Under the ADA, businesses cannot require proof of documentation, demand certification papers, or refuse entry simply because a service animal is not vested. A service animal handler also cannot legally be asked to leave unless the animal is out of control or causing a disturbance that the handler does not correct. The only questions staff are permitted to ask are: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Policies rooted in misinformation create unnecessary humiliation and barriers for disabled individuals who already face enough challenges in public spaces. Businesses should take the time to properly educate their staff on ADA laws instead of enforcing requirements that simply do not exist.

Think of it as a high end named brsnd but for Tennessee people. Customer service was great the last few times I have went. The guy who runs said he opened the place in October 2019. The ice cream is very thick and has a good amount of sweetness. I really loved the scenery here, it's cozy and reminds me of my grandparent's old house in the country.
