I recently moved to the area and wanted to become established with a dental practice and I called…read morearound a few places and this place was one of the few that played phone tag with me and got me in for an appointment. Good thing I have a good memory because there was no confirmation call or text, no direction on what time to come in to fill out paperwork or if I can fill it out online and bring it in. When I came in I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. When I was taken to the back, the tech did some X-rays on me as usual and the dentist came in for literally 1 minute and just started blurting things out that I needed - you need this and this and this...you know this right? After 1 minute he said any questions? And I was sent back to the front. I have never been to an office that took under 20 minutes for a consultation and I wasn't aware that I would not be getting a cleaning at this time. Every office has their protocols but it should have been discussed. I am a healthcare provider myself and the quality of care I received was poor. I was told by front desk they would reach out to me in a week to go over pricing and it was now been 3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Was hoping for a better experience since reviews were stellar but I did not experience it.

Mind you, I…read moredeal with chronic pain and despite my daily struggle with pain, this wisdom tooth pain was on a whole other level. The whole right side of my face felt like it was throbbing, my head was constantly in pain, I could not eat, I could barely sleep, and the pain was like nothing I've ever felt before. I reached out to Dr. Rami at SmileRite Family Dentistry and within 24 hours he was able to set me up for an appointment. Now mind you, I've always hated dentists but Dr. Rami is not your typical dentist. I explained to him my greatest fear was pain during the extraction. This man legitimately checked in with me every 5 minutes to make sure I was okay and not in pain. At one point I felt some pain during the extraction, he stopped the operation, gave me more anesthesia (to insure I was in the least amount of pain possible) and then VERY GENTLY transitioned back to working on my tooth. I genuinely have a completely different perspective of Dentists because of Dr. Rami. He was genuine, straight to the point, and did not try to push any unwanted procedures on me. Before operating on my wisdom tooth he made sure to xray my teeth, pinpoint the EXACT issue, and diagnose me professionally. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. RAMI and everyone else at SMILRITE. When you have a team of 3 health professionals all working diligently to resolve your pain and health issues, then know you are in great hands. They worked fast to get me in, they worked faster to figure the problem, and the worked the fastest on the actual solution. 100% would recommend (especially to those who have a fear of dentists)!!!

The orthodontist will try to scam you. Make sure you request a detailed itemized bill. The dentist…read moreis great but the orthodontist does not treat well (although full of smiles). I absolutely regret going to her for my Invisalign. At the end of my treatment I was told I still owed over 1k although the orthodontist made it seem that when I was done getting more trays for the Invisalign that the payments would stop, so when I asked about it at the front desk they said the orthodontist doesn't know about billing and to contact billing department. I left multiple voicemails and never heard back. I eventually sent a fax and letter disputing and received an invoice that stated I owed $700+, then they sent an itemized bill that dropped to $600+. No explanation as to the discrepancy. So to think I would've been out hundreds of dollars is not comforting, especially with the treatment I received was very poor. I went weeks with trays that did not cover one side of my back teeth which caused so much discomfort and I had to pay and wait for them to order the trays that did cover all my teeth (she has to approve first so that means she approved trays that she knew didn't cover all my teeth). If I had known there was still funds to pay I would've kept going in treatment but the orthodontist was pushy and made me feel like I shouldn't keep going with treatment because my teeth looked fine, although I was still not happy with where my teeth were. Please be cautious and don't take her word for nothing, ask for itemize bills. Better off not risking it and go elsewhere!!

First, I didn't even go through the front door. Speaking to the people who answered the phone…read moreprovided me all the information I need to not go here. I called to make an appointment after being referred by my dentist. Yes, I will be speaking to my dentist about this office. And the person wanted to schedule me for a root canal. Before being seen, evaluated, examined - she wanted to schedule me for a root canal. After explaining I wanted a consultation first to determine what the issue was, she sounded flustered and angry. I made my appointment and was told I would be called the day before to receive out-of-pocket estimates. I called two days before and a different person answered. When I asked for my cost estimate she said they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to provide me an estimate until after speaking to the insurance company which may not be until the day I'm seen. I tried to sound pleasant and asked if she could give me an educated guess and she said $90 to be seen but that doesn't include any images or any other types of tests they might have to do to determine the cause of my tooth sensitivity. After reading the previous reviews, I'm hoping to find another endodontist since I still have the issue with my tooth.

Zero Stars! Absolute worst experience ever. I came here as a…read morereferral in 2024 because I had a toothache on a previous root canal tooth (tooth #30). Dr. Jensen came in after my 3-D scan. He didn't show me the scan at all. It was behind me on a screen while I was in the seat, he never showed me my supposed infection, but walked over to me and said, "I hear you've had a problem tooth. Let's just get rid of it let's yank it out." Let me say, I have never had issues with my teeth. This is the only problem tooth I've ever had in my life and I don't know why, but his response instantly made me well up and I got emotional and choked up and didn't even know what to say. But I managed to say, "can't we save it?" He then changed his whole persona and was like "oh yeah of course, I LOVE to save teeth. We may be able to do a root canal but if we get in there and it's fractured, then we'll end up having to pull another day, so you may end up getting the root canal for nothing." They ended up scheduling me and quoting me for a root canal! (Keep reading to learn I didn't even need that.) I went to the front desk and asked them. "Can I see my scan?" I was too emotional to ask at the time in the room because I couldn't even believe what I was hearing, his bedside manner was awful. I paid $120+ for my scans, can't I at least see what it is?! The receptionist said you'll have to wait because the dentist is with other clients now, and you might have to wait a few hours or come back and I'm like, "You can't seriously just show me the scans that I paid for I JUST left the room. I didn't even get shown anything as far as an infection. How do I even know that there's an infection I would like to know what is going on." Nope, no help whatsoever. I left and never came back. I went to Dr Jett at Advanced Perio Endo. He showed me my scan, all angles, sides, top, and said there's a fracture! No need to mess around with another root canal, you'll need an extraction and implant. Needless to say, I felt completely reassured and knew exactly what they were showing me. This is how it should be! NEVER WILL I RETURN OR RECOMMEND FRESNO ENDO GROUP! They just want to $ for unnecessary procedures. Dr Jensen needs to take a deep breath and feel more empathy towards the person in the chair.
