She explained the process and answered all my questions. She asked me to laser a small part of my leg to see how I react. Let me tell you it was terrible. The machine would suck my skin gently and shot heat as it let it go. My leg was burning the entire day. She did apply tea tree oil on the spot. If you ever had a feeling of your skin burning that's how it felt all day. Not sure what machine they sure but from what I remember it was Lumise or something similar. I won't be going to this place just coz it didn't feel like the right laser to me. I have seen over laser machines. I had previously sought out different massage places but that advertise lymphatic massages but it's only the ultrasound, no massage and none of the other treatments this facility provides you - plus all their advice. They are all trained to provide the best care for you and actively listen to your concerns. They have an extensive check-in process where you provide information on the procedures you have had and when they conduct the initial evaluation, they go over everything with you. I just had my consultation and they handled my body with care and were extra careful with the stitches I have and worked around the area. In all my visits, never has any staff member made me uncomfortable or violated in anyway. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. They educated me on all the post-op care I need to partake in to ensure the most optimal results. Having done my surgery in another country, they take my doctor's concerns and request into consideration when I tell them, and my doctor is very comfortable with all the information that I provide to him from them and vice versa.
