We came for the 4th of July movie and even tho we bought tickets ahead of time we got here right at opening to find there was no parking spots available and they were telling people to park elsewhere and bring a chair in. If you host an event like this you should only sell a limited amount of tickets instead of being more concerned with ticket sales and over selling. They should have someone directing parking for events like this. What a terrible experience! read more

Bought tickets online well in advance of the date my wife and I were planning to be there, for the 4th of July weekend. Have enjoyed this theater in the past and the 4th fireworks display. However, this weekend (2026) we arrived at 7:30pm, gates supposedly open at 7:00pm. Place was packed, with cars parked in the isles and driveways. Drove around the lot trying to find a space. None available. Got our money back minus online processing fees. Watched as dozens of cars paid at the gate and drove around to find no parking spaces. Staff started directing people to the parking lot of an assisted living facility next door, so we parked there to see if we could at least see the fireworks. No such luck, but the assisted living parking lot quickly filled up. You couldn't see the screen from your vehicle if parked there either. Theater staff instructed people to take chairs and walk through a hole in the fence separating the two facilities to watch the movie. We left once we realized we couldn't see either the fireworks or the movie from our vehicle. Event was MASSIVELY OVERSOLD. Having a ticket didn't guarantee you a parking space. Surprised the county allowed cars to park in the driveways and isle for safety reasons. Theater staff should have told people the event was sold out after tickets for all the available parking spaces (on the theater property) were taken. read more

Wow, where do I begin? Well, my wife, my son and I decided to go here for the first time to celebrate Father's Day weekend (Saturday night into Sunday morning, Father's Day) and watch the new Toy Story 5 movie. We rented one of the three campers on the grounds of the theatre in order to make the night extra special, as my this would be my son's first time camping. I call the owner of the theatre, who states that the camper would be $100 a night plus a $50 cleaning fee and that it would include the movie tickets. I thought, "Hey, not bad!" My family and I were looking forward to this outing all week! We got there at 7 p.m. the evening of the show and got checked into the camper. It was not clean as we had anticipated. The smell was horrendous, and I'm not trying to be crude when I say this, but it smelled of mold and strong odor of urine. The door handle is almost broken off of the door, so it didn't feel safe staying in there during the night, and someone could very easily break if off and come right in. After we got settled in, I decided to go to the concession stand to get everyone food. The inside of the concession stand had to be close to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, everyone in there, including the staff were sweating profusely. The line was wrapped around the building (which is to be expected during a newly released movie), but they had only one door open for everyone to enter and exit through, making the scene even more of a madhouse. They had another door they could've opened for people to exit, why not use it? I paid $45 for a hamburger with fries, two slices of pizza in a RaceTrac box (for some reason, did it come from the gas station??), a box of Skittles, four chicken fingers, a large popcorn and a funnel cake. The food for the large part was not good. The popcorn was actually stone cold! The pizza was also cold and stale and tasted weird. The funnel cake and the fries were actually decent as was the burger. The toppings for the burgers, however, were just sitting out in the heat and left uncovered in the middle of the crowd, which needless to say is a huge health hazard. I will say something positive, however, the kids running the stand were very nice and respectful, trying with all there might to get everyone served. All three of us ended up getting food poisoning that night unfortunately... The movie itself was good, but they should've started the show a few minutes later than they did (9:00 p.m. sharp), because you couldn't see the screen for the first several minutes of the movie, which felt like a ripoff! We enjoyed sitting out under the stars during the movie though, that was a very peaceful experience. My son enjoyed going to the park on the property, but where the park is located is pretty dangerous in my opinion, the kids have to bob and weave through traffic coming in and out of the theatre to get there. I was so afraid some kids were going to get hit. The playground equipment also left something to be desired. It was dirty and in desperate need of repair or replacement. The bathrooms were also pretty unclean. There were only two restrooms (that we saw), one for ladies and one for families. I can say that the family restroom ran out of paper towels and toilet paper pretty quickly and wasn't replenished. Trash had begun to pile up in all the cans without anyone trying to replace them. We stayed there until 1:00 a.m. that morning to only leave out to go home because none of us could bare the smell in the camper anymore! For an experience costing around $200 for the night, I'm sorry to say, I expected better Tiger Drive-In. I highly doubt we'll be revisiting unless some changes take place first or we're wowed next time if we do go back, and I hate to say that because I'm really rooting for the future of drive-ins, they're a dying out piece of Americana. read more

The people are great, it's a beautiful setting, my kids love the playground and so does my dog, I love that we can all go together and they can play before the movies. I can't say enough about how great the drive-in is! We loved our time here. Beautiful setting, great staff, delicious food from concessions and movie quality was excellent! Only downside which is of no control to them is how late the movies start due to the sun needing to set. Movie started around 09:30 so my 6 year old was fast asleep before it ended, again there's no way to avoid that. We stayed in the Disco Daze camper and had our own private deck and camper. I highly recommend staying the night, especially if you live far away. We saw the new Jurassic Park film and seeing it outdoors was EPIC! One of the best cinematic experiences of my life, thank you Tiger Drive In! read more

Found them on Groupon so drove from Atlanta for a little drive in treat. A wonderful little gem is hidden out towards the woods. The guys running it were nice and there is a tiny playground the kids tried out while we waited for the movie. Sound is via your car radio obvipusly but they also had it on speakers I heard. The screen is good quality. There was a lot of interesting attractions of national parks in the area so might go out again for a day trip and go here to finish the day. read more

Classic, perfect drive in!!! This is a must for anyone in this area. We loved seeing a new release, in the comfort of our car like we did when we were kids. Such a precious memory to relive! Thank you for this experience. Loved seeing families together enjoying the play area before the movie, the vans and cars finding their ideal spot and everyone super friendly and nice. Best part was not having to worry about the sound box on the car window. The sound system is top quality. The price is unbeatable and there was not one bug all night long, so windows were kept down. Our dog slept the whole time in the back seat, so being dog friendly was a real advantage since we were vacationing in the area. I loved this place and wish I lived closer. Will definitely come back. This is a gem of history and a gift to the guests who get to enjoy first run movies in their own little worlds. read more

A very cute, quirky, and comfortable way to spend a Friday night or the weekend! This retro RV with the flamingo motif is very unique and fun. How cozy to watch a drive in movie, and from your own private patio. Brought my dog along too, pets welcome. There are shared public restrooms and an outdoor (but private) shower. I thought I'd be uncomfortable but no one is around in the morning so it's not uncomfortable at all. Coffee pot in your room. Snacks and burgers/dogs available at the snack bar during movies. Small frig in the RV so you can bring food, or bring a cooler. No microwave or cooking area. Very unique experience, SO glad I came! read more

This drive in is super cool. They have rvs that you can rent and stay in. There's space of course for you to be in your car and such but the whole rv thing is unique in the drive in world and it is pretty neat. The food is good and the bathrooms are meh. But 5 stars for creativity. read more

Wish I could give ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!!! We paid to see Hobbs and Shaw and about 20 minutes into the movie they shut it off and said that the owner had people request another movie and he advertised the wrong movie! So mad!!! We drove over an hour and a half to see this movie! If you do decide to go just be open to whatever movie they decide to play or not play at any moment. Will never waste my money at this place ever again! Thankfully we got a refund. The owner needs to get it together because tonight I just witnessed almost a full theater leave. It's terrible that youth is wasted on the young. I had no idea, 50 years ago, what wonderful places drive in movie theaters were. Atlanta sported 11 of them in 1959. Now, all gone except for the Starlight on Moreland Avenue. Then, someone got a bright idea and put one in Tiger, Ga, away from zoning boards, neighborhood associations, and their ilk. It's true that the Tiger Drive In is small, and the screen is half the size of the colossi of yore, but you can still drive your 63 Red Impala convertible in, park, get popcorn and Cokes, and enjoy a movie under the stars. It's only open during warm and dry weather, but it's a hoot to see how many classic cars show up. It's an older crowd, so very few windows get fogged up by excessive pheromones. read more

I love the drive in. I would've given this a 5-star except for one thing that bothers me...the lights of the Cannonwood (?) building behind the drive-in cause a glare during movies sometimes. They have been on for the last year or so and I find myself not going to the drive-in as often because I got irritated at the light shining on me. :( It's not the drive-ins fault but it seems something could be done to turn that light a few degrees in another direction. We met the owner, Tom, who by the way is a GREAT and friendly guy! We have held car shows at the drive-in and Tom and his family and staff are always very supportive of community events. The prices are great and the snack bar food is really good! It's a fun, inexpensive night out with your family and a piece of Americana all in one. Everyone should go check it out sometime as they always have the best of the new movies. We especially love double feature night! read more
