Rafael was very quick inspecting the job and the quote was beyond reasonable for the amount of work so I immediately just said yes! Scheduling was easy and there were no delays. Due to some family issues, I didn't pick out my own pavers. I just described a color scheme I was interested in and Rafael did the rest. Jose and his team arrived on Monday morning and they worked like a well oiled machine. Each man had a job to do and they did it. No wasted time chatting or planning. They came in and got right to work every day. They were friendly, efficient and serious about the work. The entire job was completed in 4 days and I couldn't be happier. The pavers match the house and fence so well! I couldn't have picked anything more perfect. I just can't say enough about how positive this experience was - from a much appreciated phone call from Yeimy, to the final handshake when they left. I highly and happily recommend this company for any paving jobs you might have!

We decided to switch from a yard full of grass to a mostly-xeriscaped yard. The project included removing the existing grass, shrubs, sprinklers, concrete walkway and water lines and replacing them with pavers, rock, creek bed pebbles, shrubs, boulders, decorative lighting, drip system, electrical lines attached to timers, a mailbox pillar, and an additional step added to the entryway. After researching many companies and interviewing four, we ended up choosing Nevada Pavers & Stone. Rafael, the owner, spent a lot of time with us to determine exactly what we wanted and he was also very patient as we requested changes both before the project started and during the renovation, clearly stating if a change was included or if it would be an additional cost so there would be no surprises. Once he and his crew started the job, they did not want to stop until they finished. I mention this because often contractors will start a project, only to leave in the middle of it to work on someone else's project then return at a later date. We appreciated that this was not the case with Nevada Pavers & Stone. The crew was ready to work by 8 a.m. every morning, sometimes earlier. They worked hard all day, every day (at times they were actually jogging when transferring materials from the truck to the yard) and were respectful of our property and our neighbors' property, cleaning up as they went and at the end of each workday. They were also professionals - they knew what was expected and how to do it, and we never heard loud voices, questionable language, or loud music (in fact I did not hear any music at all, which I would not have minded). The project included many drip lines and electrical wire being run for shrubs and lighting, all of which are nicely hidden as they were buried under the new ground cover. Rafael also built a pillar for our mailbox, to which he added a decorative light on top and lighted address numbers on the front. We are very happy with our front yard. If you need a landscape design company, Nevada Pavers & Stone, LLC should be on your very short list of companies to contact.

John & Stephanie took me through the entire project with such professionalism & care, I feel truly lucky to have found them. I was going to do the roof & the deck but John told me that the roof didn't need to be completely re-done and only 1 of my 2 decks needed work. He could have just "sold" me the new roof & both decks but was honest in his evaluation of my property. His integrity is beyond reproach. I ended up replacing only my top deck and ended up doing 2 bathrooms instead (along with replacing the necessary tiles on my roof). Since I am in a HOA, John worked with the association to get the proper decking & color to comply with their guidelines. It was seamless. He replaced the top deck completely and secured everything on the 2nd deck. He made it safe & sound and good for years to come. I took 2 bathrooms down to the studs. Thank goodness I did since dry rot was found. John kept me up to date and let me know of any hiccups. As others have mentioned, he helped me with suggestions that ranged from where to look for tile, toilets, etc to helping me with suggestions for the bathrooms. He was patient when I would change my mind on things (i.e. I decided on one color for the bathrooms but it looked just awful once it was on the walls so I picked out a new color and they repainted them for me). The work of his team is extraordinary! I had wainscoting put on the walls - the tile "flows" and the gentleman who installed it is a true artist. They laid plastic on all the carpets to avoid dirt and grime to take care of the rest of the house. As I was doing this, unfortunately I had 2 floods due to the snow from this past season. He discovered it one morning and instantly went into action to drain the water from the house, find where it was coming from & got to work fixing the problem (draining the water, opening the walls, putting industrial fans in the rooms). They were both insurance issues and Holm stepped up and helped me with that too! Talking to the adjuster, getting me separate invoices for the work, etc. This unexpected fiasco could have been a nightmare!! But John came to my rescue and stepped up to help. It was completely unexpected and not in the scope of work that I had contracted with them but he had my back and I can't begin to tell you how much his efforts, help & kindness saved the day. They are busy! I did have to wait "my turn" and that took about 4 months but well worth the wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a reason they have a waiting list, their work is beyond reproach! They are up front with their pricing. Nothing is ambiguous - no hidden fees. They will bend over backwards to help their client. I feel so lucky to have come across them. I will definitely be using them again for any future projects. I can't thank John & Stephanie enough - incredible people, phenomenal work & an A+ company! Incline is lucky to have you guys.

My wife and I attended a Premier Pool Open House at their offices with the intent to just "to…read morelook". We met Jeremy and he gave us an idea of what to they do, what to expect, and some light design options from the showroom. He offered to visit our house to make measurements so that he could create some design mockups of possibilities. Within a week or two, Jeremy sent us a "first look". We asked for a few edits here and there given we had no ideas where we wanted to go with it as we completely leveled our existing yard and kept nothing. We were amazed by the first drafts given that we didn't think a pool would fit in our yard comfortably. Jeremy was extremely patient with the design iterations as we played around with ideas. The designs sold us and we were all in! Initially we thought it would take 6-8 weeks for permits to be pulled after we gave the green light to proceed. They ended up being approved in less than a week and we broke ground about week later. Premier was extremely fast with their team of contractors and subcontractors from demolition to full completion. From breaking ground to filling with water was less than a three-month turnaround. With several of those weeks the result of Christmas to New Year's vacation and time it takes for various components like decking or pool interior to cure. Premier was great with communication in terms of letting us know each morning who was coming on any given day. Usually we heard from Jeremy and our construction manager Teo a day or two earlier than Premier's automated emails on next steps. While Jeremy and Teo were clear, it was nice to receive the emails to make sure we heard everything correctly. Pros: Showroom has too many option to choose from! LOL! From textures to colors, there was almost too many. They even recommended visiting tile shops if we wanted to explore other colors. Jeremy was extremely polite and patient. He was readily available by both text and email for any questions we had. Teo was also great at stopping by to check on progress and see if we had any questions. He was also readily available by text message. We had them install a specialty BaduJet Turbo Pro. We pointed them to the website and they took care of all specs to fabricate the pool around it, all additional electrical work, and all additional plumbing. Recommendations for Premier: It would be great if some of the subcontractors were brought "in house" to provide full wraparound services. We opted to install tempered glass so that the pool could be enlarged and moved closer to the house. But we had to coordinate that on our own with a window contractor. We will use their subcontractor to install rock facades on our house. It would be great if they could have done in under the Premier contract at the same time they were doing the pool facades. I get it, they do pools, not houses. Premier took care of all the electrical, water, and gas hook ups that were related to the pool. We had to work with a couple of the subcontractors on the side to add additional sprinkler lines and move some electrical wiring on the side. Those also would have been great if it was done under the Premier contract as well. Premier's contractors and subcontractors obviously knew what they were doing so they pool just kind of came together. It would be great if Premier had a larger portfolio album of actual photos of pools so that we knew in advance what we were getting. We "trusted the process" and it all came together, but I could see some clients desiring to know more in advance. We subcontracted out the construction of a custom kitchen island because Premier doesn't build them (again, because they build pools), providing subcontractors provides another opportunity for Premier to be full service.
