of the main black and white theme for the promotional product people come specifically to get and was also kidding the beetle juice topper I was looking forward to Keeping but I feel like I was a complete let down for the service and the product I was so happy to get at first! read more

ZERO!!!! I placed an order online - driver gets there, they are out of chocolate chip. OK, fine, your location sucks at keeping flavors in stock. It's obvious you don't known how to bake in rotation. Question, why have it in stock on line to order. AND, why can't you refund my money, I now have to wait until Monday until the manager is there to process a refund because of your locations screw up!!!! Telling me y'all always run low on Saturday doesn't help your case. It means you don't know how to run your location. Also, telling me I would have to wait a few days for my refund anyway since your manager isn't in really shown the lack of professionalism at this location. I'll stick with Tiff Treats, that's what I should have done from the starts. At least I know they won't be running out of their staple chocolate chip. read more

I pulled up in the assigned curbside spot. There was no one there. I put the I'm here button for people pull up walk inside. They accepted my order as done, but nobody came outside till they served about all the customers that came after me and then when she brought my order out, she goes does it look right but I couldn't see the box and I said that and she closed it and handed it to me and when I open the box my Snickers cookie had no toppings on it so I got out the car the feeding the whole purpose of curbside to come inside and the other girl fixed my cookie and the girl that didn't do my cookies right was laughing. The service was excellent. The cookies were very delicious. I didn't know what to expect when I came in with my 4yo daughter to get her a cookie after swimming lessons. There are six flavors of the week. You can only buy the little cookies with a minimum bulk purchase. So i purchased 4 big cookies, but we had to wait till we got home so i could cut them in half for her to enjoy. I would have enjoyed the experience more if i could have purchased one small cookie for her to consume immediately, but it was an opportunity to teach delayed gratification And it was a reconnaissance trip anyway. We had the choc chip, Neapolitan, orange, and cookies n cream. All four were delicious. (We put them in an airtight container and ate them throughout the week). It was an easy process of going in, making your selection, and walking out with a box to take home. read more

My parents and I headed over to Garland to play golf on on courses nearby a few weeks ago and we decided to get Crumbl afterward. When you walk in they have tablets to the right of the walls where you order. There are also cookie displays for the current flavors as well as a giant menu near where you pick up your orders. My parents and I split a box of four cookies and the cookie dough crunch ice cream. I don't remember what flavors we got for the cookies but they were all great and came out warm. The cookie dough crunch ice cream was my favorite though. I still crave it to this day. I tried to get some last night but unfortunately they are sold out until next week. I tried going to the Lake Highlands location as well on the way back to my parent's house but they were also sold out of that flavor. It sucks but the workers were nice about it. Overall I think the cookies were delicious for what you get. Yes they are pricier than what you can get elsewhere but they are so good. The ice cream is on a different level though and it's what I would personally order if I went alone. read more

I never thought that I would stand in line behind 10-12ppl waiting on a cookie. OMGAWD!!!! I am so hooked. These are the best gourmet cookies. You get this huge cookie that is either served warm or chilled depending on the type of cookie you choose. You can order on the app or on the ipad inside the store. The pink box is so simple but chic, so I just love the packaging. You see all these young enthusiastic individuals preparing the four weekly new flavors as you anticipate this tasty dessert with the pink box delivery as you await to taste the most delicious cookies. I didn't give a 5 star because after a couple visits, I did find a couple of inconsistencies with size and presentation but not to get discouraged, I still believe its worth the wait for the amazing taste and flavor of the week. \ read more

I walked in to pick up a door dash order. There were no customers in the shop, only the three employees. When I walked in they all looked at me and said nothing, just went back to their stations. I could see the guy making my order, and also the two girls who were talking and making the cookies. I stood there for about four mins without anyone saying anything to me. After a family walked in and no one greeted them, I made sure to mention that they had not yet helped me despite me being the only customer in the store. I asked the guy if the order he was making was for door dash and he said yes and brought it over to me shortly after. I worked in customer service for many years and am an easy-going person, that's why it hits extra hard when you give ample time and consideration for how busy they really could be... but they aren't. Please hire friendly employees who actually talk to customers and help them. read more

YUM! Idk why I haven't reviewed Crumbl until now, but this place GOES HARD. I've gotten cookies from multiple locations and it's always delicious. The weekly flavors this week were especially good in my opinion. The cookies are literally humongous to the point where you can't eat more than 1 at a time. Let me start with saying that I love crumbl cookies. The actual cookies are delicious, love the concept of a different selection every week, and the option to deliver or choose curbside pick up is amazing. The problem is that this garland location, doesn't live up to the same standards as the other locations I have been to. The cookies are often misshapen and badly iced/decorated. I have had many an instance where I was waiting for my curbside delivery and my app changed to "delivered" without receiving my cookies (we had to go inside and wait to get our cookies). This isn't that big of a deal, but it's annoying that it happened multiple times. TLDR: really do love the cookies, but looking for a little more attention to detail from this location. read more

So easy to order curbside pickup!! This location is in a place with decent parking, and it was my time trying these cookies. I loved that I can preorder and that they have rotating flavors!! This time I got the chocolate/Andes mint (my FAVE), confetti (second fave), chocolate chip and rocky road. The cookies were warm and gooey in the center. Was excited to try out this cookie chain. So I got a box of 4 cookies: pumpkin, cheesecake, classic chocolate chip, and a white one with pink frosting (yea very descriptive because I don't remember what it's called). The pumpkin one was my favorite out of the 4 even though it was a little salty. The classic chocolate and cheesecake weren't to my liking but maybe to other people. The white one was better than the other two. Cute and clean place. I'd go back for the pumpkins or if they have other flavors to try. read more
