It was so last minute I had to pay for a dress with a raw hemline, mismatched seams, and globs of hot glue just so I could take it to a proper tailor who rushed the repairs overnight so we could have it ready. She has actively avoided my calls, my complaint to BBB and even sent her staff to deal with this because she has no moral compass to fix what she knows she messed up. Not to mention lying on the phone about who she was so she didn't have to talk to me. I will never return to that store and advise you not to as well. The owner is a scam artist.
