We ordered food from this Tim Hortons on the Too Good To Go app. We spent $4.23 and received 5 chocolate chip cookies. When we got there there were no cars in the parking lot and the lobby was closed. Only the drive thru was open. The cookies were good. But usually with the Too Good To Go orders you get more variety. We took a break from the nearby playground to grab a mid morning snack. I took my toddler to the bathroom first, and somebody started knocking before I had even finished going. I said we'd be right out, but they kept knocking periodically. We were both quick, but apparently waiting 2 minutes for 2 people to go potty and wash their hands is too long for their employees. It was 2 TH employees that kept banging on the door. Ok. Maybe they didn't realize we had just walked in. Whatever. So then we placed our order, one donut and one toasted bagel with cream cheese. I took a bite of my kid's donut and it was crazy dry, but he didn't seem to notice and he devoured it. My bagel though . Well, it was toasted perfectly but they didn't put near enough cream cheese on it. I'm not expecting, or wanting, a ton of cream cheese. But a nice, thin layer on the whole surface would be appreciated. There was a very thin layer on probably 65% of it and nothing on the rest. Oh well, I don't need extra cream cheese, but it was kinda meh and I wasn't about to turn around and go back and ask for more. So here I am. I'm just happy this isn't my normal, local TH. read more

Husband and I came here for some coffee. Very pleasant and accomodating staffs. Coffee is just perfect for my taste. I talked to the manager, Eden and she was very nice. I just wish they have my donuts available. But we will surely be back again. read more

Terrible place. Save your self having a bad day by avoiding this hortons. Ordered $10 worth of food and coffee and they got everything wrong. Even gave me the wrong size coffee. When I complained the girl at the register tells me she doesn't need this shit and walks away. Some lady comes out and I guess is a manager has an even worse attitude. Hay manager lady instead of looking at you face book in the back maybe you should teach your people how to read, make customers food and coffees right. How does this happen? Three times in a row I get bacon on a croissant instead of bacon egg and cheese. I've had it fixed the last two times but made sure I was extra clear this time. Who would order this? It is not confusing when someone says "bacon egg and cheese". I have to stop going here. Stopped in for breakfast today. Wow, what a bunch of screw ups. I order two sausage/cheese muffins - you know, the ones on sale on TV. The cashier is unable to enter my order correctly and then tries to charge twice as much until I correct her. She asks the girl assembling the sandwiches what to do. She tells her to punch in biscuit (?) sandwich. I also order a French vanilla cappuccino. Of course I get two plain biscuit sandwiches and they set down an Iced Capp in front of me. I ask the closest employee if she can fix my order. She was nice and got on it. The assembler storms over to her station, makes the correct sandwiches, and THROWS me the bag. I kid you not. The sandwiches were ICE COLD. She didn't even toast them. They then fixed the drink. After I left, I realized that my drink costs quite a bit less than an Iced Capp. I didn't feel like another fight. Briana has no business being a supervisor. She is extremely unprofessional and I have never seen such poor customer service. I watched her stick her dirty fingers in my coffee and then she hung out of the drive thru window acting like a child and trying to start problems with me. If I was the owner I would fire her and give James a raise and promotion because he knows how to treat his customers, he's friendly and always makes my order just right. I'm disgusted with how this store allows their management to treat their customers and think they need to give their "supervisors" some real management training. read more

This location has always been great. NOT TODAY. Ordered a hazelnut coffee with 2 creams. "Do you want sugar"? No, that's why I said 2 creams. Got a mile down the road to my appointment, took off my coat and took a sip Full of SUGAR. Got in my car, drove back, went inside and said this is not what I ordered. Someone came out of the back knowing I had received the wrong coffee. I asked for a free coffee coupon for next time and they said no, only if you left and had to come back. This became a terrible place to work once the management changed. The new manager lady admitted that she'd rather fire everyone and retrain a new team "correctly," so she made our lives hell and we all quit within 3 months of her arrival. She also hired her HUSBAND as a baker. Talk about bad decisions. On 11/6/2017 I ordered my normal everyday coffee I asked for 1cream,2sugar,1 shot of espresso that coffee I got and what was written and what the lady read back to the cashier was 2cream,1sugar,1 espresso that coffee was taste because it was drowned in cream .before I left I asked the lady was the coffee she made for me 2cream ,1sugar ,1 espresso she said no she said she made it so fast it was what I asked for she took the lid off and said no it's only 1 cream because it's not that dark first of all I know what my coffee taste like I get it everyday coffee is the easiest thing not to get wrong it's not busy so how are u messing this up so I had to drive and go out my way to another Tim hortons on Michigan and Belleville road where I recieved what I asked for and good service. The Ford road and haggerty location is closer to me but they don't seem to give a shit about the product they put out .last week I ordered a sausage muffin the muffin was cold and not toasted and the sausage taste like something dogs eat very nasty and it's wasting money I work hard for to pay for something that pays your worker bills for once I want to get what I ask for and receive good customer service read more
