Just went to this location this morning around 7:15. Ordered a large mocha ice coffee, large caramel latte, and 4 10 packs of assorted timbits. Gave the total as I was already pulling ahead and it was just over $13 and I knew that was wrong. They only rung me up for 1 10pack of timbits. So I asked if I can get 3 more 10 packs as I wanted four of them total. Some unhappy older chick in the back is like he needs to drive around again if he wants to order 3 more. Like excuse me you weren't competent to do your job correct the first time. You should be happy your selling more items isn't it all about selling and making money with a business. So they ring me up correctly and I pay. They started to hand me out my order and guess what. I was given all four packs of timbits, my icee coffee all before they finished the latte. And you wanted me to drive around and reorder for what exactly? You didn't save any time by doing so. And when I got my last drink That person was still going on to her co workers on how I needed to drive around if I wanted to order what I had originally ordered. To the 2 girls who were working at 11:45 am on september 22nd in the drive thru: Tim Hortonts on Navarre is just unprofessional now. As i'm ordering I get one of their wraps and the girl over the speaker yells "F**K" at me and then says oh shoot sorry for my language. like she forgot to mute her mic or something and didn't want me to order what I ordered. After that I get to the window and they are still cussing with each other like loudly for all the customers to hear. And i'm just thinking since when do teenagers act like this at their jobs? Even though it's just tim hortons you still should act professional with any job you have. As she's taking my card and giving me my food she doesn't say anything to me, which is rude, if i say thank you say something back? I miss the old workers. Stopped for morning coffee, tea and bagel sandwiches before hitting the expressway. Coffee was so good, husband bought two bags. Food was tasty, service was fast and friendly, and restaurant was clean. Great place for a fast morning start! read more

Hi. We just stopped for a few breakfast sandwiches via the drive thru. We ordered and got food fairly quickly. The 2 sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwiches were not good. The inside of the eggs were green and looked like a hard boiled egg smashed. The sausage in the muffin sandwich was pink still. We did not eat much of either. I tried calling to tell them about the issues several times with no answer. Hopefully it was just a today issue and they correct it. The hot chocolate was good:) read more

This has to be the absolute WORST Tim Hortons. The workers seem to be preoccupied so much that they don't care about customers at all! My order is always wrong no matter how simple, and no matter how many times you are asked to repeat it. It's crazy! Slow! Don't go unless you have 15 min to spare. Plus, they rarely fill the coffee cup to the top. Food is usually cold.

TWO stars because there's no half star system. My icedcoffee is warm, and waited ten minutes on food that wasn't prepared until we mentioned something. Service is garbage. If you want to get the store a Christmas gift, get them a garbage can because it's trash. read more

I went to the Oregon Ohio location yesterday on Mothers Day around 8:00 AM. I ordered two boxes of Tim Bits for my family coming over. I requested more chocolate than anything else. To my surprise, there were NO chocolate in either box and only three different varieties of the Tim Bits. I think they were left offers from the prior day due to lack of variety and a little dried out. My family did enjoy them however. read more

We pass through Oregon once in awhile for coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. I hope someone opens a Dunkin Donuts nearby because I hate having to resort to this place for coffee and breakfast to-go. The service today was a perfect example of the type of service they provide - I was asked to repeat my order 4 times (no, I don't have an accent unless you believe Michiganders have an accent) and they STILL got my order wrong. I should've gone back inside to get it corrected but after repeating myself at the counter, I felt it would have been a waste of time. The new chicken sandwiches are horrible too. The chicken is the kind that that's mushed up & only slightly resembles chicken-like meat- so gross. There's a Starbucks inside the grocery store nearby, maybe we'll try that next time. read more

The place is good. I really do like it but the problem is that it is an absolute son of a bitch to get in and out of. Your odds of getting in a traffic accident there are probably the highest in town. Your odds of seeing an accident there are almost 100 %. read more

Extremely dirty! Augh!! The bathroom is terrible. I told one of the guys who work there that the toilet paper dispenser in the handicap stall is broke and he said the owner knows but hasn't gotten around to it. The toilet seats are all scraped/scratched up. The owner must not want to keep this establishment maintained. If the bathroom is disgusting I would hate to see the kitchen... read more

The food is great but their customer service needs a great deal of improvement! Their drive thru employees have the warmth of a snow pea. They don't even use common manners such as please, thank you and you're welcome! I'm confident, that there are plenty of individuals that need and or want a job. Therefore, if your employees continue to act annoyed doing customer service, continue looking for employees that show gratitude for having an income! read more

Let me start off by saying my wife is a huge fan of Tim Hortons and I take her to this store cause its the closest to our house. It doesn't matter what day, week, or time we stop at this Tim Hortons the service and food is SHITTY!!! This has to be the worst fast food restaurant in our area. We always have to PRE-TASTE our coffee cause no matter how many creams and sugar you ask them to put in your coffee, its always wrong and there food is cold and stale. We usually have to get home and add the correct amount of sugar or cream and also thank god for microwaves because we have to reheat our food and we live 5 min away from store. I hope people start to figure it out this place sucks and they open a Duncan Donuts close by. read more

the coffee is very good.... I come here all the time because I work right on navarre... so I stop before I go into work... The employees are GOD AWFUL. They are always staring.. And their mistakes are little things, but after it happens every time I go thru the drive thru it gets old. Theres glaze on the outside of my donut bag and I dont notice at first and it gets everywhere, My lids are ever on all the way, Napkins are shoved in my donut bag to get glaze all over them so I cant use them. I went here to buy coffee to take home to Florida as a little gift, since Tim Hortons coffee is the best in the world, and my sister has never had it. I told the sour-faced young girl that I wanted a bag of regular and a bag of decaf and a cup of decaf. She rang it up and told me the amount and said, "Go over and get it out of the case." I looked and said, "There's no decaf in the case." She stared at me for minute and then disappeared. She came back and said, "We don't have any." I said, "Do you know when you'll get more in?" She indignantly said, "No." I told her to forget the bags of coffee and just give me the cup of decaf with cream. I have NEVER had a bad cup of coffee from Tim Hortons, but this coffee was burnt, and I had to put Splenda in it to be able to drink it at all!! I can put up with the burnt coffee (though I'll never go back to THIS Tim Hortons) but I resent sales people who have that 'I hate this job' attitude.
