Best local place for fruit. I drive all the way from irvine to come here to buy my jackfruit. It's a little pricier than others but worth. They just know how to pick it and I'll let them know i want to eat right away so they'll give me the most ripe plate. They take card but there's a minimum. This place is a hidden gem. The service is great and they are super friendly. I found the sweetest fruits there, jackfruit, mangos, watermelon, and mini bananas. They also sell orchids and house plants. I can't wait to come back to try the different fruits they have. read more

I paid $61 for these 4 cherimoyas. Very disappointed because they have so many seeds and I can barely enjoy the fruit. After removing the skin and the seeds, there's not much left. I love cherimoyas and they usually have fewer seeds. I feel ripped off....paying $61 mostly for the fruit skin and the seeds. So disappointing. This place used to be honest and have good fruit, but not a anymore. The last few years I haven't gone as much but every time I stopped by, it's disappointing. My last two trips, I stopped by to buy jackfruit because my lo loves it. The trip prior, the jackfruit was old and a bit slimy when we opened it. This last trip I asked if the jackfruit is fresh and sweet, the sale lady said yes. But at the same moment, a frequent customer/friend of her come in and ask if the jackfruit is fresh, the sale lady looked at me then told her friend to give her a minute. Well, guess what, the Jack fruit is fresh but not sweet at all. So yes, it is time to fine a new fruit store. How disappointing. read more

If you're adventurous for exotic food this is the place to get them. The staff here mostly speak Vietnamese but don't let that stop you. They are very nice and very friendly. I even cracked a few jokes with them (and I don't even speak their language) and had a few good laughs. If you're not sure which fruit is fresh don't worry; they will help you. But remember to tell them if you want to eat it now (and they'll pick out the ripe ones) or if you plan to eat them later, they'll pick the not so ripe for you. read more

Our go-to spot for fresh asian fruits! The fresh rambutan (from Hawaii and Thailand) are always fresh... and the price is unbeatable. A whole box for $27 dollars! Was craving for durian( sau rieng) and mom in law wants sour sop, (mang cau), so we dropped by here for some fresh fruits. Durian was at 17.00 a lb, but the selling lady was putting into boxes, so I asked her if I could buy 2 pieces, she accommodated me. It was 10 dollars for the 2 pieces. Craving fixed. It took a while to pick out a sour sop because the selection were a mixture of like chewy or non ripe. It was all confusing, but the selling lady was quite honest, she wouldn't sell the bad one to my mom, so I appreciate that. read more

This place is the most horrible place, don't come here to buy fruit. I ask if the durian was good and the lady in the front said yes. It was 11 dollar a pound. I pick a fresh one and it was about $60 dollar I ask the owner to open it so I can eat it. She took the durian in the back to open it and when she came out she put it in a container and tie it up. I got into the car and the durian was wet and smoosh. It taste horrible like it was not the fresh one but a frozen one. I believe she went to the back and exchange the frozen one with me. I went back to ask her and she denied it and didn't want to exchange it for me. I showed her the durian and said that it was NOT fresh! She keep denied it and said the weather is cold that why it was wet. I have ate many fresh durian and that was not fresh and not the one I pick out. I will NEVER come back again.
