They worked quickly and diligently, asking me to inspect the work as they proceeded to ensure it was looking and functioning as expected. They also discovered that in one of our bathrooms, the plate on the drain had been previously installed incorrectly. It turns out that this was likely the cause of some toilet leaks that have been popping up. A plumber that had come in before to deal with the leak just replaced the wax ring without looking at the underlying cause of the problem. Tim Golden Hands were able to fix the issue as part of their installation (and even kept to the original price estimate despite this extra, unexpected work), saving a lot of future headaches. I had two leaky showers. I called, sent emails out and waited. First call, I was told I needed cartridges changed, and asked for a thousand dollars, including parts. Then, I got a text from Tim Golden Hands, and said same jobs for 240 plus parts. Third one said 300 plus parts. So, I went with Tim. It was easy to communicate, and we scheduled next day, Saturday. A very young guy showed up at my door, and I wondered if he has enough experience and knowledge. HE WAS GREAT! I bought the part from Home Depot, then when we opened one of my showers, he realized that I got one part wrong. He went out, and came back with the correct part. AND, my two showers are no longer leaking! He also explained that I have one month warranty. So, if the problem occurs again, he will come and fix it at no charge, which is great.
