This is by far the worst Starbucks in terms of consistency. The last few times I've came here this year, I've had to go back inside to have them Remake the coffee. After spending an extra $1.50 for watered down coffee with an additional shot. The workers are friendly but the coffee is just bad and at $7 for a coffee. I ordered a Nespresso frother today to make my coffees at home. Sad because I get gift cards for the holidays and I enjoy Starbucks, but I won't be returning to this location anymore after today! read more

This is your typical Starbucks that is located on Miller road just off I-75 making for an easy off/easy on stop to get a coffee in you are in travel mode like I was. What I noticed at this particular store was that there were five employees working this day but the service was just so slowwwww. Didn't clearly understand why as there was not a huge group waiting for drinks at the time. I rate the this store here as 3 stars (Just OK) as my Latte was good albeit a bit pricey and service was a tad slow. Location relative to I-75 is a plus and should be considered if you are passing through this area and want something more than gas station/McDonalds coffee. read more

Our Church placed a large order of about 40 drinks on Sunday November 13th. The baristas working that day were Olivia, Finn, Brittany and Julie. They all were absolutely amazing! These girls not only busted their behinds making these drinks but did it all while still smiling, friendly and caring for other guests. The coffee drinks were very good. It's a nice Starbucks, but not a place I care to hang out. It feels small and is too close to busy Miller Rd. I always go inside cause I don't much care for drive thrus. I used to get a kick out of watching people going in to the neighboring adult video/sex toy store. But. Your typical Starbucks experience. While this location is rather small, the service is usually swift and rather friendly. There are a couple of employees that know me by name and always remember that I love Passion Iced Tea Lemonade. That's good customer service! This one gives out free samples of new cafe drinks and pastries more than other locations, too. Though it's small, there's adequate seating and the Wi-Fi works reasonably well. There's a nice little retail area featuring coffee mugs, to-go cups, coffee, tea, cafe presses, thermoses, etc. I tried to snag some deals on post-Christmas clearance, but the good stuff goes fast. The best part is sitting by the window watching the creeps and pervs trolling Cirilla"s, the sex store next door. Oh yeah, what fun. People watching at its best. I usually go inside, but the drive-through service has been dependable when I've gone that route. No waiting in endless lines. On the downside, it's near impossible to make a left turn from this location onto Miller Road. The intersection here needs its own designated light to make turns. Althought this is a little hard to spot on the Southside of Miller road, I LOVE this STARBUCKS! The lines are often long, but the staff is usually very quick and always has a smile on their face! This is one of the first places I have ever experienced PAY IT FORWARD, where the car in front of my in the drive-thru paid for my drink! Of course, I paid for the next guy. I didn't even know this was a STARBUCKS thing, and some stores get lines up to 60-70 people in a row playing PAY IT FORWARD! i always look forward to swinging past this gem when I'm in Flint! read more

Worst customer services! They are always out of nitro cold brew and never update it on the mobile app. I did mobile order for qty 2 nitro cold brew. I went in to pick it up. They didn't say "Hi" or ask me if I needed anything as I am standing and waiting by the nitro station. The barista gave me an attitude when I asked if they received my mobile order for nitro. She proceed to say it is not working Shocker!!! It never works at Flint Miller Road. Recommendation put an "out of order" sign on it so customers aren't waiting and waiting and waiting. Very nice service. The people were really nice to talk to, guided me through what to take and the coffee was really nice also. I ordered the Frappuccino which was nice and creamy. Definitely being near the airport is a plus point. It was always full of people, there is also a takeaway on the side, as usual. Unlike previous comments, I didn't find anybody misbehaving or not giving food in time. The e-girls who work here were very unwelcoming when we entered, they said hi but angrily. When I ordered the cashier was sort of rude, and my very simple drink took over 10 minutes to get. When I got my drink it only had one extra shot of espresso instead of the two that I paid for. I would not recommend going here when there's only one girl actually doing their job. read more

But this one lives in a place with such a dirty parking lot I almost didn't want to park my car for fear of running the garbage over in each parking space out in front of the store. I realize that perhaps being part of a plaza these spaces in the cleanliness of your parking lot are not your responsibility. However for a customer that got off the highway to visit Starbucks, I was greatly disappointed in nearly disgusted. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to many all over the world. The dining area was filthy with crumbs on every table and a dirty plate etc on the sugar table. When the barista got my drink wrong and gave me a mocha instead if Misto he got surly like it was my fault. (He couldn't read the writing on the cup). Then I had to ask for a sleeve and he grudgingly gave me one like it came out if his salary. My oatmeal was ice cold and had to be remade. I had to ask for the "bits" that go inside the oatmeal and also had to ask for a spoon. If all Starbucks were like this one I would cancel my Goldcard. read more
