I've stopped here a couple of times while travelling and am pleased with the donuts as well as the coffee. Drinks are made quick and taste good and tons of fresh donuts to choose from. A nice plus for those traveling with pets, behind the shop there is a larger, empty grass lot. It's far from the road and a good bit of room for everyone to stretch their legs. They always seem to have someone new that does not know what they are doing with no help. I truly feel sorry for them. The food is mediocre and dirty. I don't really like Tim's coffee, I won't lie. But I was getting coffee for a group of coworkers as a surprise and it was less expensive than Starbucks. Also, it was cold and I didn't want to get out of my car. There were no negatives or positives about my visit other than my coworkers said their coffee was rather bitter. I didn't notice if mine tasted bitter because I drank it in a quarter of the time that they did. Oh, and watch where you're going if you go through the drive thru. This Tim's is connected to a Wendy's and people going to Wendy's have to cross through the Tim's drive thru and it's just kind of weird and an accident waiting to happen. read more

Yesterday morning I pulled into the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons, only 1 of 2 cars in the lane. I waited 10 minutes behind the car in front of me. When it was my turn I pulled up to the window, only to be told curtly by the woman working there, that I had to drive all around to place my order and get to the back of the line. The drive-thru window there isn't obvious, since I already had followed the arrows to arrive where I was. I asked if I could just order a small Timbits, for my daughter who hadn't had breakfast and had a four hour exam beginning in 10 minutes. Again I was told curtly that I had to get at the back of the line, which by this point had 8 cars backed up. I understand that systems have to be followed, but given the circumstances I also think that we can treat one another as humans and not robots. Sorry Tim Hortons. I used to come here all the time with family before I started working there in October of 2017. I worked there for almost a year and a half before I started realizing that this place needs supervision and HELP and has needed it from the start. No matter what manager, person or trainer can do to help, this place is WAY far gone... All of the reviews that everyone reads online (on any app) are 100% the absolute honest truth. I would not invite or suggest ANYONE to work here ever... it would be better if this place went out of business and stayed that way. If I could have given this Tim Horton's a 0 star I would have. You would think that as they are a donut shop they would donuts when you arrive. I arrived at 3pm and they had two apple fritters, two chocolate dipped and two Boston creams. Who cares about the other vehicle behind mine, not sure they were going to get. Bathrooms were disgusting. The sink was covered in hair. Then I tried to order a frozen lemonade and the machine was broken. I reluctantly ordered a smoothie and guess what that machine was down too. My family got iced coffees which they said were horrendous. Never coming back!! read more

For all the negative reviews I understand that people want to be in and out in a hurry, but at this location it is mainly always understaffed, since no one stays after they get a job there . Not to mention half the time they are using equipment that doesn't work half the time,and the employees there do their best to be as friendly as possible considering half the people that come through are also inconsiderate of the staff ,the regular customer's that come through on a daily basis I thank you for knowing the situation and for being understanding you guys are the real mvp's. At this location if you truly have the patience to wait and visit this store we will try our best to get you through as soon as possible. And yes the employees are stressed out ,but still try to treat everyone nice and with a smile. I love Tim Hortons coffee!!! I don't come to this location much as I am from Cincinnati and stop on my drives to Cleveland but they are always very nice and helpful. As a traveler, I also want to mention their bathrooms are always clean. I must recommend if you have never been to Tim's to try the coffee, in particular my favorite, the ice capp. MMMMmm good! This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. The manager was the one making our food and said the wait on hash sticks would be 10 minutes which we were ok but it actually took 30 minutes to get our hash sticks. On top of that the coffee was terrible which was the main reason we even stopped there. read more

Employees were very polite and nice! My sausage, egg, cheese biscuit was not great. Biscuit hard and cheese cold which made for a disappointing breakfast sandwich. I've found the biscuits at various Tim Horton's to be very inconsistent. I think they need some quality control. read more

I used to love this location as I come through here everyday before work. You guys really need to hire a better staff, whom can work under high volumes and keep calm but most importantly if you have a loyal customer who pays for one of your products daily please make sure your new HIRES know how to make a coffee or an Iced Capp and know the price. If they want espresso, know how to do so! I should not have to pay $3.09 for a small iced capp, with extra cream and a shot of espresso and it taste like spoiled chocolate milk.
