Stale donut, slow service and staff with poor hygiene is all you will be served at this location. We were driving by yesterday and thought we would run in and grab a few donuts. They had no cars in the drive thru and no one inside when we walked in. There was a male and female employees that we could see but Neither came to greet us or take our order. A car then pulls in the drive thru the male employee took their order and came up to get their item. Then another car comes and he takes their order. I then hear the female employee tell him to go get our order after he finishes with that car. He comes over, takes our order, we pay. He never washes his hand, no gloves at all. He takes a couple of the donuts from an open container that had been sitting on top of donut case and puts in our box as well as a couple from the case. I understand understaffed issues, long lines, and long wait times right now. That's not what i'm writing this about. I always order the same thing when I go to Tim Hortons. Croissant BLT with chips and a sprite. The last three times I've gone they have given me something else. Turkey clubs, Paninis, or they have given me the wrong bread without letting me know that they were going to. (which i also understand and would not be upset if they would tell me they're out). It is extremely frustrating to get all the way home and realize I wasn't given the right items. I shouldn't have to park and check my food everytime but it looks like that's what I'll have to start doing. Another problem I have with this specific Tim Hortons is the lack of customer service at the drive thru. I don't expect you to sound like you're having a blast....work is never the happiest place on earth. but i find it extremely rude to speak to me as if i am a nuisance to you when i am giving you my patience after sitting in line for 20 minutes. I always say "thank you have a nice day" and it is never returned. instead, i am met with glares or "mhm". We have very few fast food options in the ashville/south bloomfield area. But I have no problem taking myself somewhere else to avoid the rude people and awful service I receive at this establishment. read more

We needed caffeine, and somehow Baby K was talking about donuts, so, this little oasis was appreciated. I mean, it's Tim Horton's. The donuts are okay, the coffee is meh, the prices and service are good-not-great. But it was a quick and handy stop. And iced capps are a lifeline. Caffeine and an icy drink, all in one. Sometimes you want something colder than a pop, and sweeter than an iced coffee, and iced app is there for you. As you can tell, Tim's is not my favorite fast-food place, but for the occasional caffeine boost, it is much appreciated. read more

When I came here, there was only one woman working for the entire restaurant. She served me the best ice capp i've ever had from Tim Hortons, and my coffees were made large instead of small because of our wait. Everything tasted amazingly, and this woman needs a raise!! read more

Terrible customer service. Attempted to place an order, waited five minutes at the drive-thru speaker with no cars ahead of me. When I went to order, I was told that the item I wanted (a simple breakfast sandwich): "Yeah, we don't do those after 11..." with full knowledge they do having ordered the item at 5 p.m. at a different location (as well as the fact that TH serves ALL DAY breakfast). So I drove up to Circleville to the Tim Hortons, where I received immediate service at the speaker and zero hesitation or issue with ordering the exact same item there. read more

I would typically not rate a place so low but the customer service I received there today was awful. I placed my order using the mobile app. Once I got there they were rudely talking about online orders and said "thats what she's getting" when they knew they were about to hand me the wrong drink. then when I said that the drink was suppose to have added hazelnut and creamer they said they'd have to charge me for it. at this point it had taken a long time so I said fine (wasn't my drink or I would have just left) so instead of charging me for the hazelnut syrup the charged me for a whole other drink. (but still only got the one) at most the extra charge should have been $.70 not $3.88. again, I'd let a lot slide if they had not been so rude I wouldn't be leaving this review. read more

Fast service this morning, when they were busy - 8:30am. Received my order in a minute. Tasty bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. Everyone was cheerful & efficient. Fast food done right! Sat outside at their patio area which is right along Route 23. Noisy! Some trees or bushes might cut down on the auto exhaust. The outside area had napkins and cigarette buts on the ground for sure from the previous day. read more

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited. Even as low as that bar is this place wins by miles. I went inside for a coffee and a donut. For some inexplicable reason I was left waiting at the counter for 10 minutes while 6 cars were serviced at the drive through. When someone did come out she was nasty and condescending. After a 10 minute wait to order, the only bloody thing you should say is "I'm sorry we are so horrible at our job how about a free $1.50 cup of coffee". Full stop. Alas, no, she wants to give me excuses as to why my 10 minute wait was not only reasonable but was actually necessary! Because she was "on the phone with her boss". This place is unbelievable. To the point that I will chance the coffee at the Speedway from now on. I recommend you do the same. Update: It took the Tell Tim Hortons website 4 days to nonrespond to me. That's a pretty abysmal response time for customer service. I say a nonresponse because their boiler email was just an acknowledgement of my email. However; the greatest part of the nonrepsonse was the offer to have the manager of the store call me back. The manager was, I'm pretty sure, the person I had the issue with. That's quite the scam they're using with the inmates running the asylum. This experience was enough to convince me to never give them another dollar of my money. read more

This shop may be able to do coffee and donuts, but do not expect to get lunch/dinner food. Do not come here if you want to get your food in a reasonable amount of time. We stopped at 1:30 pm and they had no macaroni and cheese made yet and it took 15 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. read more

We got through the drive thru fast and efficiently. Everything was good but the cafe mocha. I visit lots of Tim Horton's locations and it seems they don't have a standard of measure for the drinks. I wish they would change that so that what you get at one is the same as the next. read more

I hate to do this but I think that someone should know about this. My husband and I just went through the drive through at Tim Hortons in South Bloomfield on a Friday night February 28th, 2020 at 9pm and stood waiting for service for a good several minutes. We even said hello into the microphone in case the person working didn't hear us driving up and received no response even though on their sign it says they are open until 10 pm. After receiving no response we waited some more and ended up leaving the location and went to the Circleville location. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we have gone to the Circleville location due to no service at the South Bloomfield location. Just thought someone should know. read more

Very good donuts and coffee. Very quick service to be such a busy place in the mornings. Very friendly employees there.

Worst food I ever had. Love oatmeal; therefore, ordered a cup of the maple oatmeal. The cup seemed like nothing but boiling water poured over a handful of dried weeds! Only taste was the extreme sweetness and have no idea what it was. The oatmeal (ha) was not cooked; it was gummy and tasteless. I managed three bites and threw the rest away. I complained (nicely) and all I got was "sorry" and a giggle by some young thing working the counter. Grandchildren live out-of-town and wanted to take doughnuts home; the selection was four; seriously, at 9:30 am? Never stop there again and soooo disappointed with the reaction. read more
