All were served on soft pillow-y potato buns. The salads were a decent size, together with the burgers/sandwiches made a great dinner before the flight out of Halifax. Service was prompt and there was plenty of seating. The bar side had high stools in various table configurations of at least 2 dozen areas. The seat-down area was on the other side of the walkway and held at least 3 dozen tables. Both seating areas are open to the rest of the airport, so regular airport noise (announcements, people walking, etc.), but it is cordoned off so there isn't random patrons from other establishments sitting in the area. We were seated right away and orders were in within 15 min and the food out 15-20 min later. Definitely quick enough to get a bite in before any flight (or if you've had a delay).
