I'm not a fortune teller but I foresee this place getting me in trouble with my nutritionist, especially now that it's in the Woodlands. This particular complex is known for its rotating cast of characters. The only resident that's stood the test of time is Bellagreen. Again, not a fortune teller, but I'm liking the current line up of businesses. Paris Baguette specifically offers a large selection of baked goods and pastries. They offer classic croissants alongside those with chocolate puddings, red bean puffs and various tarts. I personally love that the pastries aren't too sweet. Came to visit Paris Baguette again. This time I ate inside with some friends after a workout. The cashier let me taste the Korean milk coffee because I was unsure....he was so sweet and did a good job of explaining things to me. We were able to hang out for a couple of hours. What a treat. We love to visit her atleast once every other week. It's a great support when my husband pulls up to their parking lot. Wildcatmike@hotmail.com have our favorites but you can't go wrong with anything. I'm drawn towards the coffee flavor desserts where as my son love anything with Nutella, and my husband is always willing to try anything with chocolate. We never stay and eat here we always bring it home so I can't say mush about the ambience but the service of great because they have us in and out very fast. I've never been to Paris Baguette and we were visiting from out of town and I have got to say, aside from visiting family, that this was my favorite place to go for the week we were in the area. While we were staying further away from this area for the later half of our trip, we came here almost every day. No issues with parking, this place does get quite busy though. You grab a tray and a set of tongs and can go through and pick up what you would like and take it to the counter. They have pastries, savory pastries, cakes, breads, coffee, you name it. Looking online, I zoned in on the Chocolate Supreme Croissant. I didn't get to go the first day and unfortunately, they didn't have any on the shelf BUT the others that I tried were great. On the first day, we got the Strawberry Croissant, the Pain au Chocolat, the Butter Cream Bread, the Chocolate Croissant and the Very Berry Pastry. We shared everything and there wasn't anything that we didn't enjoy. On the second day, I was finally able to get the Chocolate Supreme Croissant and it was absolutely worth the wait and delicious. While they didn't have any on the shelves, I asked at the front and was able to get my hands on one. We also ordered the Curry Croquette, the Pepperoni Pizetta, the Hash Brown Bread and a Strawberry Mochi Donut, a Coffee Croissant Donut, and an easter Mochi Donut. Loved the savory Curry Croquette and the flavor of the savory Pepperoni Pizetta. The Mochi donut were good and I did love the Coffee Croissant Donut. The Chocolate Supreme Croissant was easily my favorite. It's filled with this delicious chocolate custard cream which I did not know. We also did order a sweet potato bread for our grandfather and while he loved it, the bread did get a little stuck in his dentures. Our third day, we ordered a Hazelnut Latte and a Vanilla Latte and went back for our favorites. We ordered the curry croquette and not one, not two but three of the Chocolate Supreme Croissant. Absolutely worth it and I could probably eat those all day. Lattes were delicious, definitely get the rewards app if you live close and plan on going 7 days a week because I definitely would if I could. The woman working the counter was very friendly and helped us with our order efficiently. The pastry frank is a plump sausage and cheese in a croissant dough. I got it heated, which made the layers crispy and buttery. The sausage in this one tastes better than the ones in the other pastries due to the saltiness and "snap" when I bit it. The hash brown bread with ham and cheese tastes pretty good, though I don't think the crispiness of the hash browns is retained during the baking process. The ganache cream cake slice was soft with a fluffy cream. The little chocolate crisp balls in the center were a fun surprise. I was tempted to sit outside in the patio area as it was cute and shaded but had too many things to carry. Not sure if it was because it was Mother's Day, but it was busy at 7:45am. It was SIX layers of colored cakes with each layer a distinct flavor, and the cake is filled with sweet cream cheese. Orange was very distinct and the others slightly more subtle. I think green is pandan and maybe purple is ube. But I can't confirm anywhere online. Would be great for a kids birthday cake. I also got the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake Slice which was vanilla cake filled with soft cream and fresh strawberries, topped with additional strawberries. While this is their primary strawberry-flavored soft cream slice, they also have other options with similar flavors like the Blueberry Yogurt Cake Slice and the Chocolate Strawberry Cake Slice. These people can't even read simple instructions on an Uber eats order... paid over $50 for a few pastries and none of the instructions that were given twice were followed. When I called in, I asked for the manager and the girl that answered posed as one... asking what the problem was. I told her the situation and she said they didn't haven have what I'd ordered... she was mistaken of course and I then said, "you are not the manager... put them on..." then they put me on hold til I decided to hang up after a long wait... Some really disappointing iQ's working at Paris baguette apparently... They also ONLY have croissants that are organic made with organic dough. Nothing else is made with organic dough. The hot matcha latte was absolutely perfect - creamy and not too sweet. All of the pastries we tried were fresh and delicious. My kids loved picking out their own treats. They also have nice sandwiches and salads, so it's a convenient spot for lunch. We visited on a busy rainy Sunday and the staff were kind and patient.
