My daughter surprised me with a session of micro blading to have my eyebrows done. My eyebrows were sparse due to hormone changes and I was very self conscious about them. Very hard to pencil in when you can't see without your glasses and just a pain to do even with a magnifying mirror. I have to echo everyone's reviews on Aida and the service thus far. I went in for my first laser session recently and bought the bundle package (6 services for 15% off). When I was trying to make my appointment over the phone, Aida was very accommodating to the point where she was able to swap me with another client. Great service and first impression! I did laser hair removal over 7 years ago so I was aware of the run down on what to expect but still had a couple of questions for the aftercare since my memory was fuzzy. Aida was very patient with answering all of them and even after the day after as she is accessible via text. The only thing I would suggest from my appointment is to provide a numbing cream/spray for the clients if they have a low tolerance for pain or to suggest it to the client prior to the appointment. I needed a numbing cream and had to wait for 20 min to re-start the laser session but it wasn't a big deal since her and I ended up chatting like old friends to help the time pass quickly. It would probably have been more concerning if I was on a time crunch. I'll be back for my second session in Sept and hope to try their hydra facial next as this is something I haven't tried with any facials and I'm always interested in trying anything to get a glowy and clean skin complexion. I stumbled upon Elite when I was looking to get some laser removal and decided to try them after seeing all the positive reviews. As a PCOS sufferer I had terrible chin and upper lip hair and after trying laser a few years ago had given up on it ever working. Boy was I wrong! Aida was amazing from the first session. She explained the process and was very invested in helping me take care of the issue. She adjusted the lasers each session to make sure I get the best results and after only 6 sessions the hair is completely gone. Its almost like I never had any hair on the chin to start with and all the black marks from the hair have disappeared. Now I only do maintenance appts every 6-7 weeks and couldn't be happier. Aida also suggested that I try microneedling and laser for my acne scars and i ended up buying 3 sessions of microneedling and one of the laser (which i am yet to do). The microneedling with Dr Albader was a great experience. She explained the process and answered all my questions. She was totally invested in getting me the best results and provided suggestions on how to get the most out of my treatments. She performed the treatments for me and was always careful of my pain tolerance and comfort. I had the best microneedling experience one can have and am happy with the results so far! In general scheduling is a breeze with these ladies and they are always so pleasant to be around during appointments. I had my second appointment at elite medical spa for laser hair removal yesterday and I am already super happy with the results. I was VERY apprehensive about getting the treatment for two reasons: 1. I am black - we are at the highest risk of burning from laser. 2. I had laser six years ago and sustained burns. I never considered trying laser again until someone close to me who knows Dr. Albader suggested that I talk to her about a procedure. I scheduled a consultation and went on and saw her and Aida, the practice manager and skin expert. Aida suggested laser to correct the problem instead of what I originally thought I needed. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She even showed me a picture of skin darker than mine that she treated (the darker the skin, the higher the risk of burning). I noticed that Dr. Albader trusts Aida as the expert in laser. She was there for the consultation which was important to me because of my past experience with laser but Aida seems to be an experienced skin expert. After the first procedure about six weeks ago, I saw dramatic results. Six years ago, when I had my bad laser experience, I went for ten sessions and none of those sessions ever had results as dramatic as my first session with Elite Medical Spa. Aida told me exactly what would happen and how the hair would grow back and everything happened like she said it would. She puts aloe vera on the treated area and makes sure my skin looks normal before sending me on my way. I went back yesterday for the second appointment of six, and it went smoothly. I just experienced my first hydrafacial with Aida & she was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and patient. I didn't feel like she was rushing through the facial, she took her time extracting the gunk out of my pores on my nose. She explain to me what she was going to be doing to my face and made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any discomfort. Did I say she was friendly?! I enjoyed talking to her so much I felt like I was with one of my girl friends chatting up a storm lol. My face felt and look so bright and plump! Like a juicy peach ! Obviously I had two or three little red marks where I had my acne but still my face feels so wonderful I can't wait to see how it looks tomorrow. At the end of my facial she showed me all of the wonderful things she pulled out of my face. It was so satisfying to see she got so much shit out of my face a left me looking all NEW. They have a package of three hydrafacials for $350 (which I ended up getting ). Oh and you also get a light therapy with the hydrafacial at the end. Which I've been to and called different places where they do hydrafacials and they always have the light therapy as an add on for more money. I thought the price for a hydrafacial here was very reasonable. She even allowed me to come after hours as long as you schedule an appointment of course. Talk about great customer service! I have been coming to see Aida for almost a year now for my laser hair removal sessions. Within 3 sessions more than half of the hair was gone. Aida is a godsend. Like many women, my 30s has welcomed the onslaught of chin hair. What started as an occasional stray has developed into a tiny colony. As a black woman, this has also meant dark marks from coarse, curly ingrowns. I've been going to Elite Med Spa for about a year now and it has been an amazing experience. I originally started seeing Aida for laser hair removal based off of the recommendation of a friend from work. The hair removal has gone really well but the thing that really made this spa stand out to me was the BBL. During one of our sessions, Aida asked me about some of the redness in my face. I have keratosis pilaris on my arms and face which has left me with a lot of redness. I had consulted a dermatologist when I was younger but was told that there was nothing I could do to get rid of the redness. Aida suggested trying BBL to see if it would help since they use it for rosacea. I have had three sessions now and it has made a world of difference in my skin. We decided to look at the before and after pictures after my third session and the improvement is amazing. My cheeks are clear and smooth which is something I never thought would happen. I used to wear heavy foundations to try and cover the redness but it just left me with cake face and splotchy redness still shining through. I still have a couple sessions left but even after 3 sessions I feel more confident than ever about how my skin looks. I have no problem going without foundation and now even when I do wear makeup I just use a sheer coverage. I was never able to do that before. I've even been wearing blush for the first time. My skin looks amazing and my makeup looks so much better since I don't try to pack it on. On top of all of this, Aida is genuinely the best I have ever met. I've had a bunch of facials and suggestions from different estheticians and none of them have come close to the knowledge and know how of Aida. She can look at your skin and know exactly what it needs. I never would have tried BBL if it wasn't for her even though the redness on my face has bothered me my entire life. My laser hair removal (face) has been great. I have brown skin and have not experienced any hyperpigmentation or skin discoloration following my laser treatments. My only suggestion would be maybe an aloe vera gel application to cool the skin after the treatment as an option for clients. I love Aida, she's super cool and makes me feel comfortable. read more

Aida is honestly the best! I can't speak highly enough of her personality and her work. I have suffered from pseudofolliculitis since I was 17, and have the scars to prove it. My problems were along my jaw line and neck area. I wish I would've taken pictures to show how severe my scars were. This wasn't my first experience with laser hair removal, but it's definitely the best. I was not burned at all, like I have been in the past due to me being dark skinned, and I saw amazing results after just one session. I decided to do full body hair removal, because of the reasonable price. During the process she moves fairly quickly, which is good because I'm 5'9", so we have a lot of surface to cover, and we take breaks as needed. Aida is very accommodating with her scheduling, which is very important to me since at this point I now live in Texas, but travel back so I can be lasered. I've had 4 out of 6 sessions completed so far, and the only time I shave is right before the sessions. The hair is either super fine or it's just not there!! The staff at Elite are extremely professional and so patient. They take the time to answer all of your questions and explain the procedures especially the physician, Dr. Albader. I have gotten 3 different services there and visited this spa about 5 times total and worked with several different professionals and they are all hardworking, dedicated and flexible. I had to change my appointments and they were very accommodating. They also offered me the specials that the practice was offering which I didn't even know about! I loved their hydrafacial service and even recommended it to several other people! In fact, I have referred about 4 people to Elite and they were all treated fabulously and have even become repeat clients and have gone on to get additional services. I have tried other medical spas before but that's before I knew about this one. The fact there is an actual physician on-site makes me feel so much more comfortable and confident.
