Rating the service at Linden rd Flint Michigan. I give it a 1 out of 5 for customer service. They need training on managing their time for ALL customers NOT just the drive thru. They were short handed. But still need to assist the people standing at the counter. I stood there fir over 5min before I asked is there someone going to address the counter. I got we are busy and it's only 3 of us. OK. so you telling me to get in the drive thru to get served. It will be take the same time. I'm still waiting another 5 minutes. I'm watching them continue to take orders over the headset. I'm confused. I asked can someone just give me a muffin. I got the same response now from who I believe is the Mgr. I will be slowing up going there. 3 times I have visited recently & my coffee choice has been tasting weak. Your prices have gone up, so your quality should not go down. I was also unhappy, with the customer service I received recently. They weren't friendly, made the order to fast, weak tasting too, because it was done wrong. I came back told them what was missing on it, and they were talking about it while fixing it. Then the person again with a sour face handed to be & never apologized for the inconvenience. Every time I go to any Tim Hortons location my drink seems like it's been watered down.. Tim Hortons is almost as expensive at Starbucks & I'd rather have Starbucks any day. I also don't understand why when you order a bagel- half the cream cheese is inside the wrapper and not on the actual bagel. I'm not going during rush hour, so I do expect a non-messy bagel. It's pretty hard to drive while eating a bagel when my entire hand is covered in cream cheese as soon as I grab it out of the bagel sleeve. read more

This location is awful. They pull you forward to wait for 10 cars to go through ahead of you because they are on a "timer". Well the time I wait for my order should be counted against the time and half the time the food is cold or seems old and the drinks are watered down. read more

When we go to TIm Horton's here the staff is always rude, short, and hard to understand. Our food today at 0815 was cold, and old the hash brown was not warm at all, the breakfast sandwich was cold, our lattees were lukewarm, it's not like Tim Horton's is cheap the wait is long, since we are on our way to work it is not like we can turn around to have them fix the order. I make a point to visit Tim Horton's every time I go to Flint. I find their donuts to be better than Dunkin Donuts. I really enjoyed the vanilla cream-filled donut I had recently. The regular coffee isn't the best, but fair for the price. The specialty coffees are good, though. They also have a selection of sandwiches. The egg sandwich is rather basic, but good for a quick bite. On the other hand, the spinach & mozzarella panini I had was quite good. read more

I went here shortly ago, my first time at a Tim Horton's. I had never heard of them until now (don't think they exist in California). We came for breakfast and ordered donuts the first time we went. I was thoroughly unimpressed with them - they certainly did not taste fresh; tasted like they were made without love. And they were not exactly cheap, as donuts go. Alas, it is one of the few donut places around here. Too bad. The second time I went I got a breakfast sandwich - which was not terrible, but I don't think it was worth the money. I'm not sure what the appeal of this place is, as there are much much better places for breakfast in existence. I would go to the Mega down the road over Tim Horton's any day unless my donut craving was reaching critical mass. read more

I went through Tim Hortons drive through yesterday around 10:10am yesterday. I ordered a small coffee a 10 pack of Plain Timbits. I got home and I noticed they gave me the assorted timbits. I paid by debit card and was NOT provided a receipt. I called and left my name and number and did not get a return call back. I called corporate and filed a complaint and told them if I had a receipt, I would have do the online survey. The lady took my information and asked me what my cost was. I couldn't remember so I pulled up my online banking and they only charged me $2.06. Well I know that is less than what my order should have been so I was charged for the wrong order. That is concerning. I went to the same Tim Hortons drive through again and purchased a small coffee. I explained to the window attendant what happed and she was very kind and said she would be happy to replace the Tim bits and apologized for the error. I asked her what was the managers name that was working yesterday morning. She said she doesn't know because she wasn't working. I asked if I could speak to the manager. She hesitated and then this young woman came to the window and asked me if there was something she could help me with. I said are you the manager. She said yes. I asked if she was working yesterday morning. Yes she said. She and 3 other managers. I asked if the phone number to the store was 810-720-5493. She said yes. I said well I left a message on the stores answering machine and still have not heard back. She started getting defensive at that point. She said WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH, voice getting louder. I explained what happened yesterday, was incorrectly charged, got the wrong order, etc. I said you did not give me a receipt. I said in-fact I am still waiting for a receipt for my order today. She said you have your receipt right there, I said this is someone else's receipt unless you charged me $8.69 for one small coffee? I asked again for my receipt. She said their system is down and she can't print one. I told her that the store sucks and she sucks as a manager. She started screaming profanities at me and called me a fucking bitch and that I have no right to come to her store verbally attacking her or treating her that way. She was swinging her arms and screaming at the top of her lungs. I can't imagine what the restaurant patrons where thinking. I myself was in a state of shock. I should not have said she sucked as a manager.she then slammed the drive through window and closed another door and all associates turned their back and walked away from the window. I could have chosen my words better for sure. But she is the one that was calling me every name in the book just because she didn't want to listen to my complaint. I have filed another complaint with corporate. I hope they get that store in order. I will not be back. There are other restaurants who deserve my business. read more

Just went to Tim Hortons the morning for the First time since I was out of coffee at the house. So my order is really easy. Large coffee 3 cream, 3 sugars, a medium French vanilla cappuccino, and a double expresso. So I pulled up to the window and paid. They gave me 2 drinks. I asked 3 times where my double expresso was and another employee came to the window and said that they put into the coffee. I explain that is not what I ordered and a 3rd person came up and said sir it is in the coffee very rude and walked away. So I ended up talking to 4 different individuals and nobody would just exchange me out of what I ordered. If I could put zero stars I would. This was a simple fix but the Tim Hortons employees pretty much refused to do anything about it! I really don't post reviews but this was flat out ridiculous and very poor customer service. read more

I brought my daughter here last night, to get ice cream and a shake. While I was waiting for my ice cream 2 workers were complaining about another co worker that just walked into the back. Loud enough for customers to here. They were clearly to busy complaining to make my ice cream and shake. That I got my ice creams after like 10 minutes and no shake so i had to wait another 10 minutes or more for my shakes that on of my togo ice creams was already half melted. I will not be returning here. I can see that other customers have had similar experiences with the staff being short and rude, or not caring if the customers are happy. read more

The Corunna road location has very poor service. I go there for iced tea because it's a dollar right now but the first time I ordered at drive through , the cashier asked how many sugars I wanted. So, I politely asked her to be more specific. Is it cubes, packets, spoonfuls, pumps.... she sighed and muttered something rude, so I just said Two. Another time, I asked about the strawberry donuts advertised on their sign and the guy said they don't sell them anymore. On a subsequent trip a nice cashier said they had a fresh batch. read more

This place literally doesn't even deserve one star! I had to use their rest room before ordering and was the dirtiest bathroom I have been in in a long time. No soap to even wash your hands I couldn't even order food. By the time I got to my car I was gagging! If those employees use that restroom they certainly can't wash their hands before return to serve you. You should be ashamed of your establishment! Needs marked improvement. Began stopping at this location on my way to work to avoid construction at my regular place. The manager (I think she's the manager) in the morning is always rushed, gruff, short with the staff, creating an overall uncomfortable experience. Her attitude with her employees is just awful, I'm shocked they stay with her as its obvious she doesn't do much to earn their respect (and in that position, respect is earned). This review is for the location on the corner of Miller and Lennon roads but can't find the location to review. 11/2/18 around 3pm went through the drive thru and the girl working was completely rude and acted like two bagels and two drinks was just way too much of a hassel. I don't normally leave bad reviews but not only was she rude in the drive thru and while giving us our order, the bagels tasted like they were toasted this morning and old. Not warm and really chewy. I've been to this location several times and the service is poor to say the least. I came in on 5/1/18 to pick up ice cream for my parents and myself. I placed my order first and then waited for my ice cream. After they didn't even check to see if they had the ingredients for what I ordered before placing it. I wanted a banana caramel crunch and they didn't have banana! So they sub it with raspberry well it is suppose to have almonds in it but when I got home it have pecans and my French vanilla ice cream that I asked for pecans mixed in had almonds in it instead. They need to educate their employees on what goes into each ice cream because I had to remind her several times. This girl didn't know the difference between her nuts not to mention this whole process for 3 ice creams took over 30 minutes and my ice creams melted. Disappointed that I had to wait so long and my orders were all messed up not to mention I paid over $15...will NOT be coming back to this location, I will go out of my way next time to a different store. read more

I just had the worst service. I went through the drive thru to order four pretzel bagels they said they only had two. I order two pretzels and two plain with cream cheese. After I pay for them she tells me to go park in the handicap spot and they will run them out to me so I did. After five others car came out of drive thru and 10 minutes had past, I went inside stood in line, as a lady walked past I asked for the manager, she said that was her. I told her what was going on and she said they are working on them and then an employee was going to run them out to me. I said but it's been 10 min. for four bagels, she snapped at me that she short staffed. Not an I'm sorry I'm short staffed or sorry for your wait. What a bad manager!!!! So I just asked for my money back than she says well they are ready now. I said just give me my money back, so she did. Not once did she say I'm sorry to me or anything.
