Met a Middle School friend I haven't seen in many years for coffee while I am in town Picked this place because it is as close to a half way point as Incan get. Coffee is delicious, the spinach cheese pastry was delicious. I wish they had free coffee refills. Or told us if they do. Would come again!!

You know the feeling you get when you find that place that's like Cheer's, where everyone makes you feel welcomed as you walk in--there Brioni's! I found this restaurant over 10yrs ago when I worked in the area; imagine my delight when I drove past and found them still there. Stopped by for a takeout sandwich, and was so happy to see the same staff still working here over a decade later! I love the staff, love the food, and love this little cafe!! If you're in the area stop by and try their amazing soups, and I highly recommend their Reuben!!

LeRoy: Well I had a wonderful cup of chicken wild rice soup. It was excellent. Along with a slice of wonderful bread and butter. And then I had a grilled turkey club on sourdough bread, enough for two people! Excellent again!!! I give it a five. Katie: I tasted the butternut squash soup. Now I have tasted all of the butternut squash soup in the area, and this one is probably the best one! The pesto chicken sandwich half was plenty for a meal. My only complaint is that I could not taste the pesto, but it seems like maybe they forgot to put it on, but overall it was delicious. The staff was very friendly as well. Caitlin: I ordered the pesto mozzarella sandwich. I asked to have it grilled, but the mozzarella chunks were so thick that the inside of the sandwich was still cold. I'm not saying the sandwich tasted bad - in fact it was extremely tasty!! But now knowing how thick the mozzarella is I'd ask them to please grill it until the cheese is melty.

Service was fast, friendly, the place is nice, but we were not happy with the food, I have always like the feta cheese but their feta cheese in my omelette was sour, like it was about to get bad. The server was very nice and she sent one of the cooks out to tell us they just received the Feta cheese the day prior and that they will make another meal in place of it, we declined, we didn't get charge for it. The toast is good, the breakfast sandwich (croissant) was fresh but it had bacon bits instead a bacon slice, the eggs (omelette) were dry.

    "Spicy Roast Beef " Sandwich

Love this place! Nice layout, very friendly staff and delicious sandwiches! ....but considering the price for a sandwich is the same as a full lunch anywhere else, you have to ask : "Where's the beef???" I had a delicious sandwich, "Spicy Beef", but the meagre amount of Beef was barely present....a thin layer below all the other sandwich contents. For $14 I would expect a "stacked" beef sandwich to be proud of.! "Disappointing and penny pinching"

One of the best Reuben sandwiches in this area. And the service is fast, which works well with my schedule.

Not a real Jewish style deli but decent. More like a sandwich shop. Not open on Sundays which is a little weird for a deli. Friendly staff.

From the moment…read moreyou walk in, it's clear this isn't just another café--it's a place that genuinely cares about quality, freshness, and community. The portions are incredibly generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the ingredients truly stands out. I love that much of their produce comes directly from Eastern Market, so you know everything is fresh. They also proudly display their breads, which come from Crust in Fenton. You can even purchase a loaf to take home, which I thought was such a wonderful touch. It's refreshing to see a locally owned, women-owned business supporting other local businesses. The homemade soups are outstanding. The chicken noodle soup was so delicious that I actually ordered a second serving--which is something I never do. The Italian sandwich is, without question, the best I've ever had. I especially appreciate that you can order it either grilled or cold, depending on your preference. The service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating. They happily work with reasonable dietary requests, which I always appreciate. The restaurant itself is spotless. I've dined in countless restaurants over the years, and I always notice cleanliness. I honestly couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. One of the things that impressed me most was seeing the owners actively working alongside their staff. They're present, engaged, and willing to jump in wherever needed. My favorite saying is, "Teamwork makes the dream work," and Sisters Cafe is a perfect example of that philosophy in action. If you have room after your meal, don't skip the bakery case. The display of fresh baked goods is enough to make your mouth water. Next time, I'm definitely planning to save room because that Birthday Cake Muffin has my name written all over it. Everyone at Sisters Cafe seems genuinely happy to be there--whether they're working or enjoying a meal. The restaurant stays busy, and after eating there twice, it's easy to understand why. They've clearly discovered the secret ingredient to success: exceptional food, outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and a true commitment to supporting their local community. I can't wait to go back!

I ordered the Italiano - Genoa salami, fire roasted ham, pistachio mortadella, capicola, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, on fresh focaccia bread. They have a menu board with multiple options listed. You order at the stand at the back of the store, and then our food was brought out to us even though we had ordered it to go. I am not sure if that is always the process- I was expecting to go to the counter to pick it up myself so that was a nice surprise! We ordered our sandwiches to go even though we were dining in as we knew we would be taking home leftovers. The seating area inside is no frills. They have less than 10 tables inside, and when we were leaving all of them were full with people waiting for seats. They did appear to have 2 tables outside but they were not being used as it was raining. They did have a carafe full of ice water that was self serve by the door, and they had large cups available which I appreciated! My eyes were immediately drawn to the Spicy Chicken Caesar and the Napa Club. Since this was my first time I ordered both and planned to share half of each sandwich. When I opened the Spicy Chicken Caesar I was surprised by the appearance of it. I had expected a lot more lettuce inside. It looked more like chicken salad rather than salad with chicken. The flavor was good and it was not too spicy! The focaccia was very soft. The Napa Club had great flavor to it, but when I was eating it I could really tell that there was avocado inside of it. The predominant flavor was the garlic and herb aioli. I did feel the chicken was a touch on the dry side. Overall, my experience and food were good; however, I am not sure I agree with the rave reviews. I would return in the future and would love to try some of their other meats aside from chicken, and their pasta salad also looked nice. The service was friendly and I feel like the price was fair. It's a nice addition to downtown Farmington!

Meats - Brisket had good flavor, but dry. Instead of "fall off the bone" this rib meat was sealed to the bone. Dry. Chicken did not taste good. Pulled pork was decent - average. Sausage was flavorful. Burnt ends were delicious. Sides - Pit beans had good flavor - very sweet. Sweet potato fries were just sliced potato - no salt. Onion rings were solid but the onions were massive so they kinda just slid out of the batter. Macaroni and cheese was by far the biggest letdown. So bland. Cornbread was sweet but not overpowering. Total was $77 before tip and overall super disappointing. I hope to have good barbecue in Michigan one day, but today is not that day. We would not return.
