Growing up in NYC, I frequented Dunkin Donuts, but Tim Horton's is the equivalent in other parts of the country/world. It's a great stop for a treat on the go. Their Timbits (donut holes) are the perfect indulgence for me, always fresh and sweet. And let's not forget their coffee, which never fails to perk up my day. Whether it's a morning pick me up or an afternoon treat, Tim Horton's doesn't disappoint.

Service was robotic but that's ok. Ordered a Frozen Lemonade / small size. Wednesday early afternoon. The drink was not full. the guy who made it skimped on it. for 2.89 for what is basically flavoured ice would have expected to have a full glass. the server had a I don't want to be here type of attitude. (Asian guy staff member). can't help but feel ripped off & that Tim Hortons staff here are really not happy working here. just the feeling they project. location looks newer / modern but is dirty also. little care taken for tables & floors. Don't recommend this location.

If you didn't go to Tim Horton's, did you really go to Canada? I was intrigued by the $0.25 charge for a single-use cup in Vancouver; there are probably unintended consequences, but I filed it away for future discussions of externalities in economics classes. It was a little dingy, but it *was* the end of the day.

So many doughnuts, much brighter and cleaner location at Robson and Jervis (2/20/18)

Another Tim Hortons stop at the request of the doughnut loving Homie (2/20/18) along Robson. This location was much brighter and cleaner, with various seating arrangements, and even a faux fireplace. Grand improvement than the 24/7 one yesterday on Davie.

Midnight run was the best thing my friends and I did when we went here. I would absolutely come back for the donuts and tea when I'm around again!

The only things that I got to try all three times that I went to Tim Horton's during my short vacation were the TimBits! (donut holes) Although they are suuuuper sweet, they're great little poppers to go with coffee-- although, I recommend getting your TimBit's here and coffee elsewhere! My favorite flavors were the birthday cake and double chocolate.

Food quality is the same with other Tim Horton's. I normally don't post about unhappy employees/crew/server but most of their crew doesn't smile, doesn't greet and seems unhappy at all. Happy vibe among the crew members makes a big difference in the atmosphere. And oh, don't forget the free wi-fi

Got the maple donut. I was impressed by the flavor of the maple frosting, but wasn't too impressed by the dough they used. It was a little on the doughy side without much chewiness to it. Worth it? Sure, to try some of their other offerings.

I liked their food selections, but their espresso choices aren't all that great, alongside the service being somewhat crappy. Their meal menu is very deceiving, whenever you order something off the menu, which you thought is a meal, they really meant each item is sold separately... literally! Yes, that includes the breakfast patty, the additional egg and cheese that you want to add into your sandwich. For someone not from the area can get confused and be fooled after walking out the store. Another sad thing, for someone who is either lactose intolerant or prefer non-dairy drink, this place isn't really for them. They only serve full dairy product. Horton should really consider on providing such options in their dairy liquid. Luckily for me, there is Starbucks across the street from them! Their breakfast is cheaper and they serve non-dairy product AND soy milk.

A waste of money and appetite. My wife blamed me for the food I got during a midnight hunt. Not any more.

Smooth, high quality coffee. No burnt roast here. Just great flavor. Timbits are excellent and a good way to taste variety.

The service was quick and prompt, too! Although we didn't find a place to sit, given how much people love this place, we happily enjoyed our food in the seating area overlooking the Canada place, few others joined us there too! I was meeting a friend here yesterday who's visiting from California, and when deciding on a meeting place, we realized a bunch of the Gastown coffee roaster places were closed on Sunday, so I mentioned Breka , knowing it was opened 24/7. (LOVE this!). Plus, this site is close to Waterfront Station, and my friend had a busy day planned, taking the Seabus to N.Van and doing a lot of sightseeing. So this Breka was perfect. I was there early at 10 am-ish, and from the outset, I was impressed: exposed brick wall, long counter and display case, fully stocked with the most beautiful pastries and tarts and cakes, and lovely looking sandwiches, too....Just lovely. I ordered a tea from the guy taking the orders. At the check-out, the woman working the cashier was the most unfriendly, aloof person I have ever encountered at a Breka. She was downright dour. Never looked up, never smiled, said I owed X for the tea I ordered, gave me a receipt and said I was "number 3", no "thank you" (despite my saying thanks!), nothing. She looked really unhappy and bothered to be there. (I sat at a nearby table, waiting for my number to be called. I saw her interactions with all the people behind me - and there were quite a few, as it got suddenly busy in the cafe. She was cold and unfriendly to everyone in line as she rang them all up. These are mostly tourists! Why have a dour, borderline-hostile woman at the check-out counter of a busy cafe in a touristy part of our city? I just don't get it). Anyhow, I waited 10 minutes to hear my number called, but I never heard it. I walked up to the take-out area and there was my tea, on a receipt that said "number 3". Did they call out my number? I honestly don't know. I was seated at a table a few feet from the area and listening for my number and I didn't hear it called. I was not impressed with this set-up. Not at all. My friend arrived and got a chocolate concoction which looked amazing, and he loved it, so there's that. I still love Brekas but I probably won't return to this site. Between the cold experience at the cash and the prolonged waiting for my order (a cup of tea!), and not being sure if my order number was ever called, it just all left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Well it seems ownership has changed and the new owner doesn't give two craps about prior customers, honoring discounts, replying back timely or being more friendly? Was playing email tag and finally submitted the 39 flavors and didn't hear back until after another week and then told they won't deliver only in morning when they know our reservation was for 730pm and they're open until 9? I even replied back and nothing. We own and run several business in lower mainland and in United States and this customer service from Unni Pastries is trash. At least you can do is reply back and apologize? For wasting time when I specifically told you it's for family and friends flying into town for a funeral burial. Will never use their business again. I highly suggest Mello. They replied and helped me out last minute. Shame on you! Learn how to run a business and treat customers esp previous customers who were supporting the business and fellow Krn but it's clear the new owner doesn't care about the customer or quality it's all about quantity. Maybe my 39 donuts which I offered to pay extra for time and packaging wasn't large enough but money is money. Especially during this time and economy. You should've at least replied back and even tried asking us to do pickup as the restaurant is down the road. Do better! Go to Mello which isn't too far and they bake fresh daily better pricing and reviews and consistency!
