1 Star - Furious and Extremely Disappointed This place straight-up ignored what I asked for and now expects me to just deal with it. I came in to replace my windshield and specifically said, "no blue tint strip"--I was crystal clear. The lady there told me it would be taken care of and matched to what I already had. I even had an aftermarket windshield before without that ugly strip, so I know it was possible. Instead, they installed a windshield with a big, ugly blue band across the top, and acted like it's not a big deal. When I called to complain, they told me I'd have to come in just to speak to the owner--like seriously? No way to call him? That's shady as hell. So I go in person, and the owner tells me "this is all we have." No apology, no accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure dismissiveness. Now I'm stuck with something I didn't want, and I feel like they just brushed me off like I don't matter. If you care about your car or being respected as a paying customer, avoid this place. They don't listen, don't deliver what they promise, and don't care if you're unhappy. This isn't just bad service--it's disrespectful. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Replaced the windshield and they charged me to have the eyesight calibrated. They broke it. Plain and simple. It's going to cost me almost $700 between the window replacement and the calibration for the adaptive cruise control and lane assist from Subaru. The receptionist had me come back to the store on 3 separate occasions in the same week and didn't resolve the issue. You get 2 stars because a 1 star review is just a disgruntled customer. A 2 star means I really thought about it and you do not deserve anyone who has a car that is newer than 2017. As for the response below from the office manager. Unless you refund me enough to pay for the mistake you made. Don't act like you made it right. After the $150 refund, it will cost me $695 for a windshield replacement and recalibration of something that your team broke. read more

Do not use their glass!! the repair the shop and glass was terrible. I called loved the quote, was out of town, I came in and said I was in a hurry. arrived with only one person ahead of me. Four more people came into establishment and left before me. I had gone up to the women at the counter extremely shorthanded with the phones and counter, waiting to ask where is my car, I looked into garage and seen my car sitting alone with no glass. She finally got to me letting me know the technician broke the glass upon install and a replacement was on the way as they had no more in stock. In another hour and a half the Job was done and finally I was gone!! That happeded in May on the 19 2025 and on February 19, 2026 their cheap glass broke again from one end of my car to the other as it sat in my driveway after not being drive for days. I got into the car there was a thin crack from one side of vehicle to the other. Made no offer to look at it and she said, there is nothing that they can do. I hope this helps someone!! read more

Travelled from South to North of California last September and decided to replace a sandblasted windshield there and the quality of installation was really bad. We didn't have rain in South California till last week and I was unable to find this problem right after. After heavy rain last week car inside become wet. And few attempts of drying didn't help. Today I started to check the carpet on the floor and it was all wet. I removed trims and lifted it and found huge amount of water on the floor on passenger side and on back seats side. Removed passenger side window trim and spilled water on windshield and immediately water appeared on the floor under glovebox. With paper knife figured out that half of side and some small part on top of didn't have a proper seal. I used sealant to fix it but job was done very badly... Was down the street at Low Price Auto Glass and they quoted me $225 to replace my windshield on my 2014 Prius. Seemed a tad high, Called Amber over at Tigris and she told me to come down, that Tigris would do it for $150. They also have lifetime warranty on the labor, so if anything happens, I'll just take it back to them to repair. Amber and the team had me in and out in 30-40 mins, and I was back on the road. I called about getting my sunroof replaced and I really liked how quickly they were able to get back to me. I spoke to a couple of people on the phone and they were both friendly and knowledgeable. Stay far away!!!! Over $5k in damages during window replacement & owner would not take accountability. Window was replaced in March and I wish I would have read reviews. Removal and installation damages to paint all around the window and dash under glass. Window installed had micro scratches and was not installed correctly. When addressed with the owner, he became agitated and argumentative. Would not take accountability for the damages and garbage work. Do yourself a favor and do not give them your business. I had a 12 o'clock appointment to have windshield gasket looked at as it was still under warranty but was making terrible wind noise on the interstate (40+mph) and was leaking water into the cab from multiple points when it rained. While I was waiting in the lobby I heard two other customers bring their cars back due to wind noise. It's not an anomaly. After waiting an hour and a half they finally took my vehicle back to get worked on. (1:30p) Instead of fixing their mistake by replacing the gasket and re-sealing around the windshield, they instead just injected a bunch of sealant on the outside and inside of the cab, some of which got on the paint and windshield. The outer gasket is not adhered to the windshield which is causing the extremely loud wind noise and in same cases whistling. Two hours after I left, I was merging onto the interstate driving directly into the sun when I tried to flip down my sun-visor when the whole thing fell off, obstructing my view and almost causing me to wreck. I immediately pulled over and called, they new it had happened, but didn't inform me when it happened they just tried to "fix" it. The bolt has fresh marks from where it was scuffed from them trying to fix it, but did the same half-assed job like the window and it almost caused me to get in an accident. They want me to bring it in Tomorrow to get the visor fixed when I should have been informed the moment it happened and it should have been rectified on site. No apology, or ownership of what had happened, just a long holds while the owner/manger hid behind the receptionist and played the telephone game; her being the mediator. They were able to get me in the next day, and were considerably cheaper than all the other places I was quoted, even cheaper than just paying my $500 deductible through insurance. Warning:: multiple reviews regarding the installers damaging the cars when they install the glass!! They broke our air vents!! So many companies are nice until after the purchase is made. It is very unfortunate that not only was the glass scratched, but they broke our air vent inside our car during installation. I tried talking to the owner and he denied going inside and basically they are not going to do anything about it. The vent wasn't broken when we brought the car in and now it is. I had to replace the windshield and radar on my 21 Accord after an accident. I bought a windshield several moths ago from them. They said the camera in the windshield calibrated after the install. After replacing the radar I took it to a calibration company and they told me the camera could not be calibrated. I took it back to this company and they looked at it again. They said it calibrated. So back to the calibration company who were still unable to calibrate the system. They said the camera must be bad. I purchased a camera from a wrecking yard and installed it. Now I took it to honda for calibration on both camera and radar. Honda told me the camera I purchased was the wrong part number even though it was the same part number as the one that was in the car. So I purchased a brand new camera and radar and took it to honda. Honda was able to calibrate the radar but advised me the windshield installed was not good and the mount for the camera was off not allowing them to calibrate it. After months of dealing with the radar, camera, and calibration issues I come to find out it was all because the cheap windshield tigris installed. I called tigris and they told me they wouldn't do anything for me. This is my experience with tigris and I'm not happy that I paid over $1000 for a camera and radar I probably didn't need and now I'm going to have to replace the windshield again at my expense. read more

At my office, someone decided to break my back window and Tigris Auto Glass got me in the next day. I accidentally arrived an hour before my apt and they were able to get me in sooner. I don't remember the lady's name up front but she is so chill and funny between her taking calls and talking to me time flew by. The best part is they are the cheapest in town everyone else wanted between 6 and $700 I left paying half of that. However if you take a look at the photo they circle the crack as well as the broken dashboard but if you look closely you can see glass droppings inside the car near the window. This proves that they put the glass back on the car to take this picture. They had already removed the glass prior and quickly put it back on the car to take this photo. You also can see the windshield wipers raised as well. They literally posted this photo proving that they are at fault for the broken dashboard.
