I understand that employees have to close the business and get off on time, but the way it was communicated to us felt very rude and unprofessional. We were also told that we could not drop any food on the floor because she had already mopped and that we should not throw away our trash because she had already taken the trash out. I understand wanting to keep the place clean, but there was no trash can outside that I could see, so I actually had to ask where I was supposed to put our trash. At the very least, she could have simply offered to take the trash for us. The owner was notified about the situation through a Yelp review posted by my wife, but I felt like she was quick to side with her employee rather than taking the customer's concerns into consideration. I completely understand that employees have schedules and responsibilities, but there are professional and respectful ways to communicate with customers, especially when they have already placed an order. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a bad impression and is not the kind of customer service I would expect.
