She does not have any customer service skills she was rude. There were only two families in there and we only needed a return done. I will never go back here it's the worst . Went in to get my sons tuxes for prom. The store was very crowded and we had to wait a bit, but we were asked to check in and they were calling people off of the list. When it was our turn, Lesley helped us and made the entire experience smooth and easy. One of my sons was very indecisive but she walked him through the process and he was happy with his selection. The staff at this establishment greet you as if you were interrupting them. After greeting you, they don't even come to you to ask you what it is that you need. They just make you stand there. I went in there with my son to get a suit for him for his prom night. The guy yelled at me from where he was at to sign up at the kiosk, didn't even bother to come and greet me face-to-face. When it was finally my turn to be helped, the lady with the blonde hair told me that she was going be back-and-forth with two other customers. What was the whole point of the kiosk if you're going be helping more than one customer!? She was talking so fast about the packages that every time I tried to ask a question she would just keep talking. Then, she just walked away and goes to another customer leaving me there standing with questions that I couldn't ask because she wouldn't stop talking. I tried to ask her the questions but she just kept going. She goes to another customer and takes about 15 minutes but keeps looking at me, yet didn't approach me. I grabbed my stuff and left with my son. $300 walking out of the store right there and then. Thankfully, I found another spot with around the same price but with better Customer Service and that to me is more important. read more

They saved me today. I am the owner of a business and today is our Christmas party. I have to look good. Last night I tried on my old suit and ooh no I didn't fit anymore. I went to Men's Warehouse and they were able to fit me for a new suit and do all the necessary tailoring to the paints and the jacket within 2 hours. Lillian was the sales associate that helped me and she was awesome. I can't believe the customer service I received. 2nd to none. We went to Moss&Bros in a different state, which is an upscale business btw, same thing for no more than $400. I was appalled... and the suit he tried on wasn't made well. The woman who does tailoring told me to only feed my boyfriend salads, while the woman who helped him choose multiple suits commented negatively on his his body shape. I rented a tuxedo for a 4 year old boy. Took him in for sizing and was told to come back a couple days before the wedding for a fitting. When we picked up the suit, shoes were too small, shirt was small, coat is snug and the pants are the most ugly tailored pants you can imagine. They use a large sized pant and try to make adjustments to his size. The pants are really baggy in the crotch and butt area, while the waist is snug. I spent over $100 dollars to have a rented item that looks ridiculous!! As soon as I left the store, I went to purchase pants, shirt and shoes that fit. The only items that I'll be using are the coat and bow tie. (I had no choice but continue with the rental due to time restraints) I questioned the lady helping us and she said that they don't carry slim sizes and try to adjust regular pants to fit. (They could have told me that when they were sizing him and not once the contract is signed and there's hardly anytime to solve the issue) I spent over a $100 for the shoes, shirt and pants that fit somewhere else. The lesson here is that next time, purchase a suit elsewhere, avoid the costly rental fee that will make you look like a joke. read more

Save yourself time and go somewhere else. This is a zero customer service place. We walked in and asked for a kids husky size suit. Mary starts looking and says we don't have any husky. Fine we try on a regular size coat to see if it fits and can be altered. Then another customer walks in so she leaves us in the middle of trying on suits to go talk to the customer that walked in. There were other employees there that could of helped the other customer or take over for Mary and continue helping us. Mary comes back and I ask her about the alterations and she says they will only alter the sleeves on the coat. Then she asks another employee that is there about husky size suits and the lady says if they order it we can't try it on and it can't be altered. It is completely inappropriate the for customer service person to comment on a person's body parts! And for the alteration person to tell his girlfriend that she should be feeding him SALADS! What in the world is going on? Certain ethnicities are prone to have a generous derriere & SALADS have NOTHING to do with it! Caucasian & Asian have certain physical attributes as well, should we talk about those? When the customer service person asked, how's your day going? The customer's response was, " Having a difficult day", (because you're insulting me). My husband and I went here to get him two suits. We also decided to get the two suits tailored. It took about a week to get the suits back but they were tailored awfully. It didn't fit to his body whatsoever. We spend well over $800 for just the two suits, not including them being tailored. It was a waist of money, unfortunately. We won't be going back. read more

We went to Men's Wearhouse and received quotes from a young man (extremely green)who was very helpful. As we left the store, the manager Sally (a sweetheart) said you guys are leaving? We said "Yes, thank you". As we were eating dinner she called and apologized that she could not personally see to our needs because she was busy with another customer (totally understandable "first in first out" as it should be). She said if you would like to return tomorrow I will personally take care of you...she said we have very competitive prices and we price match. Now I have seen managers that like to skate and take it easy, and I have seen managers that work "so" hard you think they were an average employee (although there are no "average employee's" on a team). The manager Sally ? took care of all our needs..she reduced the quote (Yeah !) to where I felt I received great value for my money. The woman that took our measurements was awesome, and gave me some advice that I requested, I always ask the professionals "what would you do if this was your gig" ? My son is getting married this fall, and these are stressful times (although I should be dancing in the streets). Sally made us feel comfortable, and confident that we will look our best on my sons wedding day, thus removing a great deal of stress. Sally was the icing on the cake. I really hate to do this to Sally but.. I would suggest you request Sally if you make an appointment (although Sally said "walk-ins are fine, no appointment necessary). Great experience coming to the Men's Wearhouse (sorry for the workload Sally....although you can tell she enjoys her job). Will update after the wedding. Update 10-20-18 Wow everything was perfect ! We were treated so well by Men's Wearhouse, one of our groomsmens was unable to attend and Men's Wearhouse made adjustments that were awesome. We were able to drop our suits off in South Carolina thus lightening our load ( thats the benefit of multiple stores). Men's Wearhouse (Sally) I Thank You ! so much for taking care of us, on one of the best days of my life. I will "always" remember the wonderful service that you have provided. We came into this store, for my husband to be fitted for a tux, for our Son's wedding. When we walked into the store, the two women at the counter never looked up to greet us, and we ended up saying " Hi", to them. During the fitting, the gal never smiled or seemed friendly. We told her that we didn't need shoes for the wedding, as everyone was as wearing cowboy boots. She finally took the rental shoes off of our order, as she was questioning us about it. There was a young man that was starting his shift, as we were leaving, and he was the only friendly employee in the store! Too bad the customer is lacking at this location!! read more

Came to Men's Warehouse for suit rental. The person that measured me was wrong on the size of my pants and vest. The pant size came out too big and the Vest was way to small. My normal waist size for pants are between 32-33 and they order a size 36. Also the vest almost fitted me like a bra. I would never come to Men's Warehouse for a suit again!!! read more

Customer service was horrible. I started to write the whole story but I didn't even want to go through it again. Very rude and unhelpful customer service. I had to call the corporate office to get answers then I called the office manager to make her aware of the staff because no one wants to spend their hard earned money in a place that your going to be ignored, be given an attitude and not willing to help with other options. Keep in mind everything that I asked her and she gave me a rude no to, the corporate office said yes, to everything except for the rentals which was fine. The lady was of Mexican descent and my poor dad even tried to bring out the Latin card saying that we're from Puerto Rico. For my first ever experience being at a Men's Warehouse has really shut me off from ever going again. I walked out without getting my son anything and probably spent twice as much at the department store we ended up in but at least the service was good. If my dad was in better health I would have driven him 90 miles out of the way to take him to a better place where I know the experience would have been great or at the least professional. read more

We came in today to buy a suit that we had called in to put on hold and first they couldn't find it. Then nobody in the place wanted to help there was a gentleman who came to my husband pulled a different suit hands to him and walks away. There was lady at the register looked when was asked about the suit and she didn't respond. She walked away. Every time we have gone in this location this same man never helps and , the ladies in there are horrible with there service , on the other hand Renee she is incredible she not at this location , I wouldn't come back unless she was there. I bought some wing-tip shoes online. They were so-so, but I kept them. I wore them maybe once a week. After 3 1/2 months, they are coming apart on the side. I went to the Palmdale store to get help or help me get help online. I didn't have a receipt. I gave the woman my phone number. She couldn't pull it up. Then, she went to speak to the manager. She came back and said that it was over 90 days and they don't take returns after that. She told me I could come back if I had a receipt. (Men's Wearhouse labels are inside the the shoes.) I asked for the customer service number. I called them. They pulled me up with my email address. Same story as the clerk in the store. Neither really cared if the shoes were no good. I told the customer service rep that I was going to write a review of this online, so here I am. As I told him, I am surprised that they sell such shoddy merchandise. read more

I ordered a custom suit pre COVID and my suit was completed before stay at home orders happened. I missed the pickup, and now I came to pick up my suit after six months. During the six months I received zero communication about store reopening a, or asked me about picking up my suit. Flash forward six months and when I finally show up to pick up my suit, I am told that the suit isn't completed, because they didn't alter my pants. This is very frustrating because when I bought the suit I was promised that my measurements would be stored in the system, apparently that was a lie. read more
