Came here to get a Tim Horton coffee before heading out of the state. I am from out of the state and don't have Tim Hortons. The coffee is one of my favorites coffee places. It's roasted with a perfect amount. We got a coffee and apple fritter. The apple fritter was okay. The apple fritter was a little dry but the apple inside were good with the cinnamon. The service was okay. The cashier was not very friendly and luckily the second one that helped out was definitely friendlier. Not sure if I would like to stop back just because of the first attendant. read more

Just stopped by for lunch, I had the audacity to go inside to the counter. Nobody else was in line and I stood there for almost 10 min, nobody took my order. Several employees looked at me, nobody said a word. They were concerned with the drive thru only apparently. So I left. Not sure what the deal with this location is, TH's are usually better. Handy just off the highway. I got a donut (good,) a bagel (decent,) and a breakfast sandwich (sausage with English muffin, because they were out of biscuits, also good.) Also an iced capp, because caffeine. Fast service. Reasonable prices (especially when you consider their bagels are just as good as Panera's, for 2/3 the price.) Easy access. Had a free coupon for an any size beverage and the manager Kelly refused to take it. Said it had to be an ice coffee or a regular size coffee even though the coupon clearly states any size BEVERAGE. Today, we forgot to order a box of Tim Bits so when we got up to the window we asked if we could add it to our order. This is something we've both done at other fast food place with no issue before. In the most rude/stern voice, Kelly told us she "doesn't add things at the window." Mind you, it was one item, with no special requests and there was literally no cars behind us or in front of us, so it's not like they were busy at the time. She could have even offered to put it through as a second order if her software limited her from adding it to our initial order (especially since no one was behind us). But no. This morning my child requested donuts for her birthday. They wanted to take them for their whole class. I went to order and they didn't have enough of the same kind on hand at the time. This Tim's went above and beyond! I explained it was for my kid's birthday and it was no problem if I had to wait. Tim's said how long it takes etc The cashier was super nice! They were very friendly while I waited and helped me load everything into the car because I had the baby with me. This may be one of the only locations in the city where my order is consistently correct and good! I'll drive out of my way to visit this location over others. Love that the Oreo ice Capp is back. The Dublin Dunkin Donuts! This was my first stop in the city for some post-flight breakfast! We utilized the drive-thru and I ordered a sausage burrito, hash brown and coffee. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Although the coffee was very hot, I wasn't overly impressed. I suppose I've gotten entirely too spoiled by flavored creamers from Wawa and the grocery store. I asked for extra cream and sugar but the lack of flavor didn't do the coffee any justice. The hash brown was good, pretty much the standard you would expect. The sausage burrito was fresh and hot but very salty due to the sausage and cheese. I've been on a low sodium diet for about a month plus, so it was a little bit too salty for me. Don't get my review wrong, the food was hot and freshly prepared. I highly recommend Tim's as a go-to spot for quick on-the-go breakfast. I personally left desiring more. read more

This is the last time we will give it a try. Ordered two Bagel BELT meals with toasted bagels. The wait was going to be 20 minUtes for a hashbrown- no worries, we skipped the hashbrown. We got home (5 minute drive), opened up our meals and not only were the bagels not toasted, but the sandwiches were cold. The bacon, egg, and cheese were all cold- not warm, not "was warm at one time", straight cold. I've never seen a location that needed a paint job and instructions on how to make a drive thru line on the parking lot more than this location. No fault to the restaurant owner just the people that use the drive thru stead of pulling around the building and getting in a proper line, these people just pull in right off the street and block the entrance and exit. This also causes traffic to back up on the street itself when there's plenty of room in the parking lot. Since most people are inconsiderate the keener needs to paint lines and put up cones to explain how to form a line. It's obvious that we can't depend on the people to do this. read more

The iced coffee is gross. It's just hot coffee that they dumped ice into, that's not what iced coffee is. Their donuts are good, if they have what you're looking for, which is almost never the case if you're not there super early in the morning. read more

I have never had problems at this location before but today was amazing. They made my sandwich incorrectly. When I pointed this out they lied and said they were out of croissants (I could see them). Incredulously this was all in front of the manager, an older woman with gray hair, who was drinking an iced coffee right next to the food prep area! I was not offered a receipt either. I delete & redownload yelp often. Person working drive thru was nice, got my hot chocolate fast & it was hot, but then my bagel & muffin somehow took like 5 minutes. Horrible customer service and poor management. The young male manager on duty this morning who's name I will not mention, never even attempted to offer a bit of an apology for my order mistake, which was an extremely burnt inedible sandwich. Such a poor example for other store employees. When asked for Franchise owner information he refused to provide it. In my opinion Corporate needs to step in on and take action regarding the poor management at this location and employee attempts to hide the Franchisee. I eat at Tim Horton's many times a week, but will not be visiting this location anytime soon because of one thing. Not the burnt sandwich, but the smart mouth full of attitude manager. read more
