Super cute and aesthetic cafe in Montrose Collective! I came on a nice day and got to walk around the area. Parking is very tricky during peak hours but you can find neighborhood parking that is a bit further or go to the garage as they validate parking for you here. Staff is very friendly and there's a variety of delicious (and health-conscious) options on the menu! I was told that the most popular items are Leemoo Signature Bowl and Sweet Escape Smoothie. We opted for the Cacao Dream Bowl (acai bowl with peanut butter and cacao) and Sweet Escape Smoothie (tropical flavor) - both were beautifully presented and tasted so fresh. Unfortunately, the smoothie is quite good here. I tried the Blue Wave and it had a nice subtle berry flavor with a stronger nutty flavor, which I enjoyed. The unfortunate part comes in where the smoothie is $12, so I definitely classify this as a treat yourself kind of place. I was unable to find neighborhood parking in the back so I ended up garage parking. Overall: 4.2/5 We put in a pickup order through DoorDash but realized we had an appointment so we called to ask if we could pick it up later. They were kind enough to accommodate us and had everything ready at the new pickup time. The store is cutely decorated and the matcha was delicious. I've been on an Açaí bowl mission lately. I was determined to try Leemoo dispite the tricky parking situation, it was easy to miss but I'll help you- it's directly across the street from Smoothie King and try parking in the Velvet Taco lot...just be quick, order to go I guess. Toppings were the average; bananas, strawberries, blueberries, coconut meat where others may only have coconut shavings and more but I stuck with most original, Signature bowl. The Açaí itself is unsweetened. I know they go for more of a healthier route there. The bowl was completely flavorless and more expensive than other Açaí places I've visited. I didn't care for the house made granola, it was basically oats, no granola. I didn't consume the bowl immediately because I took it to go, after my commute I tossed it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. The Açaí was icy- I've done this with other bowls and the consistency remained creamy once frozen a bit. Decor was picture worthy. I'll stick with a smoothie or juice next time. read more

Went on a post exam run to Leemoo with a couple classmates before going back to dallas. We all for these smoothies that resemble the erewhon ones. I got the local celebrity, which is made with pineapple, banana, spinach, like, coconut cream, and blended in house coconut milk. It has a more bold and sweeter flavor due to the pineapple. I thought it was ok, it also became watery very fast and lost its smoothie consistency. One of my friends got the cacao beach which is a chocolate version but I thought it was way too thick. The servers are also very helpful in explaining the different options and add-ons they have (they have SO many add-on options). The smoothies I tried were the Waves of Blue and the Local Celebrity. The Waves of Blue was very almond butter-forward with more of a sweet flavor, while the Local Celebrity was much lighter with a tangy overall flavor. I loved both of them, they were beautiful to look at and super yummy to drink! I also tried the chia pudding, which was good and made me feel very healthy but it probably isn't presented in the best container; the cup makes it pretty hard to mix the several layers of toppings. It's not too sweet overall and the main sugar you get is from the drizzle on top. My friend got an overnight oats cup in the Strawberry Cream flavor, and it was much sweeter than my chia pudding. It felt like eating a dessert! Parking isn't the best, you have to hope you get lucky with street parking in the neighborhood behind it or pay to park in the Montrose Collective garage. Yay free valet! :) do not waste your time looking for parking because they offer free valet with validation which is such a plus! Leemoo is very hidden and tucked away you can miss it by just driving by it from how hidden it is. When you walk in it smells absolutely amazing and it's extremely clean inside! Alex is who served me and he was very professional, Leemoo is lucky to have him as an employee he definitely represents the establishment well! The menu on the wall just has what they offer but not specific details on the items itself. There is a more detailed menu right by the register which lets you know what is in every item. I got the Leemoo signature açaí bowl. Overall taste is pretty on par with other açaí bowls except it is not that sweet. Noticed it didn't come with any honey on top and the fruit it had wasn't as sweet which i know you can't really control. I wish they offered some honey at the pick up station when you get your items. Only reason why i knocked it down a star for it not being as sweet without any honey on top like other açaí places. However, I did want to try one of there energy balls that are 3 for $10 and I just wanted to try one specific flavor and Alex did mention that they don't sell them individually only 3 for $10 which is my second reason for knocking down the rating. I don't think you should force customers to buy 3 simply for money purposes especially if they want to try them for the first time. Probably the only really ick about this place. Overall customer service from Alex was great! Açaí bowl could be a bit sweeter & the power balls which i wish i could have tried should be offered to be sold individually. They focus more on smoothies than coffee so the coffee options were limited. I loved my matcha but my boyfriend wasn't a fan of his cold brew. I'd skip the coffee here and stick to what they're known for. The only downside was the customer service. No one greeted us when we walked in and the cashier seemed low energy... didn't offer any recommendations and didn't really engage even after we mentioned it was our first time.
