My move involved a mix of heavy furniture, fragile antiques, and a few awkwardly shaped pieces that other companies had complained about in the past. The Tiger crew didn't flinch at any of it. They took the time to wrap every piece carefully and double-checked where I wanted each item placed. They even noticed a wobbly leg on a table I'd forgotten about and tightened it for me without me even asking -- that alone showed how much pride they take in their work. What stood out the most was how efficient and organized they were. They loaded the truck like a perfectly planned puzzle, and when we arrived at the new house, they asked thoughtful questions instead of just dropping things wherever. I am so fortunate that the competition for Tiger Moving didn't even have the courtesy to return my call after speaking to a lady who was very short with me on the phone but promised me a call back. I looked on Yelp to see who would be a reliable moving company to use for my move and noticed that Tiger Moving had excellent reviews. The voicemail I left them was responded to promptly by a gentleman named Chris. He stated their rates and what I would get. Everything he stated was accurate from the confirmation email he said he would send, to the time the movers would be at my house and what they would do for me. On the day of the move, Phillip and Rook showed up at my house promptly, they were very courteous, and physically fit which is important when moving heavy furniture. They wasted no time but were also very careful not to damage my belongings. In this day and age where customer service seems to be a rarity, this company truly exemplifies customer service. Phillip and Rook did a great job and based on the move they did for me, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tiger Moving to anyone or to use them again. Great company!!! read more

I would definitely recommend Tiger Moving to anyone moving! They were professional, flexible, timely, and easy to work with. Tiger moving communicated well with me during the days approaching my move, asking questions about any heavier or more delicate items I had to move, providing pricing information up front, and touching base to confirm the date/time of my move a few days in advance. They easily rescheduled my appointment when I had a death in the family and needed to be out of town on my move date. On my the date of my move Jeremy and Monty arrived early and promptly loaded all of my furniture and boxes into the truck. My new apartment was a 6th floor unit, so they staged my items (ie, unpacked the truck, took a full load up the elevator to the 6th floor, unpacked the elevator, then brought the boxes down the hall to my unit), which I think made the whole process run much more efficiently than bringing loads up one by one. Ultimately, I am very happy with my choice of Tiger Moving and would hire them for my next move in a heart beat! read more

I'd never used Tiger Moving, and found them by happenstance. However, after scheduling my move, I spoke with several friends who had used Tiger Moving and all had nothing but positive things to say about them. I felt better but was still somewhat skeptical until I met Kyle, Kevin, Matt, and Shawn. My move required many, many, many! trips up and down stairs with lots of very heavy pieces of furniture, not to mention the mountain of boxes. In addition, the move was split between a storage unit and a townhome (with yet more stairs). This group of young men never slowed down during the entire day (of almost 8 hours). They were very kind and courteous from the moment each introduced himself until we said good-bye. And most importantly, they took great care in moving all my belongings from plastic bins to boxes of fragile dishware to large screen televisions. No question I will use Tiger Moving again and would very much like to have this team back with me when I move to my new home later this fall. read more

We had an amazing experience with Tiger Movers. We had to change our move date multiple times during the process, and they were so flexible and willing to work with us. Everyone in the office was super polite and knowledgeable. Austin, Shawn, Jack, and Monty were our movers and they were amazing. On the day of the move, they were early to the load up, and were incredibly careful and diligent when packing the truck. They were equally as careful moving our things in-especially with our new floors and walls. Not a single wall/door frame was hit (those things happen, and I wouldn't have been angry, but I appreciated their care). They were kind and personable, asking questions about where to put things, and helping us put things exactly where we wanted them. They were also super fast-they did our whole move in under 4 hours (mostly because they worked so hard!) They were recommended to us, and I will 100% recommend them to others. We moved from Summerville to Seneca on August 1st. Two young men, Tyler and Pat, showed up a little after 8:00am and jumped right into the moving process. Right away, we were very impressed with their professionalism. They even pointed out damages from our previous move that we hadn't noticed. It was a hot, humid day with rain in the forecast. They didn't seem to let that bother them. They stayed focused and professional the whole time. It was a about a four and a half hour drive to our new place, therefore, a day-long event for them. I believe it was around 9:30pm when they left. They remained cordial and polite throughout the entire move, and handled all of our belongings with extreme care. We HIGHLY recommend Tiger moving! These movers are awesome! P.S. I failed to mention that Tyler and Pat moved us from a 3rd floor apartment to a house in the country. Just two guys moving a lot of stuff out from a 3rd floor! We hired Tiger Moving this past weekend and I cannot thank them enough for the great job that they did. I first reached out on a Sunday night via email and got an immediate response setting up the appointment for the following weekend. I was also given recommendations on how many movers would be needed and how big of a truck. Their recommendations were spot on and it ended up costing much less than I thought going into it. They were prompt and took extra care will all of our stuff, disassembling furniture and putting it back to together, wrapping and protecting what needed to be protected, etc. This was just a move to a temporary house as our new house is being built, so we will be using them again in two months without question. I was relocating for work and I had a small window to gets this move accomplished. I requested a quote and received an amazing rate within 24 hours. They team also checked in with me a week prior to and the day before my move. I essentially needed help unpacking and figured that leaving 2.5 hours become scheduled unload ( I was coming from 2 hours away). I ended up getting caught in traffic and was untimely delayed. Not only did Tiger Movers agree to push my scheduled unload back---- they also kept the rate I was originally promised. Once I arrived with my truckload of stuff (three full rooms), this two-man crew of "superheroes" only needed two hours to unload. They even out together then beds and hooked up the washer connections for me. I have relocated for work at least a half dozen times. Tiger Movers is definitely the most amazing company I have ever partnered with. read more

Today Kyle, Evan, Mike and Noah , also known as the A Team, moved us across town in Greenville. They were extremely professional from the very beginning. They called 10 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on time. When does that ever happen? When they arrived and had a quick tour they immediately jumped into action. They loaded the van very efficiently and took great care of all of our furniture and self packed boxes and bins. They worked diligently and hit the original estimate of the time window. They were extremely patient as we made just a few on the fly decisions of where to place furniture and continuously checked to make sure we were completely satisfied. After having a horrible moving experience in July of 2013 when we moved from CT to SC, we were very nervous about finding a trustworthy company in the Greenville area to help us move to our newly built home. Joey and Steven were incredibly accomodating in setting up our move and gave us every reassurance that our experience with them would be completely different and they would take good care of us. The crew they sent to move us was incredible - professional, courteous and good humored! We had only planned to have them move a few things and they encouraged us to let them help us with more items. I can't recommend Tiger Moving enough!! They arrived right on time, worked hard, were incredibly professional. I was impressed with how efficiently they worked, packed and unpacked the truck. Jorge and his crew moved quickly and knew exactly what to do. They knew that we were paying for their time and did everything they could to do right by us. They even rounded down at the end of the day, saving us some money. One of the guys accidentally scratched the floors of the home we left, but the company took care of it and were really easy to work with in repairing it. Otherwise they were very careful to keep walls/floors/furniture protected. It's been 2 weeks, but I'm mostly unpacked and nothing is scratched or broken (including mirrors, pictures, canvases, wood furniture). Thank you for making moving day so easy for us! read more

Great experience! Evan B, Noah L, and Matt S were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and promptly got to work emptying my apartment. I had some pretty specific instructions about the care I wanted for a few pieces of furniture and they took extra care to make sure my things were protected and moved as carefully as possible. When we arrived at my new residence they moved quickly and efficiently and placed everything exactly as I asked, which made my unpacking process so much easier since all of my furniture was placed perfectly . Despite having to haul all of my things (including some very heavy furniture and a large TV) up 3 flights of stairs, absolutely nothing was damaged. I got moved by Josh and Vince from Tiger Moving and couldn't be happier about their expertise. I moved from a third floor hell hole of an apartment complex about 15 miles away to a single story house. Josh and Vince arrived right on time and were very pleasant to talk to. Since the move took a bit longer than expected (the third floor hell hole of an apartment played a big part in that) we took a 30 minute lunch break which I wasn't charged for. They used proper lifting techniques and even suffered through a certain collection of mine which was by far the heaviest thing they moved that day. I would whole heartedly recommend Tiger Moving and I hope you are lucky enough to get Josh or Vince on your team. The movers were very professional and explained to us their plan of action before they started. They loaded our items onto the moving truck effortlessly, efficiently, and with tremendous care. There were no hidden costs; the price range we were quoted was exactly what we paid upon completion of the job. They even went above the call of duty. We had several pieces of furniture that need to be covered and didn't have enough blankets. They bought blankets back with them to ensure the items wouldn't get scratched. We would 100% recommend Tiger Moving. Brennan, Austin, and Evan were our specific movers, and they were absolutely professional and courteous. They powered through some rain and carried heavy dressers and beds upstairs. They were spot on with arrival, each greeting me and my husband with their names and a handshake, evaluating furniture placement into the truck, then off to business with loading the truck. A most professional team of fine young gentlemen doing a fantastic job of protecting our goods and delivering them nearby in perfect condition. These guys were phenomenal!! We needed both packers and movers and knowing it would be expensive, I quoted out a ton of moving companies in our area - these guys came in at HALF the price of everyone else (and lucky for us because we weren't going to pay those other crazy prices). Typically, a lower price means less quality but NOT with Tiger Moving. Tiger Moving was professional, on time, efficient, didn't damage a thing and worked non-stop - I don't think I saw one of the 4 movers take a break in the 12 hours it took to move us (12 hours is not a reflection on Tiger moving, we just had A LOT of stuff ;)). Tiger Moving is Amazing! I called at the last-minute and they were so sweet. He asked all the right questions. They let me know that they would call me the day before to confirm the time and day. As planned he called and confirmed. Once the move date cam they called me that morning to let me know they were 15 mins away. I told them exactly what I wanted moved and what I was putting in my own car. They gave me the game plan and then they started. They broke the beds down and the dresses as well. They kept moving at a good speed. Once we arrived to the new home they were in and out. They were personable, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for helping me in a tight sitiation.
