Terrible customer service due to upper management. As someone who works in retail sales EVERY customer is important. Why would you shut down the Coldstone side 30 minutes before closing "to clean"? Money? Stupid! I have customers walk in 2 minutes before closing all the time. When they leave it might be 20 minutes after posted closing. It's the nature of the business. Staff friendliness varies depending on the time of day you go there. They never give the receipt unless you ask for it. My guess is then it's harder for you to make a compliant on their survey. The quality of the food is good and they have most items in stock and available until near closing time. It drops off the last two hours they are open though. Parking lot is clean frequently. Drive-thru service times are always quite slow even when the line is shorter. If you go inside instead of the drive thru, it makes no difference on service time. They put multiple people on drive-thru service orders and usually only one person on the inside orders. Either way, you're waiting way too long for a coffee and a donut. The location of this place is easy on and off State street. They also have a back parking lot entrance you can access from Bock Road behind the Auto Parts store or North Center Road that trails behind the KFC, Burger King and such to then reach Tim Horton's. Mentioning this tip since traffic can get backed up on State St making the turn into the front parking lot of Tim Horton's lengthy. Use the back parking lot entrance and get in right away. read more

Donuts in quality are a few steps better than Dunkin' Donuts, but there's nothing special. The Boston creme was excellent as far as those go, the chocolate icing was enough to stick to the roof of my mouth although there wasn't much filling. The ice cream they offer is by a company whose name escapes me now.., but the advertising of the ice cream pies look fantastic. I wish I had a cooler with me during my most recent visit, I could have purchased one of their turtle ice cream pies. I like Tim Horton's. However, twice now we have stood waiting to be acknowledged for at the minimum of 5 minutes. Standing at the counter, watching the employees walk by moping not even noticing you are there. How hard is it to say, "Good morning, we'll be right with you." Might be worth teaching. read more

Cashier needs customer service training. When asked how she was, she replied, "Better when my shift is over.". We ordered a hot caramel macchiato and and iced caramel latte. She says, "They are both the same thing you know." She then makes a HOT latte even though receipt was for iced. She got all bitchy when she had to remake it correctly. Ended up with both beverages being so horrendous that we drank less than 1/4 of each and threw them out at first rest stop we came to. When I ordered the dark roast coffee, they said they didn't have any. No other explanation. I would have waited for a fresh pot of dark roast. They were several hours away from closing, so who knows. I cancelled the rest of my order and drove to Gratiot Road Tim Horton's for a well prepared and served product. read more

Hey, I'll be honest, I went in with a bit of skepticism. But the Tim Hortons on State Street in Saginaw makes a mean donut! I tried a cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting which was pretty good. I tried a sprinkled vanilla frosted monster that was a little over-the-top for me, but I could see it's appeal. The glazed old fashioned cake however was dead on tasty! Only been there for coffee. However, I know that they serve a variety of lunch items and gelato. The coffee doesn't compare to Starbucks. Was weirded out at first. After asking if I wanted space for creme, they actually put it in for me and mixed it. What if I didn't want that much? What if I didn't want that kind? read more

Attempted to get food and ice cream from here a half hour before close. Was refused both even when I asked for an ice cream quart from their freezer section. Staff complained and said that that they did it because they don't want to be here. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I don't understand how many times a place can mess up well exactly every time I have come here I have got my order messed up. Well this will be the last time officially and thank god a Starbucks will be opening across the street I cannot be more thrilled! Tim hortons coffee is first of all very bland and more of a watery taste then a nice fresh cup of coffee that they are so famous for well maybe not at this location because it is not just the food that is bad the staff is also very slow and rude and do there best to show you that they must really hate there jobs because there face and tone of voice says it all. I don't know how many times you can get it wrong when someone says they want there bagel toasted and just don't bother too toast it then when you ask for extra toasty they burn it on purpose. All I can say is I am done with this place and can only hope for the best for Starbucks this year. read more

Its too long of an explanation, but damn!! I was an average customer here, but, its not an inconvenience to go to the Titabawassee store.
