Boards started cracking. They kept sending out the installer to replace the cracked boards with leftover material we had from the original install. But it continued to happen. Finally, they reached out to the manufacturer who sent their own inspector out to determine what the cause was. Before this inspector came out though Jeff, the head of Cherry City sent the original installer back out to my house to make some adjustments and create gaps in the installl so it was altered before the manufacturer showed up. After they came back with their report determining it was a bad install, Jeff said that he disagreed with it. Ultimately, they didn't take care of it and we have a cracked floor in multiple places. Avoid this place at all cost. They are terrible and Jeff is a total piece of garbage.

After our transaction was completed, the guy said he had forgotten that there was a $75 delivery fee to Salem (the amount we were supposedly "saving" on our certificate). To avoid that fee, we had to drive up to NW Portland and pick up the tile ourselves from the manufacturer. I would definitely never do business with this company again. The installation team, Jose and Jose, put everything they had into making our installation perfect. Intricate cutting and matching things up seemed second nature to them. Also, every time I walked by, they were working hard and going above and beyond. They even took the time to blow the resulting dust off of my car in the garage without being asked to.
