1 Star First time in Revelstoke, and wow -- what a welcome from Taco Club. They seated us (family of six, four hungry kids in tow) and then... nothing. For fifteen glorious minutes we sat like decorative props while the servers perfected their social hour routine. Honestly, I think they broke some kind of record for most laps around our table without eye contact. Impressive commitment to the bit. Meanwhile, another table that came in after us got drinks and food like it was no big deal. Guess we missed the secret handshake? Maybe there's a locals-only taco club inside the Taco Club. And here's the thing -- if you're slammed, just SAY SO. Don't seat a family and then ghost them like a bad Tinder date. Longtime locals of Whistler and I can confidently say I've never seen service like this. So unless your dream vacation involves roleplaying as Oliver Twist with a side of tortilla, do yourself a favor: avoid this shit show. Horrible business model, worse service. Revelstoke deserves better.

Great avocado taco with interesting mix of toppings. The guacamole was fresh and no heat which is a plus for me! I got a homemade strawberry soda which tastes like fresh strawberries. Husband had a beef bowl and said it was very good as well. Great find in this small town.

This is a true local joint with all of the usual Mexican-American suspects. It's low key and unfussy with a straightforward menu. I ordered the fish taco and had requested a flour tortilla but was served corn, no big deal but not ideal, and a side of the chicken avocado soup which didn't taste very Mexican and wasn't very hot. I was also confused by the serving of capers on the side, as someone from Texas. My friends seemed underwhelmed with their tacos and burritos, too. The staff was pretty inattentive but they were friendly. All in all it was fuel on a cold night.

A Taco Shop in the middle of Cedar and Hemlock tree forest. I had to try here. The reception was very friendly and full of attention. The decor in the place was somewhat Mexican. They had a nice variety of Tequila in the bar tough. I order Tortilla Soup and Chilimole Pork Burrito. The tortilla soup was very close to what would have been served in any US Mexican restaurant, maybe a little bit more minced vegetable texture but, was good. The Burrito, this was something that I wanted to experiment. Solely because it had Pineapple and Orange mayo. Yeap, it was definitely a new breed of burrito. Definitely not found in any Mexican restaurants in US. It was a Mexinadian Burrito. However, it was surprisingly tasty. It was flavor that I didn't expected but, was good to eat and fun to taste. One thing that I would recommend here is to add a Carne Asada in the menu, which is a must in a Mexican restaurant. The server told me that cooks are from Mexico, Argentina and Colombia. They could take advantage of Mexican Pico de Gallo Salsa en Asado from Argentina.

It's fine. I'd heard such great tales of the food here and here I am. Well, maybe it was an off day for them. First off, hostess, get your act together. We just said we'll prob take your two 4 top tables on the patio and you gave one away to a party behind us while we were walking towards it with you saying 'now it might be a problem' as you seated that party. Ok, fine, we'll sit inside. Waiter, I like waiters who give me recommendations vs saying oh it depends on your preference. You know what's good and what's not great and what your customers are complaining about. Drinks, so wishy washy, was not a large fan of your strawberry margarita recommendation (when you finally got to it) southside margarita was decent with good smoky flavor. So, onto food, the fried cod was great, would totally do takeout for that again. Pork and beef burrito and tacos, flavor was good but I had hard bits in both. When I asked they said these hard bits (said to be burnt ends) in there which they brought me a cupful to sample, these were different. Not what was in my food which didn't have the light crunch and flavor of the brought sampler, it was legit felt like burnt scrapings from the bottom of a pan. Burritos you can get wet (sauce) or dirty (extra rice) Overall it was fine, food is good but I don't need to darken their doorstep again. Take out for the crunch cod tacos it is!

Really had a great experience here. Middle of summer. Busy patio, partially busy inside. All staff were hands on deck. Food was really amazing. So much flavor, fresh ingredients and great drink selection, even for La niños. I will come back again!

Great taco spot in Revelstoke! Highly recommend calling in if you're in the area. Outdoor seating for the warmer days, great menu, friendly staff.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday evening for dinner around 6PM, had to wait 15 minutes during which we walked around downtown a bit. We were seated outside which is what I wanted, and we shared a seared cod burrito bowl with the rice and beans replaced with fajitas and more coleslaw and tortilla on the side as well as an order of churros. The bowl was really small and not a lot of fish, although the tortilla was quite tasty as it was crispy on one side and chewy on the other. The churros were really good, crispy and dusted with sugar. Food was definitely on the pricier side given the portions, service was alright.

Lame. Poor portions. Poor service. Shane. Every ski town should have good tacos. Cultural appropriation at its finest. Here is the 6 dollar salss

Tasty tacos & prompt friendly service. Beers go down smooth! Will definitely be back!

Clockwise from right: chicken tings, seared shrimp, chilimole pork, and crispy wild cod taco

Decent but not amazing. But it's too good to be true to find legit good tacos this far up north so I'd say they're doing a good job. The shrimp and cod tacos were pretty good and I would order them again. Less impressed with the chicken and pork tacos. They use fairly bland store bought tortilla. It would make a big difference if they warmed it up. Also, a little bit too much filler - cabbage, red cabbage, carrot. 4 tacos was a lot. 3 might be the sweet spot. Staff were nice and friendly. Place still felt a little stretched when it was busy. I went around 7pm on a Saturday.

Way overpriced and underfilled burrito, maybe worth $10 and not the almost $20 I paid. Avoid this place.

Everyone was friendly and the vibe was so fun and chill. We were all so hungry and the menu was perfectly set up for everyone to enjoy, including a vegan in our party. The tacos were very small street style tacos and they were all exceptional. They also have nachos, enchiladas, Baja style flour tortilla seafood tacos, and more. The beef, chicken, and pork tacos were deeply flavorful and you have the option to add 1 of 3 different salsas, each increasing in spiciness. The chips, salsa, guacamole, and bean dip were also a hit with the table. We almost went 2 nights in a row! The drinks were inventive and playful with an obvious focus on agave spirits and offered local beers. To make it even more fun, there's a restored 5 pin bowling alley in the back of the restaurant where you can also order from a limited menu of food and drinks to enjoy at you lane with your group. Plus they have a bowling HH on weekdays from 11-3 (50% off).
