I will say her cookies are quite delicious. I wrote a few times. We had some messages through Facebook and then the phone call. We spoke about my order. She was going to call me back to complete the order. She never called me back. I was forced to order from Macy's. When I wrote her to politely ask her what happened, and why she didn't call me back she became very rude and snarky. She said she was overwhelmed with health issues. She should have just told me from the beginning that she could not fullfill my $100 order. She was insulting and told me that I "wasn't the type of customer she wanted" wow! She could have cared less and took responsibility for messing up the order but still blamed me for asking what happened. I won't be back. Good products. Rude and Unprofessional customer service.
