When I first discovered Tilson Chiropractic, it was here on Yelp. I had been experiencing increasing pain in my neck to the point where it was unbearable. It was about 6:15 PM and so I took to Yelp in hopes to find someone who could see me the next day. Betty the Office Manager took my call and said she could get me in right away and at no cost. I was skeptical but she was so genuine and understanding that with my condition I agreed to come in, and I've been coming in weekly ever since. Dr. Tilson and his team are exceptional. They've been amazing for me! Not only is everyone there great but so is the treatment. Nellie is a fantastic masseuse who works alongside Dr. T for your treatment. I've worked with a few other chiropractors over the years, so I can actually compare my experiences. I'm dealing with a difficult condition and count on my treatment to make it through each week with minimal discomfort. I'm truly grateful to know and be treated by Dr. Tilson. read more

I found Dr. Tilson off of Livingsocial for a deal that his office had posted due to back problems that i was having and too say that I was blown away would be an understatement. Dr. Tilson is as good as it gets and is probably the nicest doctor i have ever gone to. He will do anything and everything to help you and Betty at the front desk couldn't be any sweeter as well. Since moving to IL it has been awhile since I found a chiropractor that I liked and especially my wife who is very picky who adjust her as she used to work for a chiropractor for many years and she now goes to Dr. Tilson's office 2 days a week! Trust me she doesn't like any chiropractors besides the one she worked for. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. I've been seeing Dr. Tilson for about 3 yrs now!!! He is a Godsend!! I don't know if I could manage without him! I referred my husband, in-laws, multiple friends and their parents, to him! And we are all currently seeing him! Not only is he great at what he does but he is an amazing individual!! Amazing bedside manner and generous!! It's been obvious from the first day that I met him to see that his main focus and concern has always been the patients health and happiness above all else!! And don't let me start with Betty!!! Thank you so much for my adjustment last week! This weekend was extremely brutal & I just didn't think I was gonna make it until my appointment on Wednesday. Tilson Chiropractic Care is the only office I will ever go to regardless of how far I live. The extended care I receive, the genuine conversations and friendly smiles from the staff you just don't get that now a days. I've had years of lower back pain and countless headaches, which are now being well managed. I rarely have a headache and have no back pain. I've been seeing Dr Tilson for about 4 years now since he was in the Wheaton office. Right away since my wife and i started seeing him I was comfortable and noticed improvements right away. I do a lot of lifting at work and work out on a regular basis and Dr Tilson keeps me in great form and shape. I still make the drive to his new office in Naperville because even though it's a little further for me it's worth the drive. We are happy to follow Dr. Tilson's practice from Wheaton to Naperville. He is gentle, professional and knowledgeable--you're definitely 'not' a number in his office. I see Dr. Tilson for general wellness chiropractic care. I've been going at least twice a week for a couple of months now and I only have positive things to say about him and his staff. Dr.Tilson is a miracle worker! With a devastating diagnosis of 3 herniated disks and the only alternative being surgery, I opted for the least invasive, chiropractic care.
