Scott's scratch paper explaining payments that was a lie
    April Y.

Highlights: the car is great and my salesman Xander was wonderful. Lowlights: Scott in finance and Ayser in whatever he does. Breakdown: Ayser - talked me out of putting cash down and promised me a specific monthly payment. Mentioned nothing about the pre-installed (extra) brake light that comes standard on my (used) vehicle. Scott - wasted my time and energy doing these ridiculous speculative payment options while again promising me that their $1000 "gift" would lower my monthly payments to what I agreed to. I asked several times "this will be my payment?" He circled it and said "yes". We then got to signing the paperwork and I noticed I'm actually being charged $499 for that useless brake light they add on. Scott was quick to blame XANDER for not telling me about this when it was actually Ayser's responsibility to inform me about this. Fast forward to my payment arriving and it's $83/mo more than I agreed to. When I tried to engage Scott in discussion about this, he gaslit me and ghosted. Buyer beware: the salesmen get no commission because the finance guys will screw you over in the end.

Received amazing customer service at this dealership from all the staff . Adrian assisted us in finding everything we wanted in the cx5 including the color , leather seats, all wheel drive and of course with low mileage and still under warranty . Mazda drives great and already have appreciated how it handles in snow , super smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend If you're in the market for a new or used car to make them your first visit. The service here can't be beat !

I bought a CX5 from Mazda Dahle on 5/11/2022. I was helped by Tayler Tower and Jake Beals-- they're the BEST! Ask for them to help you out!! 1. Tayler is the sweetest and so accommodating, he put in a lot of work to communicate between my parents (who are out of state) and me to help me find the perfect car and price point for us. Thank you for being so attentive to detail to make sure we were getting a select style with the ideal seat and paint colors that we preferred. Thank you Tayler for first test driving the car with me and being so responsive from keeping us updated when the cars on the lot ones would sell out to giving us available options from looking at the next available stocks coming in. 2. Jake is so knowledgeable and patient! I totaled my previous car and he spent a lot of time on the phone to make sure insurance was not lowballing a claim payout. Your willingness to listen and help is what first attracted us to check out a new Mazda at Dahle. (Tayler, thank you for being there to meet me first when Jake was absent!) And then on the day Tayler was off, Jake was there for me when the perfect car had showed up on the lot. Jake, thank you for saving me the hassle of commuting by picking me up from the hospital and also giving me a ride to and from my place so I could buy the car at the right time and day before it disappeared. Jake, thank you for also syncing my phone with the car and showing me how some of the driving accessories work. You guys are so so kind and professional. Thank you so much for making this process pretty seamless for us. The eternal blue is gorgeous! So happy with my purchase and the customer service from these two lovely product specialists! Thank you!

After the paperwork was signed, I found two splintering chips. Rony's response on the spot was, "there's nothing we can do about that." A second BMW dealership disagreed, confirming the damage is severe enough to require a full windshield replacement, likely $1,000-$2,500+ once camera and sensor calibration is factored in, and that it's unlikely the car will pass Pennsylvania state inspection as is. In the weeks since, the splinters have continued to spread from ordinary driving, worsening with time. When I initially called to get this resolved, I was routed back to Rony. He now claimed the damage was minor, a stark reversal from telling me before I flew out that there was none at all. On June 18, I emailed Kirk Nuno, the GM, and laid out exactly what had happened. He didn't respond. The inquiry was passed instead to Shane Romano, the sales manager, who replied the next day. In writing, Shane told me the dealership holds itself "to higher standards" on out-of-state deals and said he was "happy to work something out" once I sent photos. I sent them that same day. He went silent the moment he had them. Getting any further response took two rounds of escalation to BMW corporate, repeated texts to the person at BMW Murray who was working on my vehicle registration, and a public review; the first corporate contact alone did nothing. Four weeks to the day after I sent those photos, Kirk Nuno finally called. It wasn't the dealership choosing to make this right, it was the dealership responding to pressure it could no longer ignore. What he said on that call directly contradicted what his own sales manager had put in writing weeks earlier: "We've heard your review, we've heard your messages to BMW corporate, and the decision we've come to as a management team is that we are not going to help you with your windshield." He pointed out that the car was used, seeming to suggest this was damage I should have expected from a vehicle they sold. When I asked whether he thought this was an acceptable way to treat a customer, he didn't answer. Instead, he said, "we can continue to keep talking in circles or we can end the call." That statement sums up my experience with this dealership from the moment I drove off the lot. I did my due diligence as an out-of-state buyer: flew in, inspected the car, documented the damage immediately, and escalated through every proper channel available, including BMW corporate itself. In writing, this dealership acknowledged fault and promised to make it right. A month later, on the phone, I was told the direct opposite. Avoid an out-of-state purchase with this dealership at all costs. If you are considering one anyway, document the car's condition yourself before you sign, and get every promise in writing. Spoken words, written commitments, and apologies won't be honored once the deal is done. This dealership was given a month and every opportunity to keep its word. It chose not to.

I found the car on CarGurus around the end of January 2018, phoned the dealership, and was introduced to my new best friend Nate. After a few back and forth texts, more photos, questions about the car, and calls for close to a month, I told Nate I was interested in purchasing the Beetle; and that I was flying down to Salt Lake to pick it up and drive it back to Spokane. I flew into SLC, Nate personally picked me up from the airport, and drove me back to the dealership to meet my new Bug. The gentleman who detailed the car, made it look like it had just rolled off of the assembly line in 1971. After a test drive, I signed some paperwork, paid cash for the car, and drove off into the sunset...or so I thought I would. I had planned on driving back to Spokane early the next morning, but the Bug wouldn't start. I contacted Nate and got the Bug towed back to the dealership. The Service Manager, Chris, allowed me to occupy an unused service bay, and Nate spent the next few hours going above and beyond to help me get back on the road. There are a few morals associated with my experience. If you want to by a car in Salt Lake, look for Nate (wherever he may be); if he happens to have the day off, ask for Barry. RC Automotive is a BUSINESS. Utilities and associates have to be paid (it's the American way!). Respectfully, if you haven't purchased the vehicle outright, and someone else makes a better offer, don't expect to have priority "dibs" on said vehicle; whether you're flying in or happen to be a local. Also, it's a buyer's responsibility to research the vehicle and dealership before purchasing the vehicle. Ask the right questions. If you don't get the answers you want, it's your right to go somewhere else. Nate, I can't thank you enough. Barry, stay gold. Chris, I died laughing (inside) when you told me you wouldn't drive back to Spokane in that car. Thanks Jazmine, for all the paperwork filed and sent out in a timely manner. And another big thank you to everyone in the service department, and the young man who made my new '71 Beetle look brand new.

They found the refrigerant was low, recharged the system, checked for leaks, replaced two O-rings, and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, after the repair, the A/C would only stay cold for about 15-20 minutes before blowing warm air again. I brought it back six days later, and they determined that the A/C compressor was failing after it heated up. Because this required another diagnosis, there was initially going to be a $120 diagnostic fee. I explained that I felt this was related to the original issue I had brought the vehicle in for, and Brad Schatz took the time to listen to my concerns. He agreed to waive the second diagnostic fee, which I thought was a fair resolution. No one likes having unexpected car problems, but what stood out to me was how Brad handled the situation. He treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to make things right. That's the kind of customer service that earns my trust, and it's why I'm happy to leave a five-star review.

All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!
