These guys are really good! They have gone above and beyond what a service center usually does. They are honest and work with you, showing you the issues they found were. Then they are not pushy on selling you everything under the sun. They showed us what we could wait on completing and what was urgent. They have a 3 year warranty on their work, who does that anymore???? They called the next day to check on how everything was going and that everything was completed satisfactorily. These guys have been a lifesaver. With these, I no longer have to go to a dealer. They are really good at what they do and I trust them with my 2007 BMW 525i. Of all the work they have ever done on my car, I haven't had a complain or have to go back because the repair didn't resolve the issue. They always find time to squeeze me in. I had an excellent experience at Redline Autohaus. They were professional and efficient. No long waits. Saved me $1500 when quoted elsewhere to repair an apparent leak to my AC. They topped up my Freon and put in a dye to see if there was a leak. When I returned a week later ... no leak and AC still blowing cold. So relieved and very satisfied.
