Horrible place to deal with. Was sold a broken seadoo by them. Was told it had been completely gone through by the service department. Head gasket was blown when I received it. 3 trips back to them to get things fixed and 2 grand at the seadoo dealership to fix everything else. Bought motorhome and had to live in their lot for 3 weeks while they claimed they couldn't find a part. I work in the auto parts business and found the part in 10 minutes. Sad part is it was not the tonight part. The power to the 5th wheel I was living in lost power. My 4 dogs could have died. $48,500. for amotorhome that I have spent 3,000 on repairs. "Used car salesman" is synonymous for sleazy, pushy, crooked sales. It's too bad, really. Sure, there may be some dishonest used car salespeople, but certainly the entire industry can't be that bad. Unfortunately, the stereotype seems to have been hatched from the Core Values, or lack thereof, this business was founded upon. Treat employees poorly, customer service is inconsistent. The sales associates are great, I will give them that. They are doing the best with what tools are provided to them, which is lacking down to the fundamentals of training available. They will personally finance vehicles to people who cannot gain financing through traditional means, people they know will default on payments almost immediately, so they can re-poses the car and re-sell the vehicle that will sketchily pass a safety. They take non-refundable deposits on vehicles they are not guaranteed allotment of from the OEM. They will intimidate you into leaving 5-star reviews. The sales people you will be talking to are awesome and amazing human beings, just trying to earn a living. Unfortunately there is little they can do to change company policy, so if you do decide to proceed, do so with caution. read more

Well. Considering that it is a 3-hour turn around drive and we went with the intention of spending $30,000 on a trailer we have been looking at on the web for weeks. It goes without saying that we were extremely upset to find that it was sold and they are just to lay to delete it off of their web page. It must be difficult to hit that one key that deletes something. We tell the salesman our budget and wants and he starts showing us stuff that is $7,000 more and without our wants.
