I've been coming here for ten years since we first moved to Seattle. The iced capps taste like my childhood and I love their simply sausage breakfast sandwiches. Today when trying to order my go-to breakfast sandwich, a simply sausage on biscuit, the woman taking my order pretended not to know what I was talking about. This is a sandwich I've been ordering since I was five, I don't eat egg and I know it's on the menu. The woman taking my order tried to charge me for a regular breakfast sandwich and it took me telling her three times that I wanted a simply sausage for her to finally put it in the register. Such a frustrating experience and I know she just wanted to charge me extra for the egg I literally didn't want. My mom's breakfast sandwich was also cut terribly, we included a photo below. I can't believe they would send out a sandwich looking like this. Obviously we love Tim Hortons and will continue to come here, but I didn't love this experience and hope the next time we visit, we have a better one. The rest of the order was great, we loved our wraps chicken habanero wraps and my mom enjoys the french vanilla cappuccino. First stop in Canada ever and my husband was desperate to try Tim Hortons. The coffee was just okay. I asked what kind of donut they would recommend and I got the Boston Cream one and my brother wanted TimBits. I believe my husband just ordered a maple bar. Sometimes about the Boston Cream donut was not so fattening, not so sweet, and not so unforgiving - It was just right, and delicious. The dough of the donut too was out of this world, it was so fluffy and soft. I think having a donut here was when I realized that America literally puts sugar in everything lol. I didn't really know what to compare it to but my husband said it was similar to our Krispy Kreme here in the states. If you have never had Tim Hortons, I definitely recommend the boston creme. read more

First Tim Hortons experience at this location! The drive thru line was long so we decided to park and go in. It was really busy inside but the wait wasn't too long. Once we got up to order, the girl just said "What do you want?" in the least friendly way. We ordered our Iced Capps and was about to order a pastry but she already told us the total for the drinks before we were done ordering. We did tell her we also wanted a donut but I'm not sure what her deal was. Our drinks came out quickly and they were amazing. They were sweet but not too sweet. The donut was also really good! I did use the bathroom before left and it was pretty clean so that's a plus. Don't except the best service here apparently but come for the drinks for sure! read more

I am not sure how I can give my visit to this location a higher score. Stopped by yesterday and used the drive thru. The order was as simple we can be... One Small Hot White Chocolate and one 20 pack of Timbits - Honey dip only. When I got to the window, they stated one hot chocolate and 20 Timbits. I confirmed it was white chocolate.... Nope, they had to make a new drink, because it was incorrect. When we got down the road and opened up the Timbits... you guessed it, all wrong. It was a variety pack. How hard could this order possibly have been. Literally, the only thing that they didn't make a mistake on was processing my payment. Ha- go figure! Entertaining, to say the least. Since there is no absence of other Tim's locations around... we will be sure to use other locations in the future. This Tim Horton's is connected to Wendy's. I came here at 10am and because I was in a rush, I decided to do drive through. Obviously while waiting in line, I was debating if I should get Wendy's or Tim's. Unfortunately Wendy's at that time just opened. So I settled with the sausage egg muffin combo with hot chocolate from Tim Horton's. It was ok. The hash-brown was a bit soggy and I felt it was about to fall apart. The hot chocolate was not bad but it was not filled to the top. I would say 80% full. The egg sausage muffin was ok. Nothing wow. It was definitely fast though - from ordering to getting my order. The only pain was waiting in-line at the drive through. I spent more time there than them preparing my order. Also I was a bit confused if there is a separate for Wendy's drive through. I mean the menu only showed Tim's items. This Tim Horton is located in a street mall with other stores/shops/restaurants. Food was sub-par. read more

Good coffee shop near the border. Stopped here at 10 am on a Tuesday; the line wasn't bad and they had a good selection of pastries. I tried a strawberry shortcake donut ($1.99 as of April 2022). Went through the drive thru and it took a really long time with just three cars ahead of us. This Tim's shares space with Wendy's, one and the same. We came here to grab lunch and drinks while on the road. The food was made fresh and was the same ol' Wendy's but had to ask for ketchup and then ask again - two packets for two people is not enough. The soda was sold by the bottle and at $2 each, that hurt. read more

This location is consistently bad. The restaurant is set up terribly and the line is confusing and crowded. Rude service, employees don't seem to know their menu. Employee had never heard of their peach juice and had to be told by a coworker that it indeed existed. Be prepared to wait over 15 minutes for a bagel or a wrap. Don't come here in a rush. I ordered a double chocolate donut and the employee said "we don't have double chocolate donuts" when I am staring directly at the double chocolate donuts with my own eyes..... maybe she was saving them for somebody? Who knows... This is the sixth time in a row I had a bad experience. Last time I was served a bagel that was burnt black.... this place has got on my last nerve so it's about time I wrote a review. Tim Bits anyone? Can't get these in the US or at least, not the NW. I think Tim Hortons is the largest restaurant chain in Canada and they should be. Unlike McDonalds and Subway in the US, their food is delicious and always enjoyable. I love their sandwiches but the biggest draw will always be those Tim Bits. I used to real dig the filled options but I've evolved into sour cream and honey dipped. Really they're all good and I could go to town on all of them. If you've never been, add it to your bucket list and get up there. All their locations have been pretty good. We've been eating their food for 20 years and I can't recall every having a bad experience anywhere. Please come to the Seattle area!! read more

This location is in the same space as a Wendy's so you can get lunch and dessert all at the same time! The line was long for donuts although it went fast so not a big deal at all, I believe I only waited a couple minutes before it was my turn. They have a huge selection of donuts, sandwiches, soups, and all kinds of other stuff including many different beverages. The staff was very fast, friendly, and there was a lot of them and each seemed like they were busy doing something. If you are heading back to the US from a trip to Vancouver, this is the place to go for your Tim Horton's fix before you hit the border! read more

Tim Hortons is a must if you are coming up from the States! This is a pretty average Tim Hortons location. This review is more for my fellow Americans who may not have experienced the Tim Hortons. I think there must be crack in the coffee. It is basic stuff a la Dunkin Donuts, but it wildly delish. Much like D.D. they add the cream and sugar for you, so be prepared to tell them how many of each. The bagel is also basic, but their garlic herb cream cheese is awesome. I also highly recommend the Honey Cruller. It has a light, almost custardy texture and has a slight honey taste, but nothing overwhelming. Yummy! read more

Over the years, I have come to realize that its sweet over savoury when it comes to Tim's food. I will always be a fan of the donuts and baked goods but when it comes to sandwiches, wraps, soups, etc, I rather starve. I want to enjoy the food but the packaging ruins the taste, smell and flavour of the goods. The bagels, sandwiches and wraps wax paper makes the product taste like wax, and the to-go soup containers make the soups taste and smell like melted plastic! This has happened too many times now so no more soup for me! Or anything wrapped in wax paper. I still sport the timbits and coffee. Hopefully, Tim's head office investigates these issues and can bring out the best of their food. read more

Oh Tim Hortons... I've been wanting to visit you ever since I became a hockey fan. I love that you are so philanthropic with your local youth hockey leagues and Children's Foundation. I had one day in Vancouver and the only thing that I knew I HAD to do was visit Timmies. It was a bittersweet moment. Finally, I was able to relish in Timbits, a donut, and coffee but now I know I don't ever have to go back. Sadly, your donuts are worse than Dunkin' and that is saying a lot. Dry and tasteless... underwhelming. I had 1/4 of a vanilla donut with sprinkles (some sort of "Santa" donut - I don't remember what it was called) before throwing it away and one of each of your assorted Timbits. I believe I worked myself up more than necessary. The coffee was ok, but nothing memorable. I'm sorry to say this may be the last you will be hearing from me, but please continue to help out those kids with other profits you get from those incredible Canadians. read more

My husband and I usually come to this Tim Horton's, since the service and food is usually decent-good. Last night (around 9:30pm) was a different story. My husband had ordered a sandwich. The first lady who served us was very sweet, but then the lady who had made our sandwich was a different story. We asked for a cup of water since I was extremely nauseated in the car. This lady just paused, glared at us, then rolled her eyes directly in front of us. She didn't say one word. We waited for a couple minutes then drove off since she never came back. This is the slowest Tim Horton's I have ever been to, and the quality of the service certainly does not make up for it. The people taking my orders never seem to actually listen. Before I can even finish saying a "hi", I would be interrupted with "for here or to go?". When I actually tell them what I want, I would always have to repeat my order because they can't seem to remember what you have said past the first 5 words. That was just my experience here in general. There were many specific incidences when I've received bad service that I don't want to write here so this review doesn't become a novel.
