But they are so rich and heavy that I feel like I take 3 months off my life when I eat them. I keep going back, but I always swear it'll be the last time. With Tiff's, my immediate impression after taking a couple of bites was that these cookies are incredibly light, but don't seem to sacrifice on flavor either. I ordered six of them: sugar, snickerdoodle, M&M, chocolate chip, mint chocolate and double chocolate. Tiff's Treats and I go waaaay back, like over a decade back in Austin. I'm probably dating myself, but these cookies were the staple when I was in undergrad at UT. My roomie and I would get a dozen (or two) delivered to our dorm. They contributed to my "Freshman 15." Haha. I'm glad they opened this location in the north side of Houston. I can't give it 5 stars cause I'm just outside of the delivery zone, and it would cost $15, which is as much as the price of a dozen cookies. If you live in the zone, which is about a 6 or 7 mile radius from the store (you can double check online), they're having a special this March for free Sunday deliveries. I miss the warm, delivered cookies in a white box with a ribbon wrapped around it. The price of a dozen cookies has also gone up. We used to get great coupon deals in Austin if we wanted extras like milk or brownies. My favorite flavors are chocolate chip oatmeal, chocolate chip pecan, and snickerdoodle. Their cookies are soft and buttery. I got cookies for my sister with a Birthday box and balloon for an extra $5. They have other special occasion boxes and balloons, too. I had a good experience my first time at this location. I went here once with my boyfriend and there was a girl working who was unbelievably rude. As soon as we walk in she looked at us and asked "what do you want" in the rudest tone. When we asked her a for a second to look at the menu she looked at us and sighed in annoyance. She had black hair and glasses and clearly had an attitude. Yummy in my tummy! When these freshly baked cookies are right out of the oven, they are delicious. I am so glad I stumbled across this hidden gem. Service: The cashiers were very welcoming and explained the many flavors available. One cashier even recommended her favorite cookies which I always like. My order: I went with the ice cream sandwich which was RIDUCLOUSLY tasty! I wish I could have eaten them on a patio but the store is very tiny. I ate it while driving (probably not the smartest idea but once I took a small bite, I couldn't stop). The cost? About $3.50. This time I tried the blueberry muffin cookies (I love blueberry muffins) so I thought the cookies was going to be great as well. They have a nice texture and flavor to them but it's a no for me. Gosh I love this cookie joint. I find that tiff's treats is pretty consistent in taste throughout all their locations having gone to the original one in Austin, the midtown Houston location, the Fort Worth location, and the downtown Dallas location. I am just a bit sad that their dozen prices have risen from $11/dozen to $15/dozen! And I noticed that with this location, the cookie size is smaller than the other locations I've been to. But their cookies are so dang addicting. They are soft, chewy, and sweet regardless if they are warmed or not. I'm in LOVE with their snickerdoodle cookies. They just know how to do it right. Their m&m cookies are also suuuuper good! To be honest, the chocolate chip cookies are good as well, BUT they aren't the best choco chip cookies I've ever had. Oatmeal is aiight. So blown away by such wonderful customer service! Natalie delivered to my husband in the pouring rain today. My husband works at the Exxon Mobil Campus and I didn't realize he would physically need to meet her at the gate because they don't allow vendors to bring outside food. It took him a long time to get down there to meet her (over 30 min) but she patiently waited in the rain and made sure he got his order. I called back to thank her and she was so cheerful and sweet. This is my second time getting cookies delivered. Every time there is is an issue. When I call they give me some excuses why my order is not getting delivered on time. Tiffs and treats you just lost a customer. Your process is confusing. I set up the delivery time why you had to call recipient and confirmed the delivery time.
