My friend and I stopped in on 2/28 on our way to pick up her sister. This was my first time having their breakfast. The young lady working the register was pleasant and professional during the morning rush. I ordered a sausage breakfast wrap with a hash brown and hot chocolate. Our food and drinks were made very quickly. Their hash brown is by far the best I have ever had from a fast food chain. It was fresh. It was not greasy like how a lot of places have them. The breakfast wrap was really good too. I greatly enjoyed the hot chocolate. Only issue was no napkins were provided in the togo bag. We didn't think to grab any on our way out thinking there would be some in the bag. But overall a great experience. read more

One of my wives favorite places to go to till today, I have never been a fan personally but she loved it. Today while trying to order, between every item I order the lady "Brie" Rudely said anything else. Which wasn't real fun cause I order quite a few things. After mercifully finishing my order I went to the window where after taking my card for payment she wonderfully glared at me between handing me drinks and food. When we got our food we received we got chips instead of muffins, I went to hand them back and they said they couldn't take them and closed the window. After waiting a minute at the window she came back and I said I need my muffins still, to which she rudely said I gave you two bags. And I said no you didn't and she goes yes I did. After we had to say we would have the cops come and sort it out they magically remembered not giving us the muffins but didn't even have the muffins we ordered . So I took what they had and got out of there, never in my 45 years of life have I ever had that bad of treatment. Absolutely disgusting putrid horrifying customer service. To top it off inside the building as we were waiting the employees looked to be arguing with each other. read more

the past 2 times I've been here they've closed early because of the weather or they didn't have any baked goods. It was 6:37 PM and they closed their kitchen. The time they closed for weather, on DoorDash and on the app, it took my money yet never "went through" so we pulled up to the store and they had to refund my order because they closed their kitchen since no one was coming in. boy, your job is to work and yet you don't stay open till 9 or don't open the store at all. read more

Came here having never been to a Tim Horton's before. There was a parade going on outside so there was a line, however this location was suitably staffed to handle the large influx of people. I order the same latte every time. When they get it right it's heaven in a cup lol but when an ingredient or 2 is/are left out it's incredibly disappointing especially since each extra is an upcharge. Whatever I suppose. Please try to do better Timmy's peeps. The good thing is that the latte usually gets drank either way. BUT, my real issue is -- why are they shutting down the espresso machine at 6pm!? Staff needs to be trained to smile, and have a sense of urgency for the walk in customers, drive thru gets the fast attention.

If you are in Warren, this is pretty much your only coffee option besides Sheetz or what they have in the glass pot at the gas station. When they first built this location, everyone raved about how great it was. I have had Tim Horton's at several locations, and normally it is pretty good. However, this experience left something to be desired. We ordered hash brown sticks, but they came out almost ice cold. We tried to order churro timbites, but they were out. The salted caramel ice capps were pretty good though. The service was good, but they forgot to give any napkins. Overall, it was an average experience at best compared to other large chain coffee places throughout the country. read more

THE worst experience I ever had at Tim hortons, had to wait 15 minutes for a burnt to hell sandwich. I don't recommend that you go here.

All I can say is I will drive to Jamestown Tim Horton's before I will drive thru the Warren, PA one. When you are on the road and need coffee and something to eat...well tim bits are not ready till 7 which is so dumb...the one's in Jamestown area are always ready for you to pick up. Plus have the time the Warren one runs out of eggs and you can not get a egg sandwich.....so like I said I will drive to Jamestown before I go to the one in Warren.......very unhappy customer here......I will just buy all my donuts at Tops for now on......I will also make sure I tell all my friends...... read more

Fast service. Great coffee. Their sun dried tomato bagel toasted with butter and garden vegetable cream cheese is one of my favorite things from there. They always get you through the drive through line super quick in the mornings. And they are always very friendly. read more

An excellent place to go to fuel your daily caffination requirements. With sometimes quick and usually friendly service, there is no other spot to go to in town for coffee. I don't care what you think, McDonald's is not a good coffee place and you are a heretic for suggesting such a thing. Sandwiches are alright and the kettle chips are sometimes bland, but the ice cap mocha lattes are amazing, when the people who are taking your order don't get it confused with a hot mocha lattes now. read more

I am only giving this place a 2 because of Andrew. He was the only person there that was genuinely nice, had a smile on his face, and had stellar customer service skills. As for the other's there, they need to take some lessons or find a different job that doesn't involve working with the public. Andrew told one gal that he needed 2 dozen donuts and it was very obvious that she was not happy about it by the deep sigh and the slumping of her shoulders which in turn made my husband and I feel that we were a bother and an inconvenience. Thankful Andrew came over to pack up our donuts for us. We also ordered regular food with a drink which we did receive in a timely manner but did not have my drink with it which I asked for and the girl looked at me like I was stupid then told me that wasn't her job. But again Andrew was super nice and got my drink for me. So a big thank you to Andrew for being pleasant and just a suggestion for the others, maybe a few classes in customer service would be beneficial. read more

Great stop on a very rainy day! We are traveling cross country and usually picnic but the rain forced us inside. Choices were fast food, pizza hut, or Tim Horton's. We had never been and had a good lunch. Not much variety but tasty food and friendly staff. Had grilled cheese and mac and cheese for the kids. read more
