The ordering process was easy, however, I never received any confirmation or receipt even though it was promised. The flowers were supposed to be set up before the funeral service around 8:00 am. They did not arrive until 10:30 am during funeral mass. My flowers were missing the ribbon, instead they added a small bouquet card that they hand wrote inside the church. Even worse, the stand they brought with them snapped 2 minutes after they set the flowers up. Grieving family members had to get up during mass and clean up the mess.

In all honesty, I was shocked at the limited plant offerings, they had a reasonable grouping of small succulents but I don't recall seeing normal nursery options. Rather scant selection of flowering plants and shrubs my mother in law picked up a wee succulent and the price was reasonable. A few items had prices. It was like a garage sale in that you had to ask about each item individually. I felt somewhat panicked at the chaotic layout and setting. I had a strong urge to leave.
