Within a year and a half of the carpet being installed the carpet began to develop significant 2"- 3" high waves or rolls every 8'-10'. Cleary a very poor install job in the Master as the other rooms have no problems. After calling them out to see it, their solution was to re-stretch they're poor installation in the Master Bedroom for $800!! When I challenged them, the response was quite nonchalant stating "that's what it costs" which is unfortunate because I really like the carpet. BUT, they didn't stand behind their work. When the parts arrived, he came back to install them. They did not fix the stove. They charged us 2 service calls as well as the cost of the parts. My blower still does not work. Now the remote control to my parlor stove does not work. We discussed this with the service agent three separate times. They made no effort to rectify the situation. I'm going to have to call a different company to come and fix my stove. I absolutely recommend using someone other than service monkey if you want your job that right.
