DO NOT EAT HERE. I got food poisoning from this Tim hortons. Had to go the the emergency room.

Staff were unpleasant, even slightly aggressive for a simple order, not a great way to start the day.

I purchase my ground coffee at this location. Everyone is polite and we mannered even when very busy.

First, no one was interested in waiting on walkins, only drive thru and maybe pick ups, but pickups still had to wait. Guess walkins were not / are not important, matter of fact, it appears walkins are DISCOURAGED!! I was 3rd in line and waited about 10 mins or more for 2 crappy donuts, while drive thur rotated 3 or 4 times. Second, the mexician music was so load you had to yell to give your order to the person at the counter. The 2 guys in frt of me, sat down, but the mexician music was so loud they got up and left before i even got my 2 crappy donuts. The location is a gold mine but .. this place reeks of unprofessionalism and poor leadership from owners and management. This will be the last time I waste my time here at the clarkston location... Went there sat morning 9/30 They forgot 1 of my 6 sandwiches The ones we ordered were black and burnt on the bottom of them but we still tried to make the best of it then I found a small blonde hair in between the meat and the bread normally there really good but I guess that's my fault for going on the weekend I normally go during the week but we had company so we thought it would be nice i Guess I'll just stick to my normal m-f very dissatisfied with the entire situation service was quick as always read more

Here's the thing about Tim Horton's coffee... Everyone seems to rave about it so I keep giving it chance after chance and ALWAYS regret it! DD has much better coffee for sure. Today, the employee was so angsty and acted offended when I told her I wanted a "regular" amount of cream. She bit my head off replying, "There is NO regular. You have to tell me how many you want!" Um... ok....a little help here? I want it not too black and not too creamy. How many is that? "It's up to YOU." Ok, never mind. I will just add the cream myself one tiny packet after another. It's simply astounding that you can order a large double cream double sugar coffee, large ice cap, two cinnamon raisin bagels toasted with butter. The part of the order that was correct was the large ice cap. I got a large black coffee and two plain bagels not toasted, with a 1/2 of cream cheese gluing them together. Considering we were the only customer as this store at the time how hard can it be to keep one order straight? Is it lack of training? I am pretty sure it is a lack of management leadership. Store manager is extremely rude and unprofessional when they mess up the order. Threatened to call the police cause we asked for her name then wants pity cause she is the store manager and has to deal with unhappy people, she is the reason people are unhappy. Tim Hortons in Rochester Hills deserves a minus one. This is a constant repeated missing items in my bag - Today was the last straw - Ordered large hot vanilla coffee 2 cream - plain bagel - 4 hash brown - box of 40 Tim Bits chocolate glazed - birthday - and honey dipped. got to window forgot hash browns said not on screen even after I ordered it. handed me box of 10 Tim bits not what I ordered - handed me box of 40 got two flavors left out honey dipped handed that back to her to get it right. got home geez no cream in my coffee. Seriously - they want 20 dollars an hour for being stupid. Tim Hortons need to close and let's get Dunkin Donuts coffee shops back. Every day things are missing in my order. On occasion this place is a really chill place to hang out at, but 7/10 times the waits are too long even when there're not too busy. Our orders are messed up quite a lot, and when we confronted the workers about the mistakes we were given sass. Besides all that, when there're good, there're really good. I really like the frozen coffee and the sausage cheese biscuit are always delicious. So basically going here is either a hit or miss. read more

I'm not sure what it is, but this location is far from the best. 8/10 times they'll mess up my order, and half the time they'll be out of something. Not much more to say about it. Driving through Gahanna Ohio on our way home from Kentucky to New York. . Stopped at Tim Hortons and spent over $20.00 on 4 breakfast sandwich orders. VERY RUDE. PERSON THAT SAID THEY ARE MANAGER. I ordered a latte from drive through, they handed it out and it was spilling out through the top, obviously over filled. dripped across my clothes. I took it and pulled away, then it was still spilling all over, could not even move it with out it spilling. got the top off it was just coffee with milk it WAS NOT A LATTE as ordered. So I went back in for a full refund. the woman at the counter refused to refund for the sandwich with was part of the order, refused to give me a manager's information or contact of any sort. So I went from dissatisfied to pissed off. Finally a worker that has some common sense and people skills talked the other person into just dong the refund. Then the person that said they were a manager started shouting at me just go, leave. You see these videos where customers are getting pissed at workers in fast food places, they never show the before in what got the customer so pissed off. I am sure there are a lot of bad customers that cause a scene unprovoked. But now I really wonder how many are provoked by the workers that lack any people, management or customer service skills or knowledge. What could have been a very easy fix, that would have turned ME (unhappy customer) into a happy customer that would return. I am writing this because I dislike Tim Hortons. I dislike Tim Hortons because they have bad service. The first reason is once I ordered a breakfast wrap and it only had bacon on it. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The coffee is okay, the food is sub-par. Spent the day here, working remotely, as my car was being repaired across the street. The workers spent most of their time gossiping loudly, and swearing at each other. Little kid came in with her grandparents, workers paid no notice. I literally spent from 9:00am to 3:00pm here, and they consistently paid customers the bare minimum of attention, didn't clean the dining room once (floors filthy, tables not wiped down when customers left). Gave the distinct impression that they thought of the place as a social hangout more than their place of employment. And these are not all teens; some looked to be in their mid 20s. The food and coffee were good (as expected), but the service here verges on rude: ordering at 9:49 PM, I am handed my food and coffee by the woman working the counter and was told, point blank, that I could not eat it here "Because we close at 10:00." If I could give zero stars I would. I just ordered a bacon everything bagel, got it & the bacon was raw & cold, cheese wasn't melted, & everything was just slapped together that literally everything fell off. Went back through the drive through, told them I want my money back and they gave me HALF of what I paid for the bagel! I paid $6.49 & they only refunded me $3.69!!!!!!! i've been ordering from tims mobile app now for 7 months for a gal that works at port huron hospital the store at this location is the worst place on this earth employees are rude don't care if the get your order right don't call to complain about your order or service if you have delivery done and its wrong they blame the delivery company the worst thing that has happened ordered a caramel iced capp size large it was delivered half full was not even correct for that to happen how do you send something out half full are you not able to see this when send it out for delivery now to the next issues from this store missing items ,wrong items sent out . times only receive half of a order or do not received what you ordered the staff at this location just does not care this is got to be the worst store in history . call in to complain to customer service they seem that they don't care due to nothing be done to this location i have pictures of orders received from this location . the address for the location is 755 24th st port huron mi beware stay away from this location they don't care about there customers at all . nothing is done to fix any of the issues from them or there up office people how can you treat customers that way all they want to pass the buck and give points thinking that fixes things i have had to reorder to just make the special person im ordering for can enjoy what i order for her the feeling i have on this is that no one cares on these issues that have happened due to it is still going on not even corporate cares about these issues maybe someday they will care i don't see that happening soon i could go on about this location all day and i know i will not be contacted over this matter due to they just don't care about their customers upper management doesn't seem to care at all why should they there pockets are full read more

Its the motato place, hence forth... I didn't really like it. The customer service was quite anti-good. It took over 30 minutes to get out food and get it correct. Ordered a plain Oatmeal, nothing in it. Got a Maple Oatmeal. Took back to counter nicely told the lady that got me the Wrong Oatmeal, that I got Maple and wanted plain. I usually just get coffee and this one seems to get my sugar and cream correct more often than not.

They completely messed up our order. Luckily we caught the mistake with the coffee and donuts, I saw that there were two bagels in the bag and didn't open them up. We ordered two plain bagels and when we got home and opened them they were stale, cold breakfast sandwiches on a bagel. My son can't eat cheese so they went in the garbage. Upon calling and talking to the "manager" Becky, whom sounded like she was probably 19 and literally couldn't have cared less. They weren't even willing to replace them because we left with them. I asked when her manager would be in and she wouldn't tell me. And said the owner "only comes in once in a while when he feels like it". Ridiculous. read more

Worst service I've ever experienced at any Tim Hortons. I ordered two cappuccinos and a toasted bagel. The person making the cappuccinos must have been new because he asked another employee what to do when he didn't have enough steamed milk to fill the cup. The other employee responded, "Just use cold milk. It won't kill her." If I wanted an iced cappuccino, that's what I would have ordered. They also put butter on my bagel without toasting it so I couldn't even put it in my own toaster when I got home. read more

Ice cap machine is always broken, and they rarely have any of the good donuts, if you want coffee go to Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts.

I really don't know what the problem is but we are paying money for a HOT cup of coffee and it is NEVER HOT! And if you complain about it they look at you like your crazy! If I wanted a cold coffee I would order it that way! And everyone knows not to go there at night because the same lady never makes fresh coffee!! I've seen her lock the door to go over to Wendy's! Went through the drive thru and had to say hello? about 3 times before someone answered. Waited about 5 minutes before I started saying hello. We were the only car in line no one was ahead of us either. Don't know what they were doing. Tried to order one of the bacon lunch sandwiches and the person audibly just went "ugh" she was muttering the entire time so I told her we would just come inside. Walked in and stood at one of the registers while these two women just walked back and forth. Completely ignored us until someone else came through the drive thru and they went to the register we weren't at. So politely moved over to that one waiting another 5ish minutes before someone walked over and asked very annoyed what can I get for you? Asked to get one of the bacon sandwiches again and she snipped at me telling me she didn't have any and this wasn't mcdonalds it's not always ready I'll have to go and make it in the back. She told me she could make a grilled cheese and that would be the fastest so we did that, they didn't have any bagels left really and she sighed at me when I asked about them. Tried to get an ice capp and the machine was broken too. Also my friend who ate the grilled cheese said it was awful. -10/10 they were so nasty to us. Ugh! read more

Just went here to get a box of coffee because my first two appointments for morning cancelled. Wow. Terrible customer service. In a condescending manner, the woman (dark hair, ponytail, cap) told me that I should have called it in telling me it would take 30 min. If that's how you are going to treat your customers I'm never ever coming back to this location again. There is a starbucks down Sashabaw that is actually pleasant towards their customers. It's too bad, I needed a go-to coffee place when I order bulk for my employees. Lost patronage = decreased sales. read more
