Service is very efficient and they take care of you quickly once you're at the counter. All of the donuts we ordered were perfect. One of the kids got a limited edition burger donut with proceeds being donated to the local Ronald McDonald house. It was a very inventive donut with glazed donuts as the burger buns, half a chocolate glazed as the burger patty, and different creams making up the cheese and condiments. So unique and for a good cause! Indoor seating is available which we took advantage of, as we could not wait to enjoy our donuts. I wish we lived close by as we would be regulars. I feel the donuts are fairly priced for the quality. Expect to pay more than your local Dunkin or Tim Hortons, but you can also expect the quality is way better. Fresh homemade donuts can't be beat.

The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. I walked in and there was only a short line but it moves fast. Everyone always loves watching the conveyor belts with the fresh donuts being made. It's such a cool vibe to be able to watch them make each donut from scratch. I got to the front of the line and just ordered a traditional dozen donuts. Then something happened that I NEVER would have expected. The staff member said, "Would you like another dozen for 16 cents?" I was caught so off guard that another dozen was only SIXTEEN CENTS, that I made him repeat it just to make sure I heard him right. I was absolutely floored but I knew I would be dumb to say no to this deal. Long story short, I left with 24 donuts and had no idea how I would eat them all. Luckily, I was heading home to a full house of visitors and family who would help. I know they're just donuts but they feel like a special treat and they are so delicious. Then after that there was multiple times when the drive thru was empty and they didn't quickly make my order which was 2 drinks a lemonade and an Ice Capp. They didn't make it until I mentioned my ice Capp and they made it quickly but then it took another 20 mins and me asking why it's taking so long until I got the lemonade only after the lady I talked to went to the manager Kyle and then it was made. Yet again, right when she went to talk to him I heard him audibly talk shit about me and a customer previously about their order. When he came up to the front I asked why he decided to talk shit about me and I previous customer and of course he didn't answer but instead asked what I was missing which I told him just a large lemonade and he said something about me being hostile which I wasn't just very upset about how the work ethic is genuine garbage and his management skills were very poo. I have no clue how they hire or promote managers but they clearly need to fix it cause it's not working.
