Sooo bad.
On my lunch break, I decided to stop by the Tim Hortons in the Walmart plaza in Bradford for a quick coffee -- and figured I'd grab a Too Good To Go box while I was there.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told that I had to come inside to pick up my order. I explained that I was stuck between cars and asked if they could make an exception. The answer? A flat no.
When I finally managed to park and get inside, I ordered my coffee and mentioned the pickup again. The employee pointed to the Online Pickup area and told me to wait there. Fine. I also politely asked if they'd had complaints about the Halloween Cat Mug -- mine lost its eyes and whiskers after a week. She looked at me, said nothing, and moved on to the next customer. Completely ignored me.
At this point, I was running out of time -- remember, I'm on my lunch break. I stood at the pickup area, watching staff walk past me one after another. I told every single person I saw that I was waiting for a Too Good To Go order. They all just... walked away.
After what felt like forever, someone finally tossed a box onto the counter, muttered "here," and walked off. No apology, no acknowledgment.
By the time I left, I had spent an entire hour waiting for a coffee and a mystery box. One. Full. Hour.
I don't usually write bad reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Way to go, @TimHortons. read more
