The day of, she observed what I was getting lasered, circled the hair with a white colored pencil, and quoted me. What usually takes 15 minutes in CA took her ~30 but her work was great! The owner told me they will check the amount of hair I have before every visit and quote me based on that. (Note: I got lasered in CA in between my first and second visit.) Fast forward to my second visit in March- the owner handed the technician a paper with the body parts I got done the first time. I assumed I would be paying the same amount as the first time since I was not given a quote. To my surprise I was charged about THREE TIMES the amount when it was time to pay. Based on this experience, I think this is a dishonest facility that is misleading and inconsistent with their pricing. I will make sure to obtain a quote prior to getting anything lasered if I decide to return.
