The only complaint I have is that they are often out of freeze-dried strawberries or Venti cups. However, they will sub anything you ask and it will still be yummy! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I often choose this location over the one down the street because they are much busier and I've been in those lines for more than 15 minutes sometimes. Overall, I'll continue to come 3-4 times/week.
