I came here specifically for the calamari. If you haven't tried it, TRY IT. Not all Tii Cups offer street snacks but this location does. I ordered online for pick up which worked out well cause the drive amounted to the defaulted wait time. Wish they had more of a system or signs for online pickups because there's no real guidance once you're inside. They have a cute tiger drinking boba mural on the wall and adorable wall paper. Aside from the confusion for where to pickup, service was fast and friendly. Calamari was crisp but tender and stayed that way. Worth the drive.

I got two drinks from there. It was clean and good service. I'll be back to try the food.

We were looking for a Boba tea place a little bit later on a Friday night and were surprised to see that so many closed at what seemed like an early time. Lucky for us The Tii Cup stays open later, and was on our way to our final destination. We stopped in and took our time looking at the extensive menu. The person working offered to help, but wasn't rushing us at all. We opted to order from the kiosk. Drinks were made pretty quickly and they were delicious! There were so many options that we wanted to try so just a reason to return soon. The location is in a strip mall so plenty of parking but not a lot of seats inside so plan on probably just getting it to go.

We got the strawberry and passion fruit paradise teas, the strawberry one was okay but the passion fruit was great! Kind of busy close to closing but service was good, the staff were nice. Some of the benches were broken inside but cool mural was on the wall inside.

As a bubble tea enthusiast, I LOVE this place!! The boba drinks are top quality, and every drink is so tasty. It's such a great casual place to meet friends for a quick sweet treat, with a fun interior design. The employees are always quick to give a great recommendation for a drink if you don't know what to get! A must go if you're a boba fanatic like me!

We stopped by after having some pho and decided to grab some Boba. Though there was a bit of a wait (our order got misplaced), the staff quickly sorted it out once we asked, and we finally got to enjoy our drinks! The atmosphere was laid-back, and the seating area was comfy and inviting. Adding a bit of music would really enhance the vibe and make it the perfect spot to relax with some Boba. Overall, it's a cozy place with potential, and we had a pleasant time!

Boba was good, but we waited for over 20 minutes for a waffle... I'm sorry, but you shouldn't make tea for a dozen other orders before you make the first customers order. If you don't have spare time don't order here!! The drinks only took 5-6mins, but we didn't want to sit in the cold waiting area for half an hour for a waffle that was only "ok." Management definitely needs to work on training their employees.

    Order / pick up time

My family comes here all the time. Their PICK UP INSTRUCTION is self explanatory, and I appreciate how it helps me get my orders quickly and efficiently. My husband and I with our children waited patiently @4:45pm for our food to be ready due to the self explanatory pick up instructions. Says food will be ready @4:50 (I understand it doesn't mean it will be, it's an approximate time) that's why my husband and I are always patient. No pick up text yet, but by 4:55pm, we decided to go up to the counter and inquired about the status of our order. To our disappointment, it had been sitting there for some time already. The worker looked at it and sees that surely enough it was our order. He handed it over to us, but unfortunately, the food was no longer fresh and not even warm enough. We got the food AND THEN they sent us a 'pick up' text at 4:57 pm. After observing that my food was no longer warm, I inquiringly asked the staff about its duration on the counter. However, they all evaded my query by exchanging glances without uttering a SINGLE word, I kid you not. I persisted in seeking an answer, only to be met with sustained silence multiple of time, which was actually very frustrating. Eventually, one staff member responded with, "we'll make you a new one. It'll take about 10min." After receiving the resolution, we decided to say it's fine. HOWEVER this was the turning point for me. When the new batch was done, before handing it to us, one of the employees boldly decided to shift the responsibility onto us by stating, 'This is an excessive amount of calamari. Can you kindly inform us of your presence upon arrival for future orders?' (It's like, DUH WE KNOW THAT! It's OUR order and OUR MONEY as well. Imagine HOW WE FEEL) P.S. we ALWAYS order 4 bags of calamari. I strongly feel that it's not fair to assume that I should have just followed her instructions blindly, especially when they HAVE a self-explanatory pickup text. We picked up our order BEFORE they even sent me the pickup text and unfortunately, the food was already cold. Imagine if I had actually waited for the pickup text to come through? At what point would it have been sent if my order was already sitting there? To end this, I prevented her from turning it around on us; I told her to apologize and take responsibility, explaining and showing her the text order communication. The apology wasn't sincere one bit, it only came after I made the confrontation, to top it off she still proceeded to have the last words by ending it with the exact same prior statement. I'm never one to have confrontation or even have the courage to have a voice, I suppose there is a first for everything. Anyway, after she got her last words in, we simply took our order and walked out, there was no point to continue the conversation if we were simply at fault as to why they had to make a whole new batch. TII CUP GET IT RIGHT. Do we pick up AFTER RECEIVING a Ready to pick up text? Or is it OUR RESPONSIBILITY to come and DEMAND FOR OUR FOOD BEFORE THE TEXT IS SENT OUT?

Sending a special #ThankYouThursday shout out to Tii Cup! We needed a Friday pick me up last week after a long day of working at our food shelf, and Tii Cup was perfect. Ordering was super easy online and communication was simple. They gave us an estimated time on when our order would be ready and then texted when it was good to go. We enjoyed a couple of Mango Iciis, a Honeydew Snow, and 2 Strawberry Milk teas. I wish I had a picture, but we were all too excited to get those straws into our treats. The mango is my favorite and I always lean towards that one, but soon maybe I'll branch out and try a different flavor. The pearls are chewy and delicious! I have to admit it took me a little bit to get used to the texture, but there's no way I'd leave one behind now. Love me some Tii Cup! Update: as soon as I finished writing this I had a hankering so I ordered a Red Guava Icii. Amazing!

MMmMmm, yummy boba drinks iced or blended for your tastebuds! Definitely refreshing on a hot day like today!! Loved this place for the drinks, but the cleanliness of the dining room could be worked on... quite a bit. The Atmosphere: You walk in and to the front of you is the cashier counter plus you see straight into the drink prep/making station. To the left in the wall is the menu. To the right is the dining/sitting room. Bathrooms to the right, far back. The cleanliness of the establishment was what we had an issue with. When you walk in the floors were dirty and sticky. Someone needs to come out and mop and make sure the floors are clean. The tables were just strewn all over the place and some dirty. The bathroom was surprisingly clean though with a changing table! So there's that. The Service: She was friendly and helpful. She was informative when I had questions on certain drinks. The Drinks: Wintermelon Black Milk Tea with Boba and Egg Custard - 5/5 Fresh Avocado with Egg Custard and Boba - 5/5 Fresh Watermelon with Basil Seeds - 4/5 Oreo drink (forgot the name) - 3/5 it was okay. I LOVED the fact that they had Egg AND Mango Custard here. Not many places have mango custard!! Love the choices and they are fast and friendly. Will definitely be back. And they have board games for you to play as well. Just hope they are cleaner next time so we could utilize said games!

love trying Bubble Tea wherever it's available. Parking: Lot Atmosphere: Ice Cream parlor vibes Service: The server was friendly and helpful. It was little wait for my order. Bubble Tea: I wanted to try to something new. I ordered the Icii (Icii Regular) $4.25 + Mango Popping Boba ($0.50). It was as I expected. I love the popping boba; that burst of flavor when you bite down Overall I enjoyed and will definitely come back and try something new.

Very very good bubble drinks! And now they can make less sweet, witch means less fatty! The Taro milk tea is the BEEEST drink there in my opinion...the appetizers are good too but only on weekends are available.

I love going to Tii Cup ever since I grew up here. Their milk teas are good and their smoothies and shake are refreshing. Since I been to multiple boba places, this place doesn't really compare that high among them. I always get the jasmine milk tea with herbal jelly, less sweet. 4/5. This actual review of the whole boba is a 3.5/5.

I ordered 2 special pho, a broken rice dish and some korean dogs, there's 6 of us 2 adults ale 4 kids. They charged me with 3%for using debit/ credit so I said fine, my total became$111 and some change. After we were seated i decided to order 2 more dishes for dinner in which the waiter confirmed. After my and my husband got done eating our pho the 2 extra dishes didn't even come. The waiter asked if that's all we're waiting for i said it's and another 15 or so minutes is still not there. So o finally saw the waiter and told her to make it a to go she said that's fine. They never brought it to us so we finally left and when we did i went to tell the guy waiter at front desk to not charge me as I no longer want it anymore, he said they have it. So I waited and went to go pay for those and then I get charged 20 tip because we drive on a table of 5 to 6 gets charged 18%, week we didn't actually dive because those dishes never came and my kids just ate the corn dogs waiting for food that never came!!!! She said we still dined in and so they'll have to charge me. OK fk you then bitch I'll pay for it and I'll never come back and fk you!!!!!

You're telling me that I can get a Sno Ball, like I'm used to getting only in the South, at Lake Calhoun?! Okay, giddiness aside if I must, here's what you need to know: *two sizes, served in take-out containers. Small (think a side of rice) - $3, large (think what your last order of Kung Pao chicken came in) - $5 *a TON of flavors including Georgia peach, wedding cake, tiger's blood (yes, you read that correctly), blue bubble gum, dreamsicle *additional flavors or sweet cream will run you an additional $.50 each *they have sugarfree options, which I forgot to explore since I was just too excited, a la Jessie Spano I ordered the small king cake as this is a New Orleans-style sno ball truck, after all. It was a perfect purple sno ball with unidentifiable sweetness. I don't know what king cake is supposed to taste like, but I do know that there wasn't a tiny baby in my sno ball like there are in traditional king cakes. That would have been super creepy.
