As for grocery prices, this place has some of the best. My diet has gluten and dairy free also vegan mostly. And they have the most selection of the healthy foods than other stores around here. I find they have better prices as well. The lines go quickly even if it's busy. They always have a lot of people working which is nice in the busy season. They have a great cheese selection! I have never seen goat cheese cheddar anywhere before! (Goat cheese is the only cheese I can eat, that's not vegan) anyways. I highly recommend this store! read more

Great clean store. Everything is always fresh. One day my husband got sick, so we checked out and after we went out the door, my husband fell. The manager and nice customer's help my husband and one gentleman blocked cars until m husband got up. There Bakery department is horrible. They have served dry cakes and extremely sweet icing. They don't offer store credit or a refund. I will not order anything from them again. Better service and better quality is what they need to do to improve. read more

It has been over 14-months that I reported a complaint of getting sick over an item that I purchased at Meijer's on Tittabawassee Rd on 4/22/24. I brought the item back and showed them of this molded product as I spoke with the manager during that time. They removed the item off the shelf and two weeks later it was back on the shelves. I called corporate in which they gave me a reference number and stated someone would contact me and never did. I called a week later and got the run around and was dismissed apparently. This is how I was treated for being a loyal customer over 20-yrs with no apology for my sickness of eating molded food and their irresponsibility of selling such vile product. After walking the isles for 10 minutes I asked an employee for help finding an item. He directed me to an aisle and then walked away. The item wasn't there. I asked a second employee and he said he thought it was in the candy aisle but I had already looked there. Then he said he worked in the meat department and had no idea where anything outside the meat department was. He was extremely unhelpful. I asked another employee and she gave me another aisle number but it wasn't there either. I ran into the first guy I talked with and he was surprised I couldn't t find it. I had to ask him to check on his app which he did. Finally 20 minutes after I started this hunt I found the item. I have always thought if one employee is lazy it's an individual problem. If you run into three Lazy employees in a row, it's a store problem. read more

I love Meijer! From their fresh vegetables and fruit, wide selection of meats, deli counter, extensive cheese and dairy products, to their liquor and wine store, clothing for me and my kids, seasonal outdoor section, appliances, toys, office supplies, pharmacy, and more! It's my favorite one-stop shop. I live 50 miles from the closest Meijer and although I wish we had one closer I'm happy to travel for the quality and customer service. read more

Meijer is meijer and among the large chain grocery stores, I will always shop at it. This location specifically could use some help. The renovation they did recently is nice, but the once great devide of home and food is now pushed together and leaves an awkward transition when I'm shopping. The home section I tend to avoid all together unless I need something specific cause its crowded between the clothing (who buys meijer clothing any way) and the food. Give me some space to breathe is all I'm asking. Also, for us shorter shoppers, putting entire sections of heavy items on higher shelves is not cool. Bring them lower please. 5 stars means compared to other grocery stores. Grocery shopping is never the first thing on my list of things I love to do, but Meijer makes the experience as good as I've had, esp. the store on Tittabawassee. Sometimes the fruit and bell peppers are a bit overripe. But everything else, meat, yogurt selection, variety of veggies... way better than Kroger. One checkout guy, Phil, is terrific. If you see an older guy with long hair that's probably him. If you get in his line everything works out great. read more

Spotty service and spotty selection. Seems like more and more of the Meijer brand products exist and the name brand products aren't getting restocked as quickly. Recent deli service was disappointing- Ordered 9 lbs of chicken wings from the deli ahead of time. Spoke to two different people. Day of at the time the wings were due, I went to pick them up. They said they hadn't cooked any and didn't have the order on their 'board', whatever that means. I had to wait while they cooked it all this making me late for the event where everyone was waiting for the chicken. Chicken wings themselves tasted good though. read more

This Meijer has just gone over a remodel and looks very very similar to the one in Midland for those of you familiar with the area. The aisles are broken into smaller bits. It seems to help cart congestion. Bathrooms are now at the very back of the store. The selection looks to have increased and produce and deli are in a more open format. read more

Meijer is a pretty sweet place, they have mostly everything from groceries to sports equipment and a little bit of wildlife. There are always good vibes there, everyone is positive and nice. Especially the workers. Usually, well... most of the times I have gone there the workers always ask if you need anything and are really cool and "laid back" those are the pros of Meijer, and I'm not sure if I now of any cons. read more

This is a pretty big Meijer with a larger selection to match and it's usually well-stocked. That is what gives it a slight edge over other locations but still has the same prices and cleanliness. It also has the same downfalls like being out of certain items after 6pm where most people get out of work, but that's to be expected. Do your shopping before that or in the morning on weekends if you can. I'm not getting paid to write this, but sign up for mperks if you can! It only takes a few minutes to set up and if you have a smartphone you can clip the coupons in the app to scan them at the register all at once. You can even get a couple bucks for sort of unlocking achievements like spending $200 on groceries, which you will anyway. If you don't have a smartphone you'll have to punch in your phone number every time you check out but all the coupons you clipped online will still be counted. Hmm, I -should- get paid to write this. read more

I used to love this store. We shopped here every week. Now I may have to go to Walmart to do my shopping. There has not been any men's underwear in the smaller sizes in 3 weeks. Still none. The customer service people should not be exposed to the public. They must hate their job and it shows. In the summer I went there for some manila envelopes and after a month, I finally went to another store to buy them. I even told someone about it and never saw them. The only jumbo eggs in the store are the brown ones. I hate brown eggs. I have to go to Kroger for my eggs. Might as well start shopping at Walmart or Kroger. They at least have their shelves stocked. I think the Manager needs to do his job better or they need a new one. read more

Pretty decent Meijer location, overall. Good food and general merchandise selection compared to nearby supermarkets, the prices are usually competitive, and the store seems to be clean. The only consistent annoyance I've had here is always having to track down an employee in Electronics to get something from a security-locked hook or display case, but that's pretty minor. read more

As a non-Michigander, Meijer seems to be a homegrown Walmart/Target. It's got everything you need within the store - groceries, electronics, hardware, and more. The prices seem reasonable, though for some things like DVDs, the prices are certainly more competitive on Amazon. But for your one-stop shop needs, Meijer seems to have you covered. read more

Legacy store from the very early 80s. It's still got a big of small town feel from being in the far township of Saginaw by Bay Road. All in all it's a nice store, tad busy. The employees are happy to have a job and the staff is helpful. read more

Meijer wants to be your one-stop.spot for shopping, and they come pretty close. There is an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables, and a meat counter where the will provide customized service, including cutting me at your request. You can buy beer and hard liquor, stamps, a limited array of furniture, house wares, an outdoor/garden center, a pharmacy, there's even.a gas station. Prices are a little higher than Walmart, but employees are unionized so they are making something closer to a living wage than is possible at Walmart. It's a huge store and a broad array of products, so if you've never been here, I would say give yourself a couple of hours to look.around. read more

I called customer service for info regarding particular food items. The service employee was polite, helpful, and professional, but she could not give me specifics on certain items. She transferred me to foreign foods. The man whom I dealt with there was everything but professional. He was too busy saying "cutsie" things to someone beside him and having other personal conversations while on the phone that I finally hung up during one of his side conversations. I have small business owner for many years. I know good customer service from bad. The employee from foreign foods needs more training in how to deal professionally with customers. read more

Generally a good supermarket and gas station, with a better than average selection and prices, but if you complain about their employees, your complaints will not be taken seriously. My brother and I have had a history of separate outrageous incidents with a peculiar older lady in the gas station, and nothing ever seems to be done to her. I just walk out whenever I see her working inside and want to buy lottery. I've known her for years and she still gives me a hard time over the lottery. I buy a ticket or two at a time and she goes over my ID like I'm some 14 year old trying to buy beer. It's sad. Talking to management seems to do nothing. It's sad. read more
