I was going to leave a bad review but instead I decided to go all Karen and ask for the manager. There's no point in talking about what went wrong with the initial order, because I think the more important thing was how he handled the situation afterwards. He was extremely nice and apologized for the errors. He asked if he could fix our order and he did. All of it, without hesitation. He also simply upgraded our medium and small drinks to a large without asking. Which wasn't necessary but the gesture is appreciated. I really don't think you can expect every employee to be a star employee, and ours was likely very new. Mistakes happen. But the manager, who I suspect may also be the owner of the franchise, made us happy in the end and I think he should be recognized for that. read more

Sitting drinking worst cup of coffee ever!!! I ordered a dark roast coffee and sandwich through drive thru a bearded fellow (violates Tim Horton's rules) goes to hand me my sandwich but i am handing back coffee it smelled like it was cooked, burnt. He thru my sandwich on counter took coffee brought me another i opened to smell he asked sharply, is it burnt? I thought not but could not tell. Pulled off to side to enjoy my meal. I normally don't have issues with this Tim Hortons, that being said- my order doesn't change no matter where I get my coffee. I ordered a medium iced black coffee with caramel and sweet foam, along with a bagel sandwich. I go up to the window in the drive through to pay and ask to pay for the car behind me as well (it was my man, whom I was ON THE PHONE WITH). I pay for both of us and she gave me my food and then came back with my drink, it was hot- not iced. so I said "oh this was supposed to be iced" no biggie, mistakes happen and I was trying to be nice and understanding as someone who's worked in customer service for 6 years. She goes to make my new drink and not 30 seconds later the manager came to the window and handed me my drink, and I said "I'm sorry, thank you so much" and she continued to cop an attitude and said "make sure you say iced next time." Which I did. My man pulls up to get his food and coffee and it's the same problem, his coffee was supposed to be iced- not hot. She shut the window without responding and then came back with his drink and didn't give him a straw. As I said, I've never had an issue with this location before, so I was surprised with the managers attitude towards paying customers, nonetheless towards customers who were treating her with kindness and respect. Coming from someone who works in customer service, this kind of behavior is absolutely not okay and from now on I'll get my coffee elsewhere. To the manager who I'm speaking of, if you're reading this- i'm not sure why you thought this kind of behavior was okay at all, do better. read more

Ok my second time here.. bragged about great pretzel turkey sandwich (drive thru). First was good service 'polite '. Today ???? Drive through, we don't have that sandwich anymore.. They could have suggested something else. They Said speak louder can't hear you.... I again said turkey bacon cut in half, two ice teas. Minimal words at window . How do you expect customers 2 wear a mask. When the employees werent wearing 1. We got ignored for the first 5 minutes we were there cause the girls were talking girl talk and laughing. We were the only customers in the lobby at the time when finally able 2 place order. We order 2 ham and swiss sandwhiches. I went to get breakfast and the guy told me "we're only serving cold food" and I pointed to the sign on the door which expressed "2 for 4 til 10 pm" It was 8:30 I asked the person in charge about it, and he said "were just trying to go home". Working and knowing that end of the business- you should know- the customer is always right. Especially from a consumer product. This Tims is pretty new and sparkling, attached to a gas station just off of the interstate. It is one of the ones that has that sleek modern interior, with a fun little trivia wall piece, which informed me that one of the Tims I used to frequent in Buffalo (on Niagara Falls Blvd) was the first Tims in the US. I typicall go here 4 times a week and order 2 bagels with cream cheese every morning. But for the past 5-6 months they can't get the cream cheese right on the bagels, like none, and on top of that I gotta pay for it too! Dunkin has 2 bagels for 4 bucks and their great! And by the way I have asked for Xtra cheese on my bagel and I get charged a extra $1 per bagel and the cream cheese is still weak! So Dunkin it is! If I had never been to a Tim Hortons before I would never go back. Horrible experience. The person who I assumed to be the manager was extremely rude, the girls working the cash register weren't helpful and ignored me when I asked for my coffee that I had already paid for. They instead tended to their other customers and after waiting around a while I just left without it. Great location! They definitely go by their motto "always fresh always Tim Hortons!" Coffee is always hot when I get it and made to my liking. Not a huge fan of donuts, but for the Tim bits I've shared, they're really good.
