I stood in line for an hour to be told it would be another hour wait just for popcorn. I didn't wait, but it was very frustrating to stand in line for an hour for nothing. So bring your own cooler and your own popcorn and food.

Newer employee knew his stuff when it came to using my rewards credits and upgrades etc. when I noticed I accidentally bought tickets at the other regal.. I really screwed that up. So I asked him can I switch tickets.. he's like yes I think you can and got a manager. Knowing it was on my error I was at the mercy of the employees.. it was 12:50 and the movie was at 1.. they could have said tough order another set or too bad, nope this manager saved the day for my son. She was able to work her magic and get us into the movie with time to spare. I am forever grateful. Between the amazing employees at concessions to the management I am impressed. This whole experience could have been so awful but it was amazing. Thank you! I didn't grab the name but they were there today and definitely deserve recognition for their great job.
