Took a quick pit stop after seeing the large Open 24×7 sign. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 7:15, only the drive-through was open. The door signage stated the store closes at 7 while the drive-through stays open until 8, which directly conflicted with the prominent 24×7 sign out front. We find ourselves on the road in mid-Michigan about to house hunt when the urge for Tim's overtakes us. Conveniently located off I-75, right down W. Vienna rd. A perfect start to a Saturday! Weather was perfect so we hit the drive-thru and ate in the parking lot. They need more Saturday morning help. I think there's only one guy in there. Everything was up to company standards. I ordered an Angel Creme donut and the kid actually knew what I meant. "Yes sir, except we call them Vanilla Cream!" I'm impressed! Great coffee. Great donuts. Excellent service. Well done! This is the worst Tim Horton's. First of all, don't let someone order 3 of one of your only two flavors of bagels of you only have 2 of them, then make a hassle of giving him his money back. The bagels were not even hot when they came out of the toaster, nor were they really toasted. My mom's bagel was doughy, as are the Timbits we got. They also asked the flavors of Timbits we wanted twice and still got them wrong. It took about 10 minutes to get 2 bagels and some Timbits, and when we were leaving they took out more bagels and made some rude remark about how there wasn't any of the kind we ordered anyway -- when we only ordered them because that was the only kind they had. This place is a hot mess and not prepared for an 11 AM breakfast rush. If you're a breakfast-oriented place that can't handle breakfast, you probably shouldn't be in business. read more

I really hate this Tim hortons. Nothing is ever fresh, the inside is always a mess, and the coldstone is an afterthought that most of the staff seem to hate. The last few times they didn't even bother mixing the ice cream and toppings together, they just poured it on top and called it good. The worst part is that the staff from the bottom all the way up to the manager are some of the rudest and judgemental people I have ever encountered. They all really need to take some lessons in customer service or something. It really is no wonder that they are constantly hiring (they have had an "open interview" sign out front for the last 3 weeks). read more

Never no issues. Work in the store a lot because of the WI-FI. Workers are usually friendly, and the coffee is good. Any downfalls, and one comes to mind. The place has no air condition, or if it does it is not working. Always hot within the storefront when it is hot outside. Actually feel bad for the workers. read more

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons around. Stopped by at 5pm and they could make not anything with espresso. They had no dark roast or tim bits. This is not the first time this has happened. I asked how often the owner was around and was told almost never. The 24 hours on the sign is a joke. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

This location sucks and that's being nice. From how they treat their employees to the professionalism of their management team is horrible. The employees do not get breaks at all..unless the manager thinks they deserve one. .shared an employees personal info with another employee..can we say lawsuit? Yesterday my BF went thru drive thru ordered Tim Bits ..assorted no jelly ones please..gave him all jelly ones. .ok..maybe they misunderstood..took them back..rude MANAGER refused saying she cant take back food she gave him..no kidding but didn't fix it either. Acted like he was just trying to get free food. Seriously? He gave them away. When asked for the owners name and info they conveniently didn't have it. Or couldn't give it out. Right. Had to stop trying to get breakfast here. They can never get an order right in the drive-thru. I forgave the messed up coffee drink, and the donut instead of hashbrown the next time. The third time, after getting a cinnamon raisin bagel instead of a sausage biscuit, I had enough. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least they are not rude. read more

Have been an off and on client since it opened. Have seen many excellent young employees treat like slaves. No breaks, treated badly, and so forth. Owner blames kids lack of work ethics as problem. I was in there today and got a coffee. While I waited and looked around because service is so slow I saw about 8 fruit flies (big ones) attacking the muffin counter which has no covering of any sort. Spoiled my appetite. This place has gotten worse and worse. I have finally told myself, self you need to go somewhere else. read more

1 person in front of me, no one in drive though, took 15 minutes before they took my order. Kid argued with me over my drink, which I politely and clearly pointed out was on the menu over his register. He had to ask co-workers several times how to make it. I was finally able to get my drink and leave, only to find out he screwed it up. 20 minutes and $5.00 for a horrible drink I've never really cared for this location, and this just fortifies reasons for not returning. read more

Absolutely horrible service on April 29, 2017. The wait was extremely long - more than 20 minutes standing inside. The cashier was incredibly rude and scolded us for ordering something from their menu that she didn't know how to ring up then swore at us. We were stunned at her attitude. She certainly couldn't count to 10 when filling the TimBits box nor did she have a clue how to properly fill a drink order. So glad my daughter and granddaughter didn't have to experience what we did. read more

Stopped at drive thru. Ordered strawberry jelly donut. And a custard. I am guessing the custard was a day old. It was almost crusty. Certainley not soft in any way. And the jelly had sprinkles. Which got stuck in my teeth. And there was absolutely NO JELLY! read more

This Tim Horton's does not represent the brand well. Service on Saturday 01/03/15 at 6:30 pm seemed to be more focused on fellow employees and visiting friends than on paying customers. I ordered two ham and swiss (#3) and got two turkey and cheese (#7). I ordered the Santa's favorite dipped donut but I really got a vanilla cream. As I realized their mistakes while in my car, I attempt to go back to get the donut corrected - traveling I did not have enough time to correct the sandwich mistakes. It took 15 minutes to make the first ones, I didn't have another 15 to wait. The cashier asked for my receipt but of course I didn't have one because they didn't give me one. My whole experience was disappointing. The food was all wrong. The ice tea and root beer were watery. I asked about what flavor was on the Tuscan panini - it did not taste like sun dried tomatoes the flavor she stated when she looked up on the poster (little surprised she didn't know the flavor of the top of her head). It was such a long and chaotic experience with the employees running in and out and chatting with friends inside and outside. Bummer experience. Will never go back to that location again. I have to rate it a 1 star but only because I can't post without it. read more
